We called Shad out one night when we couldn’t get the car started after replacing the battery. He immediately came to the house and diagnosed the issue. Our car broke down on a Saturady afternoon. We called him he received our car, gave us an accurate diagnosis on the car problem. I had found the problem source. He gave us a reasonable cost estimate, a time to expect the repair complete and with in a few hours we were on our way home with the car repaired. He was very nice, fair and I will recommend him to anyone.

My son was getting ready to leave for college and his car wouldnt start on a Sunday before his class on Monday morning. Mobile Mechanic came out Sunday evening and replaced the brake sensor and my son was able to head to Knoxville Sunday night. They even drove to Nashville to retrieve the part that I needed. Tried to say my car was getting low MPG because I needed to replace my catalytic converter(a very pricey fix) when all I needed was a new battery and to put more air in my tires. The code that appears on the reader that mechanics run through your car didn’t suggest the expensive fix he recommended at all when I looked it up, and he adamantly told me it did. Luckily, I was able to resolve my problem spending 1/15th the amount a replaced converter would have cost. Seems like the type of mechanic to overcharge if he thinks he can get away with it.

Shad and his father were great. Very friendly and polite. He arrived when he said he would, kept it very honest about what was wrong with our car and whether or not it was worth fixing. We chose not to have the car fixed, so I cant say anything towards his work. But he was very knowledgeable and based on other good reviews I definitely plan to call them to come fix another vehicle we have in the near future.

We called them about having an alternator bolt that was stuck removed. They told us $100 to remove it and we said ok. They showed up last night, my husband went out and spoke with them again they said $100 to remove the bolt and my husband asked what they would charge to put everything back together after they remove the bolt. They told my husband $300. My husband came in talked to me I told him we just couldnt budget that today but if they would be willing to come back later this week to finish it for the remainder $200 so my husband went back out there to ask and came right back in to tell me that they had broken the bolt and now it was going to be $375. Me and my husband discuss it and come to the agreement that now we are kinda stuck going that route bc the bolt is now broken off. So he goes outside tells them i guess we will do the $375 even though it was out of our budget so they say they will be back tomorrow to finish the job. They show back up end up taking the alternator bracket off and now the bolt is stuck in the bracket so they tell my husband they r going to take it back to the shop where he can clamp it down and hammer it out and while they are gone for my husband to go get the alternator and fluids that need to be put back in it. So he does.. They come back and now the bracket bolt is broke and it will be tomorrow before they can get one to fit it and they want to take our BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR and the bracket that cant just easily be replaced with them to find a bolt. My husband said no i am not comfortable with you taking my brand new alternator and my bracket... Well we had a buddy at the house that said he may have a bolt so my husband tells them and asks for our bracket tht they took off our vehicle back and the main mechanic said you can have it back when you pay me $375. My husband says how about I pay you $100 now and the rest when you come back and finish the job bc now you have broken both these bolts taken more apart and now I dont even know your going to finish the job. The guy said NO THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN. So my husband said well I will just call the police. The main mechanic was saying no we dont need to call the police. So my husband said ok well then I am taking my bracket and he picked up our bracket and started to walk away. Thats when the other black mechanic guy jumped up and ran over to my sons car and grabbed our BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR my husband just bought. So our buddy grabbed the alternator too.. That is when the mechanic guy tht grabbed the alternator punched our buddy in the FACE like 5 times. That is when my husband called the police!! They PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED OUR FRIEND. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CAR PARTS!!

He came out on the day I contacted him and gave me brief description of what was wrong with my car. On top of that, he gave me suggestions on where to buy parts to save money in my pockets. He doesn’t pressure you into getting everything done at once like most shops but informs you what must be done. He kept me updated and if I need any other car service I know who to call. He is very affordable and gets the work done as soon as possible, much better than going to an auto shop.

I reached out to Shad to replace a crank shaft sensor on a Kia and he went above and beyond by explaining to me about the repair and being willing to complete the work although we got some unexpected rain just before he started. He was able to come to where our car broke down on a Saturday, run diagnostic test, I ran to car part place to get part while he took apart what needed opened up, then he replaced part. My car wouldn’t start after replacing spark plugs. After a thorough, meticulous diagnostic, Shad identified the problem as a bad distributor. Shad was helpfully specific and answered any question I had concerning the replacement of distributor. Our van broke down and we were stuck in a hotel until it could be fixed. We called SA-1 Friday around lunch. He told us that he could and would help us. He gave us the run around until Saturday evening we gave up and had it towed. He lied to me by saying he would fix it. At the times he said he could he would either reschedule or ignore the call. All around unprofessional and untrustworthy. If he would have just been honest from the beginning I would not be leaving a 1 star review. He knew that our vehicle could be potentially towed by the city and an entire family is stuck in a hotel until it is fixed. All the while he lead us on knowing he had no intention of fixing it. Unethical business practices. The only thing wrong with my van was the gas gauge broke and it ran out of gas.

Woke up on Sunday and my car wouldn’t start, needed a new starter. I knew most places where closed and I had an 8 am class. I called told him about what was going on and he immediately knew I needed a starter. I bought the starter, and he replaced it in 45 mins or less. This guy is extremely shady and should add a y to his name and call himself shady. He will do a job and offer free things to earn your trust however when he fixes the things for free or part of the service he will not fix if what he fixed for goes faulty. He changed a valve gasket and changed spark plugs and coil. Initially i had one misfire and after his work i had 3 misfires. Asked him to correct his work and he says i only paid for the valve gasket. Smh

DO NOT go to Shad for car work......he began fixing on my car got parts for me I askes him for receipts for parts that he bought at a junkyard he told me they didnt give him a recipt because they dont charge him tax and he refused to tell me where he got the parts from or thw name of the place ...... I asked him again the next day if he had receipts he told me that he was calling thw police in me..,thata right on me..long story short he tried to overcharge me for parts I had to figure out myself where he got the parts they told me the correct prices..and also saod that they did give him a receipt long story short he caused a huge deal because I asked for proof of purchase.he never brought receipts and also tried to play victim .......over receipts people threatened me many times to take parts out of my car .....Stay Away...and make surw to ask for proof of purchase every time of you do go

Mr.Shadis service was fantastic, he really is a modern day MacGyver!We had a very unusual part leak anti-freeze on our Range Rover (an Oil Cooler Bracket Plate), and Mr.Shadi was there the same day to diagnose the issue. As a programmer, he could have told me I had to replace the Oil Cooler, the Radiator, and the Bracket Plate and I would not have known the difference. Instead, he was so honest and fair with us. It was a very hard part to find, but he still had us fixed within 2 days. Thank you so much to Mr.Shadi and to his proud Father, the Engineer.
