Just terrible. Ive been coming here for years, not anymore. West- I think is the manager is absolutely rude. Especially on the phone, worse in person. Trying to give him a VIN number over the phone to figure something out- he didn’t understand well..literally told me “ OH MY GOD” all because I had to tell him again,

I had a nail in my tire and needed to go out of town for work that morning. I called and they immediately moved around their schedule, since most were fleet cars or all day drop offs . They fixed my tire and I was back on the road within the hour. I am so thankful they were able to help!!

Called the store to see if I could get an oil change done today. Wes answered the phone and was very accommodating and nice. He fit me in in a timely manner, and the price was fantastic. Wes is truly an asset to this store! They also rotated the tires. Overall it really wasnt too long of a wait for the services to be completed. I see myself returning.

Awful customer service, no concern that a simple oil change and tire rotation taking 2hrs with an appointment. Even went on lunchbreak after car was done leaving me to sit and wait for over 30 minutes after car had been moved out from bay all ready to go never went over details of inspection or life left on brakes. After those yummy lunches everyone had I was still dismissed and left waiting while walk ins were taken care of. Was forced to have a mechanic get me checked out and out the door. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a business. If negative stars was possible Id rate this place at -1 star.

This is the ONLY place I go in town for ANY of my cars needs. The guys there are always nice, professional, and smiling. The prices are reasonable and you dont have to spend your whole day there unlike most car mechanic businesses.

Prices, the facility and products are the standard for 3rd party tire chains. What sets them apart are the people. And not In a a good way. Called to set up an appointment. Quoted 30 minutes to fix their botched tire balance they did on tires they installed. It took them 30 minutes to just get it in the bay. They had 3 guys working on 5 cars at a time. I dont no if its a corporate thing or the place was just horrible managed, but Im not wasting my time on overbooked incompetence.

I trust NTB with my vehicle, much cheaper than the dealer and they offer a military discount - you just have to ask for it.

I have been a customer of NTB in general for years! I moved to this location 2 years ago and with the times I went to this location which I think was no more than twice- the staff was rude. I called to ask a question the last time and I was placed on speaker phone and that the man on the other end was rude at that call. I am NOT okay with others in a store be it in the lobby or not to hear my name and information on a speaker phone setting. So- I took my car to the Gallatin TN location and they had to replace the broken windshield wipers placed on my car by the Murfreesboro location. I have since moved from Murfreesboro but I would NEVER return to this location EVER. It starts with Customer Service and this location lacks just that!

I bought a set of tires for almost $800. I got road hazard and was happy ebough, with the process, a bit pricy but they were decent tires. A month later I ran over a piece of metal. I brought the tire in, off the truck and left it. I had a full spare and they had to order the tire. 5 days later I go back to check on it, since I didnt get a call. They said it just came in and they would get to it. When I went to pick it up and he sad, its $32. I asked if road hazard was on it. He said no I will add it. He said its $71. The math made zero sense. $24.95 + $32 does not equal $71. The fact that simply putting a free tire on a rim and returning it to how it was is $71. They didnt take it off or put the tire on the I had to put it back on the truck, myself. $71 to put a tire on a rim is absolutely unacceptable. Then the guy trying to explain his funky math how $24.95+ $32 became $71 I am still trying to figure out. I will not be back.

Had one of my new tires go flat from some object in the road near where I live. After getting help to get the spare on I went to get the tire fixed or changed as I had road hazed protection. After checking the tire they determined I would have get a new tire. Got the tire and got back on the road. This is a great store with a great group of folks working there. Was extremely satisfied.

Went to have a screw removed/tire repaired using road hazard protection. It took 3 hours to tell me that the screw wasnt long and no air pressure was being lost. No one had looked at it in 3 hrs, and an hour of that was sitting in the garage, and it took 2 min....only because I asked the cashier to check on it. Not even an apology when I said fyi, Ive been here 3 hrs to find that out. And this is the 2nd time. Last time was a drop off, but when Id called after 4 hrs, they hadnt looked yet. This time I thought would be quicker because I had to wait. Not cool.

The check engine light came on in my car and this was the only place that got me in even thought it was fourth of July weekend. They were very nice and got me in and out quickly. However, my car was not fixed properly and still cost me more in repairs. While this couldve been a completely negative review, I appreciate the fact that they owned up to the mistake and rectified it. Great customer service!!

My daughter had a flat on I24 and had to have it towed. After all the shops locally told her it would be days, the guys at NTB got her in and 4 new tires installed in a couple hours. She was able to make it home here in Georgia that night thanks to Justin and Blake. They made her feel comfortable and made the process easy for me to pay for her at a local NTB here. Good Job Guys!

Went to NTB for an alignment for my lowered STi after failed attempts at other shops. NTB is the only shop that could align it correctly and it only took about 45 min. 10/10 would go here again.

My daughter came in the other night with a blown out tire. She was afraid she wouldnt make it before you closed. She got there right at closing time and the techs were closing shop. You took her in and got her taken care of. Thank you gentlemen so much. Whenever we are in town, you will be the only shop we come to. The NTB on Robert Rose could rival a NASCAR pit stop with speed of service. I need my battery replaced ASAP after needing multiple jump starts over the last 24 hours, I didnt want to get stranded looking for a jump.NTB confirmed that my battery needed replacement (not a surprise), and quickly replaced it with a new battery. The team at NTB was efficient, and I wasnt even late for work that morning. In addition, the price of the battery/install was fair.I will certainly be visiting this location again for more of my vehicle maintenance needs.

This place is ok but it shouldnt take 4-5 hours to change tires...especially since I arrived early when the place opened. Not sure if I will recommended people to go here.

Got some new Sumitomo tires and I have to say that they are the best riding tires I have ever owned. I was hesitant on a brand I have never heard of but I took the guys word for it and he did not disappoint. Very professional and very friendly. Good clean store and they seem to be very busy. I start coming here for other needs on my car too.

Very honest shop. I’ve came here twice for a brake inspection due to a squealing sound, and both times they checked things out and said that there was plenty of life left in the brake pads and that nothing needed to be replaced yet.I appreciate a shop that doesn’t recommend unnecessary services or repairs. Finding an honest place you can trust with your vehicle is extremely valuable.I’ll continue to rely on NTB for my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I talked with Justin and helped me understand what was needed to fix my car. He gave me a separate estimate with what my car will need along with the maintenance suggested by the dealer. This is the third shop I have been too and the only shop that has hounded me with all these things that they said I needed. He even showed me at my car while it was up in the air that what these other shops said I need, I didnt actually need. Earned my trust 500%! I will be back!

Took my car to get brand new tires back in July. After a month my tire pressure sensor came on but my tires were fine. About a day after the sensor came on a horrible squealing sound started. I took it in and they checked it out. Let me know they fixed my sensor and didnt notice any squealing. My sensor stayed off for 3 weeks and then popped back on. I took my car back in. They told me all my tires were a little low and that I was good to go. We drove 1 min down the road and it came back on. Not entirely sure they checked their work otherwise they would have known it wasnt fixed. Clearly they dont care to figure out what is messed up so I dont plan to go back.

I always go here to get my regular maintenance done on my vehicle. They are very nice, and have regular employees. Most of them know me by name. If something needs done on my car, they are very honest with me. They tell me what actually needs to be done, what isnt necessary, what can wait, etc. Theyre not pushing me to spend extra. They actually try to save me money. I used to go to the dealer to get my oil changed, waited HOURS with small kids (nightmare), and was paying so much when my warranty ran out. I found NTB and had a much shorter wait time, and paid like half the price.

I am never nervous shopping here as a woman who doesnt know much about cars. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. The guys here are fabulous to work with!

There was a line to check in when I arrived and only one person at the desk. The customer 3 in front of me wanted the guy at the desk to come look at a tire in the bed of his pick up truck, which he did, leaving the rest of us waiting about 4-5 minutes for hiim to return. In the meantime, someone else did come out from the back and started checking people in. My only comment would be to ask the customer wanting the tired checked outside to wait until those of us in line were checked in/out and to speed the check-in process. Maybe more of my information could have been entered online when I reserved my time online? Staff friendly and the work is always fine, so no complaints except wait time to get checked in this visit.

Dont expect your car to be taken care of.

Started off great with the install of new tires on my truck. Not that it really matters but spent $1200+ and was very happy with my experience. So I brought my trailer there to have tires installed (2- 8k lbs axles.) They came out to inspect the trailer and see the problems I was having (baseball size bulge on 2 of the 4 tires.) They gave me a price (roughly $475) and installed them. I thought I was through with tire problems since a tire professional looked and suggested the tires. I was wrong! 3 weeks later 3 of the 4 had bulges again. Come to find out they installed 10 ply (load rated f) tires which are rated for 3195 lbs each (total 12780 lbs.) So I did some tire research and found 14 ply (load rated g) tires which are rated for 3970 lbs each (total 15880 lbs.) When I asked what they would do to work with me on the tires that were initially installed, the guy looked at me and said nothing, you put them on. So Im out the $475 ish and have to pay $750 ish for the correct tires. All I knew about tires are they are round and black. Highly disappointed in the customer service and willingness to fix a problem they caused (or didnt resolve). They are not tire professionals so DO YOUR OWN tire research before you buy here. Hope the money they made off me on the incorrect tires was worth loosing a customer. BE CAREFUL!!I wanted to update this review as corporate responded at did the right thing and offered to refund the price of the original tires.

I cant say enough positive things about National Tire and Battery. At times when I am in dire need they always come through right away. And regardless of how busy they are Justin and Hayden and their staff always have a smile and a kind word. Its so refreshing to be treated like a human and not just a dollar sign. Brought my wifes car in thinking it needed alignment and fully expecting to be sold one. Turns out all it needed was the tires rotated which was free because I bought the tires here! They could have taken advantage of the situation, but did not. Its nice to find a shop that is honest and trustworthy!

I discovered a flat tire and stopped in less than 20 minutes before the store closing. I needed to drive to Knoxville and wanted someone to check it out. They looked at it and indicated it would have to be replaced due to a nail. They filled it up with air at no cost to me, but I decided not to make the long drive that night and came back the next morning. On a Saturday morning, they checked me and had the car in the garage in less than 5 minutes.The place was clean, the staff knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. I only wish I lived in Murfreesboro so I could use them for all my auto needs!

Was initially worried after reading the reviews but the appointment has already been made. Service was efficient quick. The front counter rep answered all questions and was able to get the correct size tires on in the same amount of service time. 90 minutes for 4 tires, wheel alignment and oil change.

It pays to read reviews!!!I couldnt have asked for better service. Took my car here worried to death what is was going to cost me. While everyone else was telling it was my alternator, the guys here notice right away that my belt was loose and had been put on with one of the pulleys crooked. Plus there was a big bolt missing. They explained everything without being condescending or making me feel dumb.They re-did all of it plus replacing the big bolt for $53.Since I had plenty of money left over, I got my oil changed, which to my shame I had not done in several years. And with my tires being bad, I got four new tires at a very reasonable price. By the time my 13yr old Mitsubishi Lancer and I left there, it drove like a new car. Love these folks. Rarely do reviews, but this place was exceptional.

I set an appointment but walked in and stood at the counter for 12 minutes without being greeted or anyone even coming to the front of the store. I stood in direct line of sight with the shop window with 4 employees at times making eye contact and looking away. I eventually Googled your location and called to see if anyone would pick up or come to the front of the store to pick up the call, so I could be greeted for my appointment. I had another appointment elsewhere at 12:30p.m. and needed to be out in 1.5 hours, which is plenty of time for a Rotate and balance. I never leave these kind of reviews, but I never received a follow call to ask if I still be showing up for my appointment or if I needed to reschedule. Since I didnt get a follow up call, how else are you suppose to know about these kind of issues? I wish NTB the best but I simply wont be returning to any of your locations, cause of the simple company wide lack of customer service, I received from any location Ive visited.

I brought my truck in a couple days ago and I am blown away by how honest these guys were. I had my truck in at tire discounters prior and they told me i needed new brake on all 4 wheels, my master cylinder was bad and I needed a new axle in the front. The salesman walked me out to my truck to show me that all I needed was front brakes and rotors. I almost paid tire discounters $1600 and I am so glad I went to NTB. thank you so much guys!

I had a blow out a couple weeks ago and NTB was the closest so I had my car towed in. Justin was there and he helped me. He got me taken care of immediately even though they were clearly busy. He was very professional but down to earth and really knows how to talk to a woman who has no clue about cars. He had told me about my brakes and tire rod and gave me a quote. After running over what I believe was a nail on a Saturday, I was desperate to find a fix over the weekend so I could make it to work on Monday. This was one of the few places I could find that could a.) take my call on a Saturday and b.) get me in for the fix on a Sunday. They were very friendly on the phone, quoted me a price for the flat repair, and scheduled me for first thing Sunday morning. They got my car into the shop promptly, and the whole thing took less than an hour and was reasonably priced considering how badly I needed the repair (a little under $25). The only reason I cant give a 3-star review is that the attitude of the employee who appeared to be in charge (not wearing a mechanics uniform), was off-putting. He was sort of callous and short with me during all of our interactions - didnt make me feel very welcome as a customer. He rang me up for the service without so much as inviting me back or inviting me to call with any concerns.The mechanics however have a great attitude! They were all very friendly, and I feel that the employee who worked on my car did a good job. Ive not been in the position to decide if I would return there for regular tire/car maintenance yet, but this is definitely a great place to have around in an emergency!

Went in at 3pm to get a couple of tires and an oil change. I was told it would take 3hrs. Seemed a little long but I had a book. After 2 hours and 45 minutes they hadnt even touched my car. No communication after the initial estimate. No apology. Nothing. I still need those tires and two more in a couple of weeks, not to mention the oil change. Bet I can find better service.

I came in today at 11 am and asked to get my oil changed. The man behind the counter told me it would be at least an hour to an hour and half and it would be best to make an appointment to come back later. I set my appointment for 3 pm. I came back at 3 pm and it took them TWO HOURS to change my oil!!! They also blocked my car in with a truck and took forever to move it! I didn’t leave until after 5:15 when my appointment was originally 3 pm! Don’t go here!!

I always take my vehicle to NTB— they offer fast service and excellent customer service. They are happy to answer any questions I have and have resolved several of my car’s issues promptly.

Great place to keep services going for my vehicle BUT the last 2 balance and rotates have consistently been 30+ min past a scheduled appointment. Too bad these services are included with the price of tires or Id leave. Hard to prove a point when leaving doesnt cost any immediate loss of revenue.

I have been here for oil changes a few times but I was having battery hardship. I work for the post office and its Christmas time. I called last minute made an appointment. I depend on my van for work. At Christmas I need my headlights, interior lights, Hazzard lights and my strobe light. I can not do my job to my best if I have to worry about my van starting or not when I am done delivering a package to a door. Anyways my battery showed good, alternator showed good power also. I explained how I needed this. I was almost in tears of fear of breaking down again in front of a house and not making it back to the truck. I already had a bad few days waiting to be jumped. The guy was so awesome trying a sure me everything will be ok. He explained he wont be able to do much more until my van dont start. By the hand of God he came back in with good news and bad news with such a warm smile on his face. My van didnt start and he can figure it out now. I know he didnt do anything, but until you are in my spot and see how hard he tried to help ND wish he could ease my pain. You will never see my side. Its like putting a bandaid on your child. As a child you look at your parents, your my hero. Now I can go play again. And all they did is put a band-aid on. Turned out I needed a new battery. Sure I probably could of just bought the battery and done it myself. But the verables are Im tired, 12 hour days and I baby sit my grandchildren at night. Im tired I dont want to. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it and hiring awesome people with compassion. That means so much to me.

Disappointing. I called this location to get a price to replace 4 travel trailer tires, and they quoted about $360 to put on an inferior tire. I did some checking online and found an online business that would sell the tires I wanted for $43 ea, and used NTB as their local installer.I called NTB back, and they said the did install for the online provider for $16 per tire which included removing them from the trail, putting the tire on the rim, balancing, and putting them back on the trailer. I bought the online tires, and when they arrived I scheduled an appointment to have them installed at 3:00 on Saturday...today.I had the trailer at NTB at 9 this morning because we had dinner guests coming, and I was smoking meat for dinner. They said they would do them at three....but the price they quoted did not include balancing which would be $4 more per tire. I didnt want to argue over $16.I hadnt heard anything by 3:30, so I called and was told that they had been really busy and it had been raining which meant they couldnt work on the trailer because it was outside. However, it hadnt been raining for several hours. They promised that they would have it done shortly.I explained that I was cooking, and that we had guests arriving at 6...and asked them to hurry.I called again at 5:30 and was told that they had just finished working on my trailer. When I got there...the price had gone up another $4 per tire for shop fees.Tried to sell me inferior tires for an inflated price, quoted a price then raised it, didnt keep their promise on getting the job done on time, and then charged more than they said....again! Does that sound like someone you want to do business with....?

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO ANY NTB!!!!I have been to 3 and all of them have been equally as terrible. This company and its staff havent the first idea about safety, proper customer service or professionalism that would make a shop attractive. They, for some reason, cannot ever call you when your vehicle is ready, and then leave it unlocked out in the parking lot. If it werent for me watching the work they were doing, I wouldnt have known how careless it was worked on. Brakes were being replaced and the mechanic working on my vehicle didnt even know how to get the wheel hub off!! The manager up in Mt. Juliet was going to REUSE my OEM axle seals and emergency brakes, which had 217,000+ miles on them! Are you serious? I thought safety was supposed to be first!! The guys up in Mt Juliet didnt even put an accurate mileage in on the invoice so I have no idea what it was when it came in or how far they drove it. They also smoke in the shop, so enjoy that lovely stench in your vehicle as I did. In Murfreesboro, whoever drove my truck was dirty enough to turn my dark brown floor mat black and my steering wheel dirty enough it transferred to my hands. Needlessly to say 3 strikes over 3 different locations and Im done donating money to this corporation.

Tire discounters really messed up bad on my car and told me they would not fix what they messed up even when they acknowledged that they clear screwed up . I called NTB and the manager told me to come right in. Not only did they correct the issue their competitors made, they also did not charge me. NTB Customer here for life. Thank you guys so much!

Had a great day at work and decided to have my tires rotated an balanced. When i got my car back, i noticed that they did not rotate my tires. I told the manager about that and they put me back in line. I finally got my car back, and drove it home. I realize that they didnt even balance my tires, i had to go back again the next day. After spending approximately 4 hours at NTB they finally fixed my car...By the way....Put up a curtain at the window so that the customers cant see the employees goofing off.

Over 5 hours and 25 dollars to patch a tire. They didnt even inflate the tire to match the other 3 (5 psi less). Also said that there were broken sensors. They were not broken. Will not be going back.
