The people at Caliber Collision are exceptional. Heather and Evan took great care of me up front and Nathan did an amazing job walking me through the repair process. From front to back, this place is top notch. Hopefully I’ll never need them again, but if I do, I will definitely be back.

Within the last year or so, my husband and I have both had to bring our vehicles in for damage. The TEAM at Caliber Collision repaired our vehicles BEAUTIFULLY. They were fantastic and a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed at all times throughout the repair process. I would recommend them to everyone! They are AWESOME!!!!

Shout out to the guys who fixed my car. There was quite a lot of damage from flying glass on the interstate. I was constantly kept informed of the progress they were making with the repair. I highly recommend them. My car looks great!

Highly recommend Caliber and their team of professionals. They do everything to make it right and are fast and courteous. They have literally saved my husbands life when another repair shop did the repairs on his vehicle after his collision, I looked over the paperwork and saw frame damage and insisted he contact our insurance carrier for another opinion. This time we took the vehicle to Caliber for the assessment and found that the vehicle should have been totaled out and no one should have been driving it. Thank you so much for saving my husbands life!I just had another car repaired here with top notch repairs and will bring any vehicle back (if needed) in the future.

Not attentive as Brittany and Amanda, everything great till her, when talking with her always seemed distracted, robotic, doesn’t follow up like Amanda and Brittany, waited all day then so by the way, “ your truck was ready and forgot to call till late”, personality from California and all that ink????? It was perfect till her blasé attitude! Definitely TT Amanda or Brittany . We won’t be the last to be frustrated with her.

This place is a first class business. They deliver on their promise to make it look like brand new. They even ripped off the after-market bumper they painted and installed because they didnt like its appearance so they went and ordered one from the manufacturer, and our insurance company paid for the difference because Caliber certified that it didnt look right. Thanks and the front end of the car now looks like a brand new car!

They keep you up to date on your vehicle, and did a really great job. They also pushed out a few dents the insurance wouldn’t cover. I’m only giving a four star because they got some grease on the passenger side cloth seat which I’m not too worried about. I’ll use them again, if I ever have another claim. I got the oil out with some starter fluid pretty easily. Going upgrade to a five because the color match on my sixteen year old vehicle is that good.

They are under new management and the team is exceptional. I would recommend anyone to come here for your work. They are extremely professional, they keep you up to date on the repairs and Blaine was great to work with. 10/10 would recommend

Definitely avoid this place, even if you simply need an estimate.I was involved in a hit and run in Nashville & took it here to get an estimate. They completely stripped my car (I assume to see what all of the damages were, this makes sense), but I decided to get my car back to take it to another place for an estimate. I call to confirm & there were no issues, I show up and say I’m here to get my car & was instantly told “no problem, just sign this form” the form stated that I was retaining my vehicle and that they wouldn’t be doing repairs.I’m told to sit and wait for my car to be pulled up front, after about 15 minutes of seeing how loud and unprofessional the front desk service is, the woman told me that my car is actually not street legal and has been stripped down. No lights, no bumper - nothing. When asking how I was expected to get it home then, she said “I don’t know, you can go look at it”. I was then greeted at my car by a man that said it would take quite a long time to put back together (which at this point it’s about 20 minutes before their closing time) and that he’d pop the lights back in for me to take it home. I was told legally they don’t have to put it back together since I signed the form - so I feel extremely played.So. After knowing all day I’d be coming back to get my car, they left it completely torn apart and threw all the pieces in my back seat for me to deal with - making it illegal to even drive my car across town to my house. I now have MORE damages to my vehicle than I did when I dropped it off for an estimate.Very upset with their services. Do not recommend.

Amazing workmanship! I was amazed at the workmanship on my Honda Ridgeline. My truck looks brand new after being hit by a much larger truck. Blaine, the Manager, kept me up to date and ensured the job was done correctly.

Highly recommended. Second time Ive used them for insurance claim, and they wrote a charge off for me. First time? Free tires. Second time? Free paint work.Manager and assignee were both great. Thank you to both, I believe Blake and Amanda were their names. Very pleased with service and customer service. Customer service is top notch in my book. Car was not ready on time, multiple week delay, but this did not bother too much. They also covered 1 additional day on the rental for me.

I took my car here to get the rear end repaired after an accident. They were very nice and professional at the front desk but the job that was done was less than excellent. They didnt secure the left side of the bumper, they touched up the pin strips but only on half of one side so the back doesnt match the front or the other side, the fender well isnt pushed in all the way, theres a piece inside the trunk that they obviously didnt even bother looking at because it was still snapped out and is uneven from the other side. My husband also swears the color they choose to replace the back of my car is a darker color than the rest of the car. ( I dont see it but Im also blind but Im trying to leave the most honest review) on top of all this they estimated my car to be done 06/17 and I didnt receive it until 06/22 and really it would have been the 23rd but I only got it because I continued to call and ask about my car because they didnt keep me updated until the very end of the day and I need to take my daughter to a doctors appt. That day so I needed the car. Thankfully some of the employees stayed a bit later than closing to allow me to get my car that day. I appreciate them!

I worked with James Vandusen he always let me know what was going on and everything was done when he said it would be! Having worked claims before the I know the impact covid had and is still having on repairs and the frustrations it causes. I can say I never had a concern and it was the best experience in a bad situation I could have hoped for!

I expected a great paint job with no blemishes because I have used them in the past with a satisfactory outcome. Also, they seemed to be a honest organization. But, looks can be deceiving. Fortunately, the customer service was good with text updates about the current stage of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the work appeared that it was performed in a unprofessional manner due to the blemishes I found on the paint job. In addition, I felt like I was deceived, and manipulated into making the payment over the phone before seeing the finished repair work. Once I have time available, I will notify them by telephone or in person to see if these blemishes on my hood can be remedied. Please stay tuned to find out about the end result of this situation.

Got into a little fender bender and looked at reviews to decide where to go. This place had great reviews and they were absolutely fabulous. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They finished the job early and even cleaned out my car (which i hadnt done in Months!) Hopefully I wont need their services soon, but when I do I will definitely go back.

Highly recommend. I hit a deer and they came highly recommended by friends. Dropped my truck off on a Monday morning. They called the rental car company upon my arrival. I briefly talked to the damage inspector about what needed to be done. The rental company met me on site. Caliber Collision kept me updated on the repair status. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and I got my truck back on Friday. It looks perfect again. The entire experience was handed flawlessly and professionally. Top notch company!!

Had to take my car here 3 different times because each time something wasnt put back together properly. Still isnt, just tired of wasting my time. Dont waste yours, go somewhere else.*Edit: the 1st return, they didnt replace a fender (that they invoiced for). I took it back and they tried to tell me that they did replace it and I had to have gotten in another wreck. Lol.

Great establishment. I was kept informed during the repair process of my 2017 Nissan Altima.William was my technician. He was friendly, professional, and beyond efficient. I was very impressed with Caliber Collision on Broad St. in Murfreesboro, TN. I recommend it highly to anyone.

Dropped car off for repairs on a Wednesday, was told it should be ready on Friday. Was not ready, got a text it would be Monday. Not ready on Monday. Received text it would be Tuesday. Not ready on Tuesday. Showed up Wednesday, was told it would be Thursday. Was not ready. Called and spoke to the person handling my acct, she got smart with me. Repairs were not completed until Friday at 3. Showed up at 4:40 to pick up car. Young lady made smart remark about everyone showing up at last minute. They close at 5. Not impressed. Wont ever use their services again.

I accidentally hit my mailbox with my truck. They were so nice to me and let me do a walk in customer pay estimate. Once I have the money I will be coming to get repairs done there. Thank you for being so kind to me and my wife.

I had an AMAZING experience! Tianna Grant, in the front office, exceeded expectations with Phenomenal customer service!! William Watson also exceeded my expectations. Both of these employees greeted me with a smile and kept me up to date with the status of my car. The office was full that morning with a few disgruntled customers, but they remained to keep a smile on their face and an acceptable tone with all of the customers. I highly recommend this location if you have any collision issues with your vehicle.

I had to have my bumper cover replaced, before I even got to the appt. Michael had already ordered it and it was on the way. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done 5:30pm. When I picked up my car it was washed and cleaned on the inside. All through out the day I received text messages letting me know how the process was going and the timing of the completion of my car. If I even need collision service again I will definitely go back to caliber.

Crappy place!!! Tore my 2001 car down and then my insurance company which is next door (convenient) totaled it out!! Put the part back on with no bolts. Gave those to me in a bag. Taped the grill on and the head light in (I almost lost it on my way home) They begged me to buy it!! Its a clean Rodeo 4 x with no other damage. Thats why they wanted to buy it. Fix it and sell it. They probably have a lot somewhere.

Bad experience from the start! Had a scheduled appointment, they cancelled. I desperately needed my window fixed as was going on vacation in two days. They agreed to me bringing my vehicle into their shop. The work that was done was done correctly and at a timely manner. The glass did not match the rest of the vehicle so I had to go somewhere else to finish it. They would not accept my payment. Told me to call and pay. I made several attempts to call and pay. Either the line was busy, I had to leave a message, or spoke to someone who wouldnt take my payment, but sent me to another place to leave another message. I then received a letter saying they were sending me to collections. This time I was able to talk to someone who took all my bank account information and said it would post the next business day. Never did! A month later, I received another letter sending me to collections. I was on the phone over an hour being transferred back and forth finally reaching someone who was apologetic and said they would have the correct person contact me the following day. Never did!! I have never had such ridiculousness trying to pay for a service. I dont need the added work or stress this company caused.

I had someone hit my vehicle in my own driveway. I contacted my insurance agency and they had me ready to drop my car off at Abra Auto Body in Murfreesboro. Everyone in the building was very professional and detail-oriented. I received constant updates on what stage my car was in as far as repair. Even the Geico representative that was in the building was professional and upgraded me to a nice vehicle. I am posting a review late but this happened back in August. Thanks Abra!

Terrible service, made my appointment to get car fixed, it was a month out. Then the day before my scheduled appointment ( not even 12 hours before)I was called and told that they had worker quit and I would have to reschedule, I told them I understood, o ly for her to say that it would be another 2 months, and that they had walk ins coming in, and that I would be behind them...not happy with how it was handled....my time was wasted, and in the meantime I was stuck with trying to find another place to go

Abra Auto Body is a terrfic place to bring your automobile to be fixed if your in a accident. My front end on my brand new Nissan Rogue was smashed pretty bad. They were able to fix my Rogue like it was when I drove it off the lot. The staff who work there are so kind and helpful especially when you are so upset. I went to Ford of Murfreesboro to get recalls done and they damaged my pickup USAA Federal Savings Bank refers veterans to places they trust to get their vehicles fixed which brought me here and I have to say its the best service Ive ever experienced everything they told me about the repairs were true of course all good things take time when my truck was almost ready they informed me that they had to send it back to the paint shop because they had noticed something that they wanted to be better I appreciate the attention of detail and being notified and the honesty regardless of the situation

Pathetic excuse for a Auto body shop. Hold my truck for almost a week before saying they cant fix it even though they send text updates saying its going swell. The next body shop shows me why they wont fix it. They arent going to make any money off of it. Underestimate the damage to the vehicle. The labor time they claimed would take a super hero to do. They just didnt care. This is why my boss left you and why the guy working on my truck left you. Do not go here! Shop local

I took my car to Abra because my insurance recommended them and they were very rude to me when I dropped it off until I threatened to take it elsewhere. Days went by and when I called my insurance company to extend my car rental they informed me my car was done two days prior, when nobody called me. Upon the insurance company investigating they established that they could not fix it due to pre-existing damage, which I understand. What I do not understand is how they kept my car for days beyond what they should have without contacting either my insurance company or myself to let us know. Ridiculous.
