My husband hit our brick mailbox and messed the whole passenger side of my new Durango up. The repair was reasonable priced. They got my truck back to us in a very fast time schedule. Dana was extremely nice and kept us inform on our trucks progress. Got my truck back it looked better than when I first bought. They cleaned it up nicely and repairs were perfect. The quote only took a few minutes and I was on my way with some useful information before dealing with the insurance company. I decided to schedule an appointment to drop my car off and everything went perfectly. The repairs were competed on time and the work looks great. Amazing service! Definitely the best in town. Was hit on my driver side about a month ago, since the other persons insurance was paying for it I had to get a quote through that insurance. Murfreesboro Auto Body Collision informed me about the steps I needed to take before they worked on my car. Once a quote was sent to me, I passed it on and they got started working on my car. They did a beautiful job and even repaired more than was estimated at no cost to me! Absolutely love this shop and will definitely be back for more work.

I took my car here only because my insurance company referred me. Also, they seem to have a lot of friends leaving them nice messages here. My experience was horrible. The office manager is weird and aggressive. They took A LOT of money from my insurance claim and did very little repair that was needed. They charged me for things they, in actuality, did not do! I had to end up taking my car to a dealership to get it fixed. These guys are crooks and very unprofessional. If you just need a coat of paint, go for it! If your car has been in a collision and needs repair, DO NOT TRUST THEM. *Addendum: I most certainly have the correct shop, Murfreesboro Autobody Collision Center. Im not surprised the response is that I must be mistaken and we dont know you. Terrible people.

I Personally, didnt care for this place. Sure its a body shop.Normally Body Shops tend to get the Vehicle in asap if they want to get paid. This particular one had my car way to long. Just about every time i went there it seemed they were just sitting around. On top of that i did not like the loaner they gave me . I perfer newer models.

I got prices from 2 other repair shops and Auto Body Collision had the best price for the same work. The work was done professionally and quickly. Ill definitely return for future damage repairs.

I had previously used Prices Collision in Cool Springs. I wanted to try someplace else. I chose Murfreesboro Auto Body because of the reviews and how easy it was to work with them to prepare for the work. I was worried about whether they would do a good job matching the paint on my Orange Rogue. They did a great job and were super easy to work with! I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Dana and the team at MABCC recently, took my car to them for a quote and to meet them in person (I dont let just anyone work on the vehicle) and found the quote to be reasonable and Dana to be thorough and detail oriented with the inspection. I had been directed to Murfreesboro Auto Body by the dealership I purchased my car from to have some paint chips, dents and scratches corrected . Met Dana who was very helpful and professional and worked with me to get all my needs identified and walked around the car with me as I pointed out the items I needed to be worked on. Got a GREAT quote and felt this body shop was going to take care of me. When I got my car back I was excited to see how perfect everything was repaired. Looked like a new car again. Would recommend Murfreesboro Auto Body to anyone who needs their damaged car to be repaired and made new looking again. Wished I had taken before and after pictures.

Very knowledgeable about my repair and paint issues

Being new to the area and having to shop around for different services, I found Murfreesboro Auto Body Collision Center through Google and the first thing I looked at were the reviews. I did not come across anything bad, all positive so I decided to avoid going back home to the shop that normally does my vehicles and give them a try. Mrs. Dana is a very professional sweetheart and she kept in contact every other day about the deals of my vehicle. The service crew did an awesome job and in a timely matter considering parts had to be ordered and shipped accordingly. Thank you MABCC for getting my baby back in shape 😊

My car looked great but they did not access the whole car before submitting to insurance. If a car has front end damage why would you not check all things that could be wrong which would be more money for the company. I also told them it was something wrong around the tire area. It was never addressed and now I have the car it is still having the same issue. Initially because of the body work I would have recommended them but now I will not. Had my car almost a month and did not handle things professionally at all. Not a hour after having the car the check engine light comes out. I was instructed to bring the car back and they would look at it. Look at an issue that was supposed to be addressed initially per our RECORDED conversation. Brought the car back and was told multiple different stories which are also recorded. Aside from the fact I know that you can cut off a check engine light and one of their own employees stated after so many miles it will.come back on which I already knew. Then proceeds to tell me that my car needs an oil change and I had to PAY them out of pocket for a oil change for them to even look at the initial problems from over a month ago. The lady at the front went back on everything she stated because she apparently knows nothing about cars. I said well I will take it to Hyundai and have the diagnostic to see if it is wreck related and she says if it is then Hyundai can fix it. This is ONLY a body shop NOT a repair shop. Totally disgusted by such business practices.

Today I was sent to this body shop by the dealership we bought our car from. The reason was to install an interior trim piece. This particular piece was covering the drivers side windshield pillar. The technician did install the piece correctly...The advice I would give is for the technician to clean all of the dirty fingerprints and hand prints off of the interior. The new piece that was installed ended up being dirtier than the broken one that was replaced. It may sound like I am being picky and I probably am. It doesnt help that I was the parts manager and detailer at Abra auto body and glass. I surely hope this place takes my constructive criticism.
