For what its worth I need to express my extreme displeasure with your 30-day return policy. A business should be easy to do business with and your policy makes it anything but easy. Your policy extremely discourages anyone from doing holiday shopping and I will make sure that I do not spend my hard earned money at an establishment that makes it difficult to shop for gifts. This return policy in COVID times, is even more restrictive. I will also make sure I let others know about your unfriendly customer return policies so that others do not have to have to endure such an experience.

Unfortunately they need to be much better with their transparency. The employee helping me should have better customer service when their customers are confused and informed.I bought items that apparently are non returnable. No one informed me before buying, no sign that was informing, nothing on the receipt that was informing, and when I was confused when trying to return, I was met with an employee that was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It is a shame because I like this store.

You cant beat the atmosphere and innovation theyve put into making their stores an incredible experience!Bronxtons dressing rooms are full of style & convey a very cinematic feeling. At moments you might feel as if youve been transported to another world if just for a few moments to try on some of their offered products.Undisturbed; just for a few moments to try on some of their fashionable, suave clothing.Every employee Ive personally come in contact with have been eagerly helpful and attentive to my needs and desires when it comes to lifestyle fashion.The Integrity, cleanliness (can we talk about their atmospheric cologne?!), & respect of their employees, locations, and the companies they associate with are just some of the reasons I choose to shop at Bronxton.-Aspen Andrew

I went to this place to try on some women size joggers on hold for me, I was greeted by amazing employees- the pants unfortunately didn’t work, so I started to walk out when they told me about the joggers for men and how women tend to wear them. I eventually tried them on, two different colors. Amazing joggers!!!! They actually fit me perfectly and I bought them. Happy customer and recommend this place!! Also, the cologne they have and use to spray the air is for both men and women. It’s got a great scent!

Tommy was awesome! Kid was very resourceful and really helped me make a decision with picking out a backpack. He was very polite and knew exactly what questions to ask in order to help. Very professional. And very welcoming. Plus side: the store has a very nice atmosphere.

My brother loves this store. The employees are always so nice and shop with you to help you pick out clothes you wouldnt have picked out for yourself but look good. Especially Paulina, shes personal and knows what shes talking about. The clothes are definitely worth the price. Would recommend.

I went into Bronxton and was greeted immediately by Savannah. She was insanely helpful and very kind! She is an excellent employee and I will definitely coming back because of her.

My husband & I stopped in to see this new store & were pleasantly surprised by all the items we liked. Que was the salesperson who helped us & made us feel very comfortable & was very helpful in finding our sizes. We both walked out with two new wardrobes & well definitely be back again!

Honestly I really love the products in this store. Always find good stuff. The reason for the negative review is I can’t stand the overbearing employees, it’s too much. I saw another review saying the same thing and your response was that they are trained that way and are doing a great job. It’s too much. A simple greeting and “let me know if I can help you with anything” would be awesome. But it’s “hey, how’s it going? What are you up to today? Any plans for the evening? What are you looking for? Oh just browsing? Well let me show you things you probably aren’t interested in. I can’t take a hint that you want me to leave you alone so I’ll follow you around the store and comment on every single thing you pick up.” And it’s not just one person asking multiple questions, it’s every employee in the store, and they ask the same questions. So I know it’s not genuine, they really don’t care about my evening plans and I really don’t care to tell them my life story. Please tell them to relax.

I didn’t even know this cute little store existed! Over the weekend I was scrambling to get stuff for my vacation. I walked into the store not knowing what they carried. I was greeted by the sweetest guy, I believe Dayten if I remember, he was so bubbly I felt an immediate comfort as I told him I needed things urgently. Without hesitation, he started grabbing things and told me he had just what I needed. I tried on everything he told me to, and I bought everything! I felt so confident! I think I got all my outfits for my vacation in one store trip! I will definitely be back for more!

Lauren was awesome! She was super friendly right as we walked in and very helpful. Continued to assist us the entire time we were in the store.

The store has some nice clothes but man, these guys just follow you around the whole time you’re there. Wouldn’t just let me shop without having to explain my life story to them. One of the male employees asked my girlfriend while she was in the dressing room if she liked how the clothes fit. Just made her feel uncomfortable. Anyways love the clothes but the employees could relax a bit. Like if someone doesn’t seem interested in talking let them be.

The vibes in this place are amazing and the customer service is really nice. The clothes are some of the best quality i have ever tried on. I would highly recomend this place to anyone and Paulina was a ton of help.

This store is awesome!! They have an incredible jewelery selection, and Lauren helped us out a ton. We never felt like we were being bombarded with Hi! How are you! Welcome! like you typically find at a mall. Instead, the service was kind and helpful, and Lauren made sure we found exactly what we wanted. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Always excellent products especially RVCA. The company is small, only two locations and the service is great. Only downside is there is never any discounts, sales or promotions given out. Everything is always retail price or higher.

Was treated very rudely by a worker named pulina. Talked to me with a lot of disrespect and acted as if I was too poor for her store and acted as if she were better than me. I was ignored by her eventually when asking to look at rings and was givin dirty looks the entire time. I usually go to south town mall bronxton, where I’m always welcomed in and treated with overwhelming amount of kindness and even find myself in long conversations with the workers who seem to genuinely enjoy my company. Was extremely disappointed going into the fashion place bronxton expecting the same kindness and was baffled at the way I was treated/talk to. No longer giving this company money. As for pulina, you should feel ashamed as you are putting more meanness into a world that’s already filled with hatred.
