I am super impressed with this place. Jeff was fabulous. He didnt try to upsell me. He told me what I needed to know and went above and beyond to help me. Its hard to find people you trust to work on your car, especially as a single female. But he was awesome! Good service at a great price. The staff was very Friendly and informative.

Purchased a Groupon for an alignment that said by appointment only. Tried to request an appointment online and got no response. Called and said that I wanted to schedule a tuneup and alignment and they said it was strictly first come, first served. But he assured me if I brought it in that Tuesday that they could look at it on Wednesday. Brought it in on Tuesday and they said the earliest they could do the tuneup was next week. They could do the alignment by Friday and could do the oil change the next day. But that’s only if I left it so it would be in line. Anyplace else I’ve used, if anything longer than an oil change is needed then you can schedule it so they don’t have to keep your car for 5 days. And here, apparently you have to leave it with them at least a day for a freaking oil change. Maybe the service is impeccable, but I’ll never know because I don’t have the time to leave my car there for several days when I can schedule it and get it done at my convenience in a couple of hours almost anywhere else.

These guys take care of their customers and are so kind. I went in to get some help with my transmission fluid and they checked all my fluids and replaced my radiator cap at no charge. Happy to take my jeep there.

I dont normally write reviews, but I wanted to write one now because I have been taking my vehicle to Precision Tune for years, and the service has always consistently been outstanding. I always appreciate that they take the time to listen to my concerns and that they explain to me what they find (even showing me so that I can see it for myself). Likewise, they always do excellent quality work at reasonable prices. And on the rare occasion when a specialty repair that they dont do was needed, they have provided excellent recommendations on where to go to. Given how difficult it can be to find a good, honest repair shop, I feel very fortunate that I found Precision Tune shortly after I moved to middle TN years ago.

These guys are very knowledgeable. Im in waiting for an oil change and I listened as the gentleman explained services and options to another customer. He was friendly, thorough and spoke in terms non-mechanics could understand.

I can only speak to oil changes because I have had a personal mechanic for 25 years. They are efficient, fast, and cheap. Not even worth it to do myself anymore. They will usually try to sell you a cabin filter and air filter but I do those myself, super easy.

I am very wary about taking my vehicles to a mechanic. I went to Precision Tune Auto Care for service that I needed done immediately. I was expecting to be told it would be several days to weeks before they could do it, just like most other shops. I walked in and was immediately and happily greeted. I was able to get my car in right then and there for brake service. While I was waiting for the inspection to be completed, I was amazed to see how many loyal customers were walking in the door and Jeff knew them by name. A mom and her child was in the waiting room and he gave the child quarters to get candy from the machine. Then proceeded to give her money for her birthday. Customer service from all employees were far above the rest! After the inspection I was given a list of recommendations that needed to be done. I advised what I wanted done and I wasn’t hassled at all about not wanting to have more work done. I left the car and went home. I woke up late and slept through my alarm (I work nights) and Jeff called me to see if I was close enough to come pick up the car. Even though it was after closing time when I got there, he graciously waited for me to be able to get my car. I will go here from now on for all my services!

It is wonderful to have an owner/manager Jeff that is completely honest and treats you well. The mechanics are very capable and complete repairs on a timely basis. I was beyond happy with the experience I had, both Jeff and Kevin were the 2 gentlemen that assisted me with my vehicle! I had what I thought was a coolant leak, so I took my vehicle to Precision Tune Auto to get it diagnosed to find the problem. I did not have an appointment, but they got my car in at the end of the day to run the test. They called me the next morning to let me know that they did not find anything wrong. They gave me a couple scenarios of what could potentially be the problem, but they said they did not feel comfortable doing the service when they couldnt 100% make sure it would fix the problem. The staff here, especially Jeff and Kevin, are honest workers and are not in the business to make a quick dollar, they truly are looking out for your best interest! I 100% recommend them to anyone needing work done to their vehicle! Also, Precision Tune Auto is very reasonably priced and dont overcharge for their services!

Great place to get honest car care

I have been using Precision Tune for over 8 years. In that time I have received the best service and care for my cars. Jeff is great to deal with and is a great partner in keeping my family on the road. His prices are very reasonable and his mechanics are the best. I like that when I go there, I see the same mechanics that have been there for years, no high turnover shop here, just a great staff and great service.

Service is always fast and on point. On this visit Kevin let me know about an issue with my vehicle and gave my several options and honest advice on repairing it. People like him are why I have been coming to this location for over a decade.

These guys always take care of me like Im family, 10/10 will always reccomend to anyone in the area needing quality work done.

I went there after Toyota recommended to change the timing belt and water pump. They gave me an estimate that was slightly lower than Toyota but with more parts to replace as they recommended to change the whole kit. I felt comfortable to leave the car there even though it was Saturday afternoon and the car would have to stay there till Monday, I am glad I did. After 30 minutes I received a call from them and I was told that they had a good news for me. They said the timing belt kit was replaced at 92,000 miles and it is currently doesnt need to be replaced again. I was surprised by the level of honesty I was treated with since I stepped in the shop. Yes this is real, they turned down over $500 profit only to do the right thing. I went there and I tried to pay diagnostic fee or anything but they refused and they also checked many other things in the car and recommended no replacements. They showed me the sticker and they answered many questioned I had about the car. I am so grateful to them not because they saved me money but because they gave hope and showed that there is still light in this world. I owe them this moment when I felt that the world will have to become a better place for our children to live and that light and hope will eventually conquer. No words will be enough for what they did but I will pray to the One who, on a mountain, turned his back to the kingdoms of the world to choose a cross on a further mountain to pay them back and His compensation is truly great. God bless them, their families, and their business.

Charged me $100 for two battery terminals. I wasnt told about the expense beforehand. Im finding the same parts for $8 brand new. Tried to sell me a part that was over over 3x the price of ones I found in auto parts stores. Definitely not going back here again.

Awesome shop. Did a complete check, drain, and refill of the entire AC system. Gave me a full report on what was found and done. My ac system was in great condition. Now it blows super cold like it did many years before. They charged me a fair price for the service and was extremely nice and professional the entire time. I will do business with them again.

Very poor customer service! The manager, Jeff, was more focused on finishing his reports rather than answering the questions i had pertaining to my vehicle and the services that they provide. I then called them, and he was still very unattended of anything i asked so i most definitely will not give my money to a place that the own manager behaves in that deficient manner.

I used to get my car serviced here all the time when it was Master Tech. The service was great then, and it is great now. Jeff, the current owner, is a stand up christian guy. He always tells you the truth about what you do and do not need. I was always treated with respect, and was even given a military discount on my services. My wife and I now live 80 miles away, but we still go to Jeff for all our larger automobile services. I will be there on Thursday to have our Equinox serviced.

I have concerns because everything was fine with my car before I went this time and as soon as I get home I go to start it up and all of sudden my car is now cutting off after I put it into drive and begin acceleration. Its happening 2 or three times a day for the past week. I dont know whats going on and Im writing this to say just be mindful and to see if anyone else has experienced any issues. I do know ...instead of worrying and wondering Im going take my car somewhere else.

Fast, honest, and amazing service. Ive been to a lot of mechanics who are less than honest and Im always asked to spend far more money than originally planned because they discovered this or that wrong with the car. But here I was told and shown exactly what was wrong and given explanations that make sense. The mechanics are definitely friendly and forthright and I will be using this place from now on.

STAY AWAY! If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my car here for A/C tune up my air was blowing out hot air. The guy that worked on my car told me that I needed a new compressor, condsenor, expansion valve, and a belt! That it would be about 1,400 to repair everything. Luckily, my car was still under warranty. I told him that I would double check to make sure my car was still under warranty and I would call him back. Well, I call him back and let him know that it was still under warranty. The lady that answers the phone tells me they dont work with warranty companies. Tried to get me to pay for it and just have my warranty company to reimburse me. So, long story short I end up taking my car to another car mechanic and they tell me that NOTHING is wrong with my car it just needed some freon! Are you kidding me? He didnt even put freon in my car like that receipt that he gave me said he did! I paid him over a hundred dollars for him to do nothing! He was trying to rip me off for 1,400! Explains why he didnt want to work with the warranty company.

Jeff ALWAYS takes care of me and my family. I trust Jeff completely to take care of my vehicles, and always at a fair price. You cant buy that kind of peace of mind!

They charged me for a diagnostic but did not throughly check the car. The next day it broke down again. I would not go here. It is a waste of money.

I just carried on with the tradition when I grew big enough and started driving myself. I have NEVER had an issue with price or quality while I was there. One time I tested a different store with an oil change and afterword I had Precisions take a look to easy my mind. They found that the other store had badly cross-threaded my oil do-dad-thing and personally showed me so I could be sure. Then they drained my oil, repaired the do-dad-thing, and gave me fresh oil for free because I had gotten screwed by another mechanic place.I stand by this shop to this day.

Went in for a coolant flush explained to the guy what I wanted done and what I thought needed to be done well 2 hours later and money down the drain they said it was a thermostat i had just replaced they said thats what happens when you buy cheap parts well guess what thanks to a different shop and did my coolant flush my car is now running at a good temp like it should.

This is the only place I will get my oil changed!! Great service and great people!! Very honest and helpful.

If you bring your own parts they charge 200 dollars an hour. My bill was 800 dollars and it only took them 4 hours to do it. They initially said it would take 6 hours. So they pretty muched charged me for what they thought

The rudest people on the earth, as we were walking to the front door of the building(the OPEN light was on and the bay doors were open) two white males closed the bay doors without acknowledging us at all..As a business even if its getting close to closing time, you should still communicate that to ALL of your customers.. My experience wasnt the best. Manager seems to have a grudge with you if you needed air in tire. The following was documented, because I was greeted with the occurrence of a time last year I had a low tire and pulled up to see if I could get a little air,. I had been trading with Jeff for some time,and the guy was going to charge me for labor to air a tire.Anyway I went back to them to have my oil changed and Jeff writes little notes on my window decals. Im going to be sure to have my oil changed else where. I found this to be to childish for a business
