When I called inquiring about repairs from an accident, I was immediately impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable Billie Jo. I made an appointment, left my car and waited for the call to pick it up. In spite of an issue with the supply chain, my car was completed in a timely manner. Not only was it repaired as quoted, it was clean inside and out. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

The staff here is very friendly, personable, and like family. I went to multiple body shops in search of the best quote for a paint job on my driver side mirror as well as other dings on the car. They were recommended to me by VW of Murfreesboro and Im so glad I went to Alliance Auto Body. My car looks new and they did the job for less than any of the other body shops. The car looks great! Very nice folks to deal with. The repairs took a long time, however, some of which was not their fault. They did miss a couple of details that I thought should have been addressed. They did fix those promptly, though. Satisfied, and would use them again.

Years ago i had them do a bunch of hail damage repair. It was pretty much the entire car. Car looked like it never had any damage when i got it back. Wife also had some hood damage year before that and it came back perfect as well.

Sadly, I have been here many times...they are efficient, professional, competent.

We had a GREAT experience at Alliance Auto Body. We had a terrible experience the year before with a different body shop so I was really concerned about finding a good quality, honest body shop. Alliance had excellent communication with us throughout the whole process. They were honest about how long they thought it would take and were always happy to answer any questions or give updates. They were so great, I highly recommend them.

Wouldn’t Recommend! I Was Quoted By Nissan Dealership Before Going To Them And They Quoted Me 2x What Nissan Did. Nissan Printed Off The Prices For Every Part So I Had Proof. The Lady Who Quoted Me, Without Know Who Quoted Me Before Said That The Cheapest Parts She Could Get Me Were Actually The Most Expensive According To My Nissan Paperwork. Save Your Money And Time! She Even Got A Attitude Because I Called Her Out! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would!

Is good place for body repair

We got a brand new car about 8 months ago and was rear ended pretty bad and they fixed my like new very pleased with it!!

Worst body shop I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. They don’t call you about anything. Hated my entire experience. Car wasn’t fixed like it should’ve been. Wasted time and money going here.

Alliance repaired some fender bender damage, which included a new fender, paint and under carriage work, for a reasonable price ($1,700) and in a timely manner (1 week). I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

These people are scam artists. They use after market parts and do not install them properly. I am out $800. Do not go here.
