I really wanted to love this experience, but there are several things that kept me from that:1. I made an appointment to test drive a car, spoke with a sales person about it, and was not notified that it had already been sold. I drove over an hour to do this.2. I decided to purchase a different car from Beaman. (Mistake.) It was my first time buying a car and nothing about the process was communicated to me. I was charged an insane surplus for paying in cash. No one explained that they would be applying for my registration for me, which I wish they hadnt done in the first place.3. I purchased the car and was not given a duplicate key. They lost it, and I was later told it was found in a team members desk after they were fired? Not very professional, if you ask me. I have asked for the key to be mailed to me three times and still have not received it.4. The registration process. Id returned my car to Beaman for a 1.5 hour inspection that needed to be done, which supposedly included emissions. After needing two temporary license plates and asking repeatedly where my license plate was, it was finally revealed that the emissions test had never been done, and I had to do it on my own.5. I have repeatedly texted (no other form of communication seemed to warrant a response) with a salesperson to check in every step of the way, and have received the most flippant, unprofessional responses. I dont sense that they are taking any type of responsibility for the issues experienced along the way.

Years ago i had a less than pleasurable experience at Beaman. Recently I had my truck in for several issues and I have to say it was like a different place. Excellent service and fixed right the first time with no pressure. My service advisor was james and he made the whole experience painless. I will not hesitate to return for any future problems.

Originally I posted a 1 Star review because of mishaps and titling issues that fell through the cracks. The General Manager contacted me directly and did not make any excuses, but rather wanted to fix the issues. There is no better customer service than when someone owns the problem and looks for solutions rather than blame.He was willing to refund and cancel the warranty I bought because a different dealership gave me bad information. I am glad I got a 2nd opinion and would strongly suggest to anyone buying a new or used car to look into the extended warranty offered by the car manufacturer.Any way, I absolutely love my car and encourage anyone looking for a Dodge, Jeep or RAM to give Beaman a look.

When we first visited the dealership, we were not in the market for a new vehicle. We were there to help my mother-in-law decide if she liked the Jeep so that it could be towed wheels down. We ended up talking the Lou. His personality and professional courtesy were touch notch. We did not buy it that day; but when the Jeep was still there a few weeks later and the price was where we wanted it, we went in and Lou shined again in helping us through the buying process.

Well my mother in law has a 2012 Challenger and had an issue with it charging the battery. So I checked for any service bulletins and came across some recalls. One of the recalls involve alternator charging issues. As this is her only car I told her to see about get a loaner car. Well she was told if the alternator was the issue she could have a loaner car. Now with this 1 recall has led to 6 recalls involved with the car and still no loaner car for her. They tell her they can’t determine if the recalled part caused the actual problem. I would highly recommend not having this location do any repairs on vehicles. If I could I would give the zero stars. This has been going on since Oct 7, 2021

He is the only person who even bothered out of 12 different dealerships within those five states. The salesman I dealt with promised to do a few small things to my Jeep before I took possession of it (put a ceramic coating on it, clean something off the running board, etc.) and nothing was done. He also was rude in negotiating price with me and had to have another salesman take over.I love my Jeep, but the service was less than great and the Jeep was not detailed AT ALL including leaving a razor blade on the dash, an earplug in the AC vent and just dirt and filth between the seats that should have been cleaned out from the previous owner before putting it up for sale. They didn’t even fill it up with gas! I’ve never been to a dealership that didn’t fill up the gas tank after purchasing a vehicle.Also not that it’s a huge deal, but it would be the courteous and customer service thing to do if the salesman walked the person that he just got commission from out to their new purchase if it’s pouring the rain outside.

I went to only LOOK to see what was on their lot. We was greeted by Dakota. I told him what i wanted and what my price range was. He told me he had just got a old model of what i was looking for in and it hadnt been cleaned yet but i was welcome to look at it. He pulled it around front i looked at it and accepted it. We went in talked finances and were able to settle on a price with payments LOWER then i budgeted for!! He was super great to work with and we plan on using him again in a few years when my husband gets a car. Thank you Dakota!

My only regret is that I didnt buy my Jeep from here.I purchased a pre-owned 2018 JL Rubicon from another source, and brought it here for an inspection and alignment. Evan gave me a ton of great info as the service advisor I was assigned. He is super knowledgeable and reassured me multiple times to reach out if I had any additional questions.I did send him an email with a couple follow up questions and he responded with my options and his advice. I really appreciate the time he took.When I am ready for my next Jeep, I will make sure Beaman gets my business even if I have to order what I want directly through them.

Looked most of the week for a car for one of our daughters. The sales person and sales manager worked with us to stay in our budget and still have a low mileage vehicle that my daughter could depend on. After deciding on the right car we made a point to stop by Saturday AM, we drove it and finalized the paperwork to our satisfaction. First we started working with Salesman Brandon, and his communication with us was really good. We worked out a deal, and his managers came through with a price we agreed on. After having the van for a week their were some issues with the side mirror. I spoke with James in the service department, and set it up to get fixed. Once again I contacted Brandon, and he was able to get it taken care of a no charge. Bottom line is this dealership as a whole, has people working for them that care about customer service.Thank you

Talk about customer service! While waiting for one agent, the manager came by and had another agent on it ASAP! They had me in and out in less than 2 hours... which included test drive, inspection, paperwork and another detail of the vehicle. Agent was amazing (Brandon Vaughn for those keeping score at home). Hands down the worst experience I have ever had buying a car! Mostly due to the sales person I was working with. Not only is she not knowledgeable of the products she is selling but she had to be instructed on what she need to do on every step in the process. We had agreed on some work to be performed on the vehicle prior to my possession, and when I called the next day to see if it was ready all she could tell me was “maybe”. Once I left work I had to stop by the dealership to find out that the work was not even scheduled to start until the following Monday! Monday afternoon I call and spoke to the body shop to see if it was ready and was told yes they finished the work that morning (but no one had called me) I went back to the dealer and the sales manager found my keys in my sales persons desk! She never called to let me know it was ready. She even tried sending me off with my car without even getting any tags installed on it!

Would give negative stars if possible! I dont like giving bad reviews unless its warranted for others sake. I have been working with this dealership for 4 weeks on purchasing a new vehicle that was do be delivered to the lot. During this time of 4 weeks, my price of the vehicle changed three times with different reasons as to why without a consistent answer as to why. I was given reasons from I am getting a special interest rate to the vehicle is 4wd (even though this was known from day 1) to well that price was for last week only. That was my first issue. After finally being fed up, I found another vehicle that was identical and let my dealer know. Suddenly, he could get my price back to the original negotiated price...funny how that works when I kept being told there was nothing they could do. Finally, once the price was agreed on I notified my bank. The dealer and I confirmed the sale and I had my bank overnight me a check (paid extra for). Today (next day), after talking to the dealer all morning about delivery and letting him know I have the check, suddenly I dont hear from him for a few hours. A few hours later, I finally hear from him only to be told that they sold the vehicle to another person instead. And when talking to the Manager about the issue, his exact response, Sorry first come first serve. What kind of legitimate business handles business this way? Ive bought many things and vehicles from personal sellers and their word has been more valuable than this dealerships from the very beginning. DO NOT take your business here!!! Find a more trustworthy company to buy from!!!!

Brought my car in for a simple repair. Asked if I was going to wait there or come back. Good thing I decided not to wait. They first told me mr car would be done two house after I dropped it off. Then for told it won’t be done until the next day. I then called and asked for an update and told them I needed it done by a certain time. They never got it done by then and didn’t even bother to call to tell me. Called them again, hours later, just to be put on hold for almost ten minutes and told it won’t be done for another day. I’ve already had to uber places, cancel appointments, and then had to find a ride to and from my Army training. Terrible customer service on top of this.

I have limited car buying experience, but from the moment I stepped foot in Beaman, it felt right. The people there arent pushy and treat you like family. They will do anything in their power to take care of you. Grace was amazing she knew what I wanted, and helped me get to that. Let me tell any dodge owner Dont EVER GET YOUR DODGE SERVICED HERE WHY YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NEED A NEW CAR. So I’m here launch jobs and this place has done the oil the last 2 times. The last time they set my oil miles out so far engine ran hot and light came on. On 9.07 and 9.29 asking why car was acting funny the 1st time they said o we checked everything you good on 9.29 James did not even want to put it in the air or take a look. So I took this car back the VA dodge dealership I brought it from. O lord why they said the oil was smoked and miles were not correctly set. You call this place to get them to pay for their mistake and the sevice people like to just laugh like it’s funny then make you leave a message for the service manager and have to wait on a calll back baby I will be there Monday 10.4.2021 to address in person I will sue if I need to. Full disclosure: I did not purchase my Jeep here but wish I had. I came to this location for a service repair.Service: Not only is Brian patient and helpful, but other service department employees stopped to make sure I was being taken care of in a timely manner throughout the day. Night and day difference from another service department just lets you stand around for an hour before someone even so much as looks in your general direction. Brian went out of his way to fix something on my warranty bill that was 100% my fault. There are at least two other Jeep dealerships closer to my home, however I will continue to drive a little further to have my Jeep serviced at this location.

I arrived at the service center for a 10am appointment that I had made the week prior. I was told that the work on my recall would take around 2 hours. 4 hours later I called to get an update. I was told they were running behind but would get started right away. He informed me they just needed to check the date on the hose and determine if it needed replacing but it probably would not need to be. 2.5 hours later I called back for an update and was told my rep would call me back. 30 minutes later, at 5pm, 7 hours after I dropped my vehicle off I was told it was ready. When I got it picked up the paper work said it was inspected but not replaced. 7 hours to read the date on a hose?!!!

If I can put no star I would. The people here are absolutely rude and overcharge for every service that they have. I own a Dodge Challenger. My first experience with this store was needing to get some recalls fixed they had the audacity to try to charge me thousands of dollars for the recall. On another occasion I called to ask them how much to do spark plugs in a 3.6 engine. They tried to tell me just about $1000. We bring ours to Dodge in Franklin Tennessee. Where they won’t charge you for recalls. And when I got A hold of them for my spark plugs they told me it would only be about 350. Between their pricing and how rude the staff are I wouldn’t spend a single penny in their dealership. Whoever is over them really needs to go train their staff better.

6/23 we arrived late afternoon ready to buy a Toyota Tundra. “Big boy toys require big boy pockets” is the last thing said before my husband left. We drove down to Huntsville AL right after and purchased the same truck same year and same mileage range for 7grand less without any haggling. Don’t expect quality salesmanship/ customer service unless dressed in your Sunday best. USELESS!!!!! Do not waste your time going to this place!!!!! Hands down the worst place ever!! I went to this dealership on saturday, I picked the vehicle i wanted Which was a 2006 Dodge ram 1500 Hemi, Mind you had over 173,000 miles on it, Was in mint condition. They only wanted $10,000 for it. However i had $2000 cash to put down on it!! They hit mine and my fiances credit score 4 times..... Daniel was the sales associate assisting us. However, The banks were then closed as it was 5pm on a saturday so he had told me that i had to wait until monday for that particular bank to open... 2 days go by, Now its monday morning 9AM. I called and daniel had said that he had just walked in and he would give me a call right back.... 2 hours, go by i call back, cant reach him. 2 more hours go by, Nothing... 2 more hours go by, STILL cant reach him..... SOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i left it alone for a while, and i decided to drive on up there at 5PM, I get there and daniel had Already left for the day, and garrett proceeded to tell me that it came back declined!!!! One of the most efficient, smoothest car buying processes Ive ever experienced. We purchased a used Toyota Camry from them and the sales manager and rep were very polite and helpful. I would do business with them again.Purchased approximately 10 vehicles over the last 20 years and theyre definitely in the top 2 or 3 dealers Ive worked with.

Sales experience was as expected. Took to long to complete as you expect at a dealer but everyone was pleasant. Unfortunately, there were a couple minor issues (missing rood key and a check engine light showing up 2 days after sale). Called three times with no followup from sales or service. No one did what they said they would do. On fourth call threw a fit and they finally took care if it. No care about followup after sale.

I drove 40 minutes out of my way to purchase a pickup truck. I had a price sent to me late that morning and cut out of work early to go look at it. Upon arrival I was greeted by Dakota. He was great and let me test drive the vehicle. Truck had really bald tires on it so I requested having ones taken from another truck or new ones put on with a deal on them. Spent over an our waiting on Dakota to work with the Sales manager Mikey to figure out a price. They asked me several times on the price that I was quoted on the truck. I showed them the screen shot from then website, the quote sent to me that morning from Dakota, and the price on the Capital One cars website. They were all the same. Mikey told me the price magically went up due to the Corporate Office increasing it over $2000. He would not do anything for me and would not budge from this new price. As a professional sales person and manager for 20+ years myself....I can say this is horrible service. It is the old bait and switch tactic that has given car salespeople a bad reputation. I was ready to buy the truck even with the bald tires until I was treated so poorly.

Paid $189.25 for a piece of paper listing the issues I had already mentioned when scheduling my service appointment with the most basic description and not even entirely true. Just a lazy, stereotypical dealership diagnosis that took probably two minutes and one hand. I had zero work done to my vehicle here because a simple brake and rotor change was going to cost $1,400. Had the diagnostic charge been explained clearly from the start, I never would have let them touch it. Spent nearly $200 for my truck to have a babysitter for a couple hours in their parking lot.

We went to buy a Ford Fusion once we arrived we checked out the car test drove it. Drove wit no issues but the car did had a small issue with the paint on one of the passenger sides. Tim P. Took care of us sent it in to the body shop. The body shop did a wonderful job. And not to mention it only took em a week to get it fixed. During that week they gave us a rental car until the car was fixed... No complains. It’s all about the customers and nothing else.

I am very disappointed in how the sale of a 2013 Platinum Cadillac XTS went for me. I had been dealing with the sales rep for this vehicle since last Monday. Because I am out of town I had a family member go by and check the vehicle out for me. I was ready to move forward with the purchase and I asked could I put a deposit down for the vehicle. The sales rep informed me that the policy was first come first serve. I asked to speak with the manager, who was a bit arrogant which did not bother me. What bothered me was the way he tried to rush me to get there as if he was the only person that has a job. I explained to him that I have a very important job and that I already had a previous engagement. I informed him that I had already had my credit pulled and asked did they do business with my bank. He told me that they did. He informed me that he needed the bank draft form as proof and that all I had to do is sign the check today. I urgently called my bank with the sales rep on the line and we had gotten everything that was needed to secure the loan and the car. I had been in contact through text with the sales rep and everything was good on my end. I even purchased car insurance for the vehicle. I sent the sales rep a text at 7 this morning and informed him that I would be at the dealership at 3 to pick up the car. His response was ok. Around 11:30 I receive a text that the car was sold from under me on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. I was furious because I completed everything that was asked of me, yet the dealership goes back to first come first serve. I feel that this is very disrespectful and greedy that the car lot would do this. I was told by the sales rep that his job is to move inventory. For everyone that has bought a vehicle with all of the great things to say. I am glad that you were treated with dignity and respect. I feel that the color of my skin played a very big part in this sale. Although the owner of the establishment and the sales rep feel differently, they wasted my time and my money only to be greedy and sale a car from the FIRST person that inquired about the vehicle and already had the bank speak to the sales rep. The loan officer even asked the sales rep that before she sends the documents that are needed for the car that would I still be able to purchase the car today. His answer was yes. This company will continue to sell cars anyway they can, because they want to make sure they get as much money out of someone to line there pockets. I have had some great experiences as well as not so great, but today Beaman showed me how dishonest and how they do not care for anyone only to make a sale. To the person that purchased the 2013 Platinum XTS, I hope that you enjoy the car. After all they did not tell you that it was already sold.
