Absolutely THRILLED with the quality of my paint job and body repair. The customer service was above and beyond, Sara and Denise are the best and they kept me informed through the entire process. The quality of the body work and the quality of the paint job exceeded my expectations. I am so very happy that I went to Maaco to get my car repaired and painted. It looks brand new!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Paint quality is excellent but there was excessive overspray on my wheels and lower trim pieces. The dent they removed looks like it was never there, but several scratches in the previous paint were not adequately removed. I’m not a paint expert but I figured sanding and priming would cover that. About the overspray, I’m not super upset about it because they are factory rims but for someone with custom stuff I could see it being an issue. I asked them about a rust spot on the rear of my car and they said “they would take care of it” and I’m pretty sure all they did was paint straight over it. The picture down the side of the car is where the dent was, very happy with how that turned out. Other pictures are of the overspray and rust

The whole experience, from start to finish, was handled very thoroughly. All the employees are very friendly and professional. The guys that painted my car, are obviously the very best, at what they do. I have looked it over and could not be more pleased.

Literally will not give me my car back. I’ve called everyday that they said I could get it and the keep changing the date on me. Until I finally called again and said I needed my car right now and they told me to come the next day at 2:30 to pick it up. As soon as me and my husband get there they literally say, “ idk who told you to be here, but it’s not even scheduled to be painted until 3 days from today.” So unprofessional I’ll never use them again. And they continue to lie about when the vehicle will be done. Still don’t have it to this day they’ve had it for 3 weeks and told me it was only going to take a week to fix when I dropped it off.

EDIT: 1/15/2021, Still no response from the business in question or from Maaco customer service.EDIT: 12/28/2020, Still no response from the business in question or customer service.12/1/2020:I knew Maaco was bad but apparently you cant even trust them with an estimate. I called ahead and dropped off a bumper on Saturday, already removed from the vehicle (super easy) and placed it outside for a simple, unpainted fiberglass patch estimate. Upon receiving a pricey estimate for an unpainted job, I thanked the employee and asked for the bumper to be placed outside where I dropped it off. Instead, it was thrown outside upside-down causing the amount of damage to double. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor in charge of claims. The woman was of no help except to offer the excuse that the wind blew it. There is no wind in that secluded corner. The orange box in the photos is the original damage I asked for a quick estimate. The other two photos are of the damage done by throwing it on the sidewalk upside-down.

Car looks amazing! Reasonable prices. Denise and Sara in the office were both incredibly helpful and friendly. The paint and body guys were also very friendly and do great work.The estimate process was very informative and non pressuring and they were willing to work with me as I did my own prep work. I dropped the car off on a Monday and it was done the next day! Now my 23 Year old BMW looks fantastic! Would definitely come back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good quality work at a reasonable price.

Took my 24 year old Ford Explorer to the Murfreesboro location because I wanted the hood and roof painted. Didnt want to put more into it than its worth. Denise gave me a quote I found acceptable. I specifically told her I didnt want her to rush the job. After two weeks I went to pick up the car and Sara (a sweetheart) brought my car around. I was shocked when I realized they had painted the entire vehicle. I am extremely happy!

After waiting two weeks to get my car back they had not replaced the screws and there were multiple sports they had missed putting back in. When I returned to tell them it took another week. When I picked it up there were still screws missing on the interior trim . They said they broke them and there was not even an offer to fix. There was an odd film on the windshield too. I scrapped it and it was from paint overspray. Most of my experiences have been good but this trip was awful. I left messages to speak with the manager but never got a return call or any offer to make things right.

Just had this Chevy Express 3500 painted at Maaco. Overview: 1) Prep was great, 2) masking could have been better, 3) paint looks great, 4) service was very personable and easy to work with.This van is a 2011, 168,000 miles, and had the old Chevy white paint cancer (peeling), something GM has been unable to solve in the past three decades, just waiting for a Class-action lawsuit. I was nearly to the point of just using a paint roller on the hood with tough petroleum-based paint, but my girlfriends car has a Maaco paint job and frankly, it looks great, considering it was the lowest-cost package.So, I decided to get a quote. The online quote seemed fairly accurate, but there was an additional ($199 large vehicle charge), and then I chose the 3rd-level for getting a clear coat. Worth it!Now, reading online, there are horror stories from Maacos past (across the nation) theyre still feeling the pain from. But, many have said Maaco, in general have stepped up their game in recent years.Prep: I understood it took three days worth of sanding to get the remaining white paint off. Just from this amount of work alone, the paint job was probably worth it. I suspect Maaco lost a few bucks on sanding. But they did a fine job. The only spots I found were not sanded fully were the edges of one fender well, but its totally fine and covered under warranty.Masking: Could have been better, but again, taking into consideration the prep hours, I can see it being a bit tough. However, I would have paid an extra $200 for a more perfect masking job. Tires, bumpers, mirrors, center-caps etc. all has a tiny bit of overspray. Fortunately, they didnt spray the headlights (these are new), but they did touch one of the blinkers. My suggestion for bumpers and wheels: paint-socks. As odd as that sounds, if you have a water-proof sock with a draw-string pulled tight and secured around each bumper and wheel (requires a jack), you could just about fully eliminate paint on wheels and bumper. However, this may or may not exist, and someone might have a product to offer soon. Masking is an area Maacos across the nation are lacking a bit. This is an area Maaco would find it useful to produce or improve in-house products that can quickly be applied, remove, and re-used.Paint: Very well done, considering the cost. Sure, it doesnt look factory new. The use of sprayers vs. a huge factory bathtub of paint is different. Also, a few minor pieces of dust or leftover debris from the under coat, sanding, or paint sprayer are on the surface, but a white van like this isnt going to show them at all. Uniform paint job, clean, and careful.Service: The people I dealt with in the office were easy to talk to, honest, and helpful. They dont focus on the economy of a Maaco paint job and why its less expensive, but if you get quotes from other body shops, a really great paint job will cost 3 times as much.Go in with the understanding that youre not getting a factory paintjob. This is about economy and value, coupled with decent quality. The value is really there. Its worth it if you dont want to pay enormous body shop Pricess. I think this van will look sweet and devoid of peeling paint for at least 10 more years! Great job!! You can see the quality is fine for this van, for sure.Hints:1) Remove Door handles, hub-caps/ center-caps. Things difficult to mask, but easier to remove beforehand. Its not critical, but masking could lack on some of these areas. See mirror pic #2.2) Note that youre told not to wash the paint for at least 30-45 days. Use this to your advantage! You may be able to remove overspray on some areas easier when you first discover them rather than wait 45 days after the paint cures. Overspray on my center-caps came off with some Dawn, hot water and scrubbing. Just be sure to remove these parts and clean them elsewhere, careful not to allow any harsh chemicals on the new paint job.3) Time your visit when your tires are nearing replacement.4) Hand-Wax at least twice per year.

This going to be the first of a few reviews for Maaco from me and all parties involved. I simply can not recommend this location or the Maaco brand for any vehicle repairs. I have never experienced poorer customer service than I have at Maaco. Poor customer service in store and on the corporate level. Vehicle was taken to this location for repair to bumper. Bumper was fixed but discovered two damaged areas that were caused by Maaco.The owner and receptionist saw the damage they caused and fixed one of the areas. Went to pick up vehicle for the last time and noticed there was area of the vehicle that was still not fixed. Owner informed me over and over again that he was not going to paint vehicle over even after he admitted to seeing the damage and fixing it the first time. The owner did not attempt to rectify the situation in anyway or try to explain the situation or offer any other solution. I was met with poor customer service, horrible managerial skills, degrading words and a sheer lack of customer care.On the corporate level I was met with the same dialogue. No one attempted to rectify the issue or make the customer feel valued or offer any reconciliation. I can not recommend anyone take there car to be fixed at this Maaco location. Your vehicle is important and you need to put your vehicle in trusted hands because if something goes wrong at Maaco and you do not get your vehicle back in better shape than when you left it they will NOT help you in anyway.The car can be repaired at another auto body shop but the horrible customer experience I received from Maaco as a whole left a bad taste in my mouth. I can not recommend it to anyone.

The job I had requested them to do which was paint the roof on my Ford Excursion. That part was great and dealing with the ladies at the office was great. The only complaint I got is there was over spray on my new Westin running boards. I haven’t figured that part out yet. Guess they didn’t cover it all the way.

Maaco did a wonderful job on my 2004 Honda S2000 and my 2003 Toyota Tundra! Both vehicles look like they just came off the showroom!

I had an incredible experience with this Maaco location. This is the first time I have had to have body work done and wasnt sure how the process would go. Maaco did a great job of keeping me informed and allowing it to be a completely smooth process. They worked directly with the insurance company so I did not have to. The staff was very professional and kind. I received my vehicle back within 4 days. I was embarrassed I had to drop my vehicle off not so clean. Especially with having a 1 yr old in the backseat. Yikes!!! But to my surprise, Maaco detailed not only the outside but the inside. This made my day!! What a wonderful surprise! I highly recommend this location. And should I need Repair or Painting in the future, this location will be my first choose.

A very professional and friendly environment. I value quality and expediency over all my expectations for service, and they were met. The crew did an excellent job repainting portions of my car, to the point, I thought they repainted my entire car. Along with replacing my windshield and bumper, they finished the job with two and half days. The estimate for repairs was below my estimate based on comparison to the Maaco of Antioch.To those who consider this review, you can anticipate your expectations to be exceeded.

First, the actual job I took my car in for was completed and done correctly...however the service was HORRIBLE!. I took my warranty info in and spoke with the manager and another staff 3 days prior. After having me email the documents they never called and got the work approved. I drop my car off on the following Wednesday and was told my car would be ready by Monday. I called on Saturday and my car had not been started. (Which is how I found out they had not called my warranty company). However I received a call on that Tuesday that it was finished. I come to pick it up and car had not been cleaned or detailed. I took it to get a wash and my car and windows were full of overspray. Then I noticed a smudge in the paint where someone or something clearly touched or bumped the car during the drying process causing a defect. This means NO ONE EVEN CHECKED the car prior to calling me to pick it up. I called and eventually brung the car back so the manager could see it. I was told I could drop it off and they would take care of it. (Another 4-5 days) as they should but Its just unacceptable service. I used a clay bar and cleaned the car (1.5hrs) yes it was that much and we decided we are not going to take it back and advised our insurance warranty company to stop doing business with this location. Look I know the overspray is normal but I should have never been called to pick up my car without it being checked or detailed. I more than likely will just pay out of pocket to get the defect repaired...Its worth it to me to never have to go back to this location and deal with the non-chalant manager. Unsatisfied one time customer!

Prices are outrageous for a Maaco. They advertise $799 for their middle of the road paint job, but when they are done nickle and diming you its almost $1800.

The car looks brand new. They even cleaned the interior without having to be asked. Great job. I am very pleased. They also finished on time. 5 stars. Kudos...

Abbey helped me so much. A minor fender bender had me beyond stressed before going out of town to attend two funerals. She was amazing and accommodated me in the most wonderful way! I’m so grateful for her and the team at Maaco for assisting me in a tough time.

Picked up my vehicle Saturday morning 9 amWhile the repair looked great the overspray on my side windows and my front windshield is ridiculous.I will be calling Monday morning to have a manager fix the issue! I’ll update my post once the issue is resolvedOne last thing they did also was spray paint all over one of my tail light bulbs which caused it to over heat and go bad. I had a truck painted about a month and half ago, and they did a great job on the paint side. Still looks great and holding up great. Only thing I would recommend is to tell them to leave the badges/trim off due to them not being able to put them back right. Badges were not placed in the right spot and the trim is starting to come off

I can not believe how amazing they made our car look after the paint job! There were so many deep scratches caused from barbed wire on the car and they were able to repair them to where they aren’t visible at all. Quick service as well.
