Just overall a great expiernce! I received updates everyday on my truck so I knew how much they had left to do. They even fixed my annoying squeaky door without me even having said anything. They even cleaned my truck I mean come on! Thats just GREAT customer service! These people do it right! More businesses need to do what they are doing!

Terrible job. Car was not put back together correctly. Wrong parts were used . Not how it looked when before it was in an accident. Half done job.

They refused to take my car in because they had call outs and my car is somewhat drivable. I have never in my life heard of any business DENYING you service because or call outs. My insurance company has a contract with them that I will also be writing in to my insurance company about this issue in hopes they take them off their preferred list of shops.

Very unhappy with my repair. Was told my bumper would be repaired and repainted and car would be cleaned inside and out before delivery.1. I was lied to. At delivery I was told the bumper could not be repaired and a new one was put on. That is NOT true. This is my same old bumper2. I discovered some chemical on my seat. When I showed it to them they stated it would probably come off. But made no offer to fix it. When I insisted they do it the man acted annoyed he had to do so.3. I pointed out a small nick in the paint that I was afraid would flake off later and asked it be noted.4. After looking the car over after I had it cleaned(which they had NOT done as agreed) I found a 2 inch gash in my bumper where the damage was. It wasn’t repaired, only painted over. More evidence the bumper was not replaced.I would not return to the shop ever again.

Got a bodykit for my car, you cant call your place of business an Auto Body Shop if you cant do Auto Body. They cant put bodykits on cars....
