This is not really how I enjoy shopping. Store feels cold, discount feeling at full prices. The lighting,lack of warm colors and ceiling height a true Big box there are SO many stores selling the same thing in a more relaxed way. Im always drug here by someone else, Id never shop the store on my own. Are there any employees except for the register?

Not crowded at all. The clearance section was a mess, very dangerous to walk around. A little messy yet nice to just go and see whats in there.

Went in to look for a 70 x 90 oblong tablecloth. Unfortunately they didnt carry the size. Didnt encounter a single employee during my visit. I wouldve asked if they had them online and ordered through them that way. Positive takeaway: The store was clean and items were organized where it was easy to distinguish where to look for what I was looking for.

The leader, Carrie, was unhelpful at best. She actually told me as a customer that I was upsetting her when I voiced my frustration to their process in a respectful manner. All because I started asking questions she did not want to answer because the answers would cause what she originally said to be false. Incorrect information is what this store is know for now in my eyes. I’m still waiting for the manager to call me for the original help needed which has it happened. When I have called multiple times, he has been there but unavailable, and then oh I’m sorry he won’t be back until next week. I used to love BBB. Maybe it’s this store, so I won’t give up on them just yet, but the lack of customer service here is not good for the company

I started working in bed bath & beyond 2 months ago and I cant explain enough how blessed I am to work with all sweet,friendly,encouraging, passionate, positive and hard working manager, training staff, human resources and employees. Love it there. Its completely great experience.

My Online shopping and curbside experience was Great. The Curbside Attendant was extremely friendly ! Fantastic customer service. BB& Beyond going Beyond during this crazy time.

I like BB&B. I like the selection and prices. I ordered 2 sets of cookware online. The 1st was a $300 set, but after purchasing it I decided I wanted the $400 set instead. I cancelled the 1st order on the website but it was sent anyway. I took the 1st set to BB&B to return it, which shouldnt have been an issue. The cashier was exceptionally rude about my return. She acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on her. She was extremely rude and almost accusatory. She finally pulled a manager over to get approval for the return, and she wasnt much nicer. I have purchased over $900 in items from BB&B in the last month. We remodeled our kitchen and needed various new items. Ot really made me angry to be treated so poorly. I wont be back to this store any time soon. Best to just stick with online ordering and returns!

Miss the Hicory Hollow store! At is location, Zan gave me exceptional customer service! I found fantastic sheet sets, perfect tablecloths and the must have Christmas Yankee Candles. Super happy. Go shop here! Its worth driving to the Boro from Nashville.

Great environment. Love shopping here, whether I am ready to buy or just need ideas. Constantly rotating stock, and are usually very up to date on style and selection. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist. I have never encountered a time when, if they did not have something, that they were not willing to order it to either come to the store for free or ship to my house.

Its almost like shopping was 50 or 60 years ago when you could walk into a department store and someone greets you at the door immediately and says, how can I help you!

We were standing in line for about 5 minutes so theres two people in front of us that was been check out theres another lady there named Tyler I think she was just behind the cash register cleaning stuff up doing stuff the other lady asked her to open her cash register and give her hand so she did and she asked the lady behind us could she have her check out even though weve been there a lot longer we keep having to go get price checks because most of stuff in that have prices on it but they did have price checks everywhere so that was very convenient

Very friendly and helpful staff. Many items in marked or incorrectly marked. In all fairness, the store seemed to be in a just opening or remodeling phase.

Was shopping for a luggage tag and a duster. There were a couple of store clerks standing at the entrance and glad to assist. I was able to gather the needed items within minutes of entering the store. They had racks of luggage tags from which to choose and there were at least a couple of duster options.The checkout took 3 times as long as it took to shop. The checkout line never had less than 7 shoppers waiting to checkout during my visit.While their allocation of personnel to help you find what you are shopping for is great, this stores efforts to get you checked out quickly is lacking.

I love bed bath and beyond! However this rating is due to their polices. My grandmother bought my a retro ice cream maker, I already have one. She didnt give me a gift receipt but since it was Christmas most places will take items back with out one. Its unopened! But they wont take back anything that is electric power with out a receipt. It should not matter especially since the tamper seals were never broken.

I went in for an over the tub shelf. I found two options, one wooden and one wire. I didnt purchase either because of the high pricing. Apart from that, the rest of the store seemed well stocked and business as usual. The clearance in the middle of the aisles were a mess and most things broken or taped together. Stopped by the portable home speaker display on the way out and the displays didnt work. Behind that, the gift wrapping station had boxes and paper all over the floor, far from clean. All that said I will probably wait for some of those coupons in the mail and via text to go back in and make my purchase. I just hope its more orderly next time.

Yes, always yes, to bed bath and beyond! I get refills for my soda stream here, but they also have just about anything I could need for my house. I love them so much and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, I go in with my service dog and the people there never hassle me. Thats happened at other places and has given me anxiety about going into stores with him. I never feel that anxiety at bed bath and beyond. They seem to understand how to behave around service dogs too, and they just let him do his thing for me while we shop. I love this place!

One employee in the whole store that I could see was running the front. Tried to get a gift off of a registry and ended up getting a gift card because I couldnt find the shower curtains the registry listed. If someone is asking for the list there should be additional help offered. We dont know where this stuff is located.

Good verity of home supplies and goods. Never organized or price tags. Never can seem to find anyone to help with anything and only one cashier until the line wraps around the store.

Nothing in stock. Shelves were empty.

Went to look at a salt item. They not only had it but had quite a variety to choose from! I also picked up some other items for my home as well. Very nice place to shop❤

Good for shopping decent quality products. I feel their regular prices are a little high but, they send out monthly 20% off on single items. One by text and another by email, if you sign up smartly. Good on line and in store clearence deals. If I want something full priced I use my monthly spiff. A place for good gadgets and intentional shopping. Not good for you impulse shoppers and Pack Rats.

REALLY good place to go and get things for your kitchen and bath. I bought, among lots of other things, some jersey sheets and I LOVE them! I have been looking, and wasting money, for sheets that would stay on my bed and be comfortable, and THESE are perfect!

Had to hunt for help. Store manager behind counter told me the cashier would help me as soon as she came back from helping someone take things to her car. Waited he finally called someone else. The person sent to help was nice but had to get the item I requested from the top shelf and handed me the wrong item that was $20 more. I was so annoyed I did not realize it until I had paid and left. Store was disorganized and messy. Guess I wont be back. Sad really I have been a frequent shopper.

Expensive items and my wife had trouble finding someone to help her and when she stuck her head in a stock room to ask for help, a girl came over and got catty with her. They couldnt find the items that she was looking for. There was a young man on the opposite side of the store who was very nice and helpful. He brought a one star back up to 3.

Went in looking for towels and they had a great selection. Cashier was nice and another worker guided me to the towel section quickly without hesitation. They really made the sale!

They have a good selection and employees are friendly but the wait is often long in this location.

Bed Bath and Beyond is one of my favorite stores. You can find household necessities, seasonal decorations and treats, and even fun novelty gifts like in my picture. My one complaint would be that the stores always need to be bigger. They feel slightly cramped.

Rare visit today, line to check out extremely long, they got more cashiers up there and line quickly went fast.

Ok i went into the store a little before 6 to ask for copper fit gloves, the show to have 8 in stock in large/ex large. First of all the representative up front posed as a member of management but didnt know if they carried such an item. Then a clerk said copper fit products are there against front window. She walks over and says that they dont carry the gloves but online says you have 8 of them i say, she then replies that they must be in back stock, but i can order them she says. Now i have been in retail for 20 years and the rule of thumb was to know your merchandise and know where it is or where you can find it. The lady that waited on acted like i was a distraction and i quickly dismissed as she wondered off to look at her poorly displayed planograms as she was being corrected by obviosly a senior piece of management. Retail is tuff and you never have enough hours, this why time management is so crucial. Business hours should mostly used to assist customers in what they are looking for and make sure they have a wonderful shopping experience. Know your products and their locale in the store. Lead by example. I am very disgusted by the way store is managed and I am being forced to drive another 40 miles in hopes that i can find what i am looking for and hopefully the next store is not as poorly managed as this one.Doc
