I enjoyed shopping there, for my mom in law. Customer services great. I also would recommend people to go there if your trying to buy electronic devices. They also will be installing our refrigerator to for the ice maker. So cool and hot.

John, in the Murfreesboro Store, is very knowledgeable about their products and can match you up with what you need.I DO wish that the STORE would send their delivery crews out with booties for their shoes, especially bedding and such.Dirty shoes and new carpeting dont make for happy customers.

I purchased a washer/dryer set. I received 3 sets to my house that was damaged each time. I finally came in to the store to see if I could get a different brand at the same price and this store did not want to give a different set at the same price after they inconvenience me having to be home when they delivered damaged appliances. Beware of what and where you spend your hard earned money. Now I see why they have that discount/damaged store in opry mills mall.

Walked in tonight. Three (3) separate people (including one who appeared to be the manager) walked past us without a greeting of any kind. I went back to the appliances to purchase a new washer/dryer and a freezer and couldnt get any help. I even went looking for people. I waited 10 minutes longer. As I was walking out, I noticed two associates on their cell phones and the manager at the register. I went to Best Buy instead and was waited on right away... Yall lost out on about $4,500.00 in sales tonight.

We came in to look at a washer / dryer combo. Doug was working in the appliances center and was super friendly and helpful. He even looked at 3 other local stores for a price match but Electronic Express sale price was already better. We bought them on the spot and picked them up two days later. Work great so far!

I do not recommend the Murfreesboro store at all. The Appliance manager John is only nice and helpful prior to the sell. Once you have bought and paid for the appliance that is where the service stops. My wife and I purchased a 3k French Door fridge. Were told by John there was (7) in stock and that we would receive the delivery in 3-days from the Cookeville store. Was told we would receive a call the night before delivery on time frame. Never received a call. So my wife called the Murfreesboro store and was told that it was being delivered that morning between 10-1. So my wife left work and waited for over 4 hours. No one showed. When she then tried to call John on his cell that he provided saying call any time there was no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. She tried numerous times before giving up and returning to work. I myself then called the Cookeville store since we were told it was coming from there. No one had any of our information or could help us. So I again called the Murfreesboro Store and Spoke with John, he made me feel like I was a bother. I was then told multiple different stories as to why it was not delivered ranging from: Inventory issues, did not have enough in stock to accommodate amount sold, to the delivery guy was out sick. Then was told he would call me back in 10 minutes with more details. Never did! I called him back 45 minutes later only to be told you might get one Saturday ( almost a week away). When I said maybe i just need to get a refund he was like ok whatever if you want to drive all this way thats fine. So he did finally tell me it would be coming out of the Tullahoma store so I called the Tullahoma store and Taylor one of the managers there was more helpful than anyone else. He assured me they had one in stock and it would be at my house Saturday. Which it was. Sorry for the long review but I want to warn others. Avoid the Murfreesboro store. They seem friendly and helpful but as soon as you pay it ends! They will not deliver when promised and to get information is horrible. I would recommend going somewhere else completely.

We went looking for a TV that was in their sale paper and online. Online it stated the tv was in-store only purchase and was in stock. When we got to the store we didnt see any RCA TVs at all. Asked a sales person about the tv and took us to the Samsung Display then he went to talk to someone. When he came back, he stated that it wasnt in stock and they dont carry many of them. Something about proprietary software and you cant download anything on it. Not sure what that meant but oh well. Ended up ordering from Walmart.

The initial sale went well. Purchase on Tuesday, scheduled delivery and install on Friday. Never received a confirmation about delivery so I called the delivery number provided, no answer. Called the store and they said that delivery was closed for the day and there was nothing else they could do. Went back to the store on Friday and told the assistant manager that if I couldn’t get delivery on that day or the next that I may just cancel the order and get a refund. His initial response was that he would be happy to cancel the order for me. Not, let me see if we can get this straightened out! I had the feeling that he would rather spend a minute canceling the order and be finished with me, than to spend any time trying to help me fix “their “ problems!To make this long story shorter, delivery blamed the store, the store blamed the salesman, then corporate. Finally Saturday arrived and I was told that I wasn’t going to get a delivery that day either, I went back to the store and canceled my order. The manager was half way through the refund process before asking me what the problem was! Apparently EE, at least this store, doesn’t need the business. They must be doing so well that they don’t mind losing a $2000.00 sale.

We found an Apple Watch on their website and went in to see it. We passed 5 associates and not one greeted us or asked if we needed help. Two were on their phones and one was reading a book while the other two talked to each other. We stood there waiting for them to finish speaking but had to interrupt their conversation just to get help. One associate reluctantly helped us. They didn’t have the watch in stock but even if they had I do not think we would have purchased it. We purchased a washer and dryer from them in the past and it was a decent experience but each time we have gone in since, the customer service has drastically declined.

I will not be buying from them again. I ordered a washer and dryer from them on March 12 and did not get it until yesterday. I needed the set as soon as possible and chose this place because it was local and could be delivered to me quicker. I was supposed to receive a tracking number and never received anything. After a few days went by with absolutely no communication, I had to call to see what was going on. I was told by one person that I wouldn’t receive a tracking number because I was local. A few more days went by and still no communication so I called again to check on my order status. I was told that there was a mix up with inventory and that it would be there by the end of the week. We were going into the second week and I finally received an email saying that the washer and dryer wouldn’t get to me until Tuesday. That is almost 3 weeks! I received another email the same day saying that it wouldn’t be able to arrive until Wednesday. I asked for a refund and was then told that it could get here by Tuesday. It was supposed to get here between 2-5 and got here 15 minutes after 5. This entire process was completely unorganized and unprofessional and if I’m spending any kind of money there needs to be communication about my items. I should not have had to call to get updates

They buy refurbished or used computers and sell them. I had to contact ASUS support to change my warranty because it was saying it was already expired when I bought it. Also, had to provide a receipt since the serial number was registered at Best Buy. Doing some dirty business over here. Don’t recommend.

Ahmad Davidson provide one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had in a very long time. It started with a call to the store to see if they sold a product I needed. Ahmad was professional and friendly. He not only told me they sold the product he made sure the product was in stock and then offered to hold it at the register for me to pick up. his service in person was equally as plesent and professional as he was on the phone. Called EE asked if they had a Gaming Computer. They had two in my price range. I told Harris what I needed. He said both will do. One was $1299 the other was $1050. He said but for what I need the $1050 one will do just fine no need to spend the extra for the Graphics card in the other.for what I need. Got home had a weird problem. Took it back got it fixed...& they had the cord I needed in stock.& I needed a web camera I picked up one he picked up another one said this one I use it’s better same price never tried to up sell,& had it all in stock..& I didn’t know this but they do car Audio. Calling now.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. There is no way I could possibly fit my entire experience on this review. I would never recommend, or do business (if that’s what you want to call it) with this company ever again. From corporate all the way down is the ABSOLUTE SORRIEST. Well, to be honest, I always want a bargain. Told the guy I was looking for a $50. Sound bar for a TV in my bedroom. Honestly the cheapest one Ive seen anywhere was $100.-$125. Dude smiles and said let me look. I said sure, Ill look around. Well, here he comes, big smile, said he didnt have a $50. Sound bar. But he found one for $59. Done deal. Took it home, easy hook-up. Sounds great for what I wanted. Happy ending.

I live in Spring Hill but find myself in Murfreesboro often. As such, I made the investment in an expensive camera for my wife from this store because the staff and manager, Brant, were amazingly knowledgeable about the Nikon D3400 and very helpful in finding ways to make sure I had everything I needed for this great gift. I also purchased a Samsung TV on a separate occasion years ago and have never regretted it. They gave me a great deal on both!

Given the circumstances things went well. We researched online so we knew the exact water and dryer we wanted. The manager only let ten people in at a time and aot of multi family groups came in to just browse so the manager asked if we knew what we wanted and he brought it right out to us and we paid and left it was actually quicker than when things are normal, maybe this should be the new normal when appliance shopping no pushy salesman. The guy who helped with the Samsung watches didnt have any actual knowledge (he did tell me the difference between the 40 mm size and the 44mm size was just that the 44mm size is probably 4 meters* bigger.) It was a bit of a mess, and I ended up googling specs myself. A little more training is in order for their employees.

Was shopping around for appliances on Labor Day. Trying to buy appliances for my daughter. Against my better judgement even utilized “Acceptance Now”. Was promised that my appliances would be there in 5 days. I had to call and see what happened. No one called to even let me know appliances could not be delivered. Set another date of 10/16. Even checked on delivery abosut 4 days prior to delivery date. Was told things should be delivered. To date I have not received appliances although I have been paying for them. It’s been almost 2 months. If I cancel I will lose ALL monies paid on appliances. Asked to speak to store manager and was told my appliances were attempted to be delivered even though I contacted the guy who sold appliances John and was told they did not. I understand COVID halting things however, I do not understand making promises that you could not deliver and I definitely do not understand paying for things I did not receive. Never once did anyone apologize or take responsibility and for that matter accountability. I turned down another store that said it would take a month to get appliances. I explained the urgency in getting appliances prior to purchases. Poor business practices. I will not advise buying ANYTHING that you could not take out right away and definitely not through acceptance now. I’m at the point of contacting attorney general and better business bureau. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Bought all supplies from here they cancelled my appointment had to be rescheduled because someone forgot to wright it down waited a month for install. After install subs were great then the amp was constantly drawing power from my battery bc an installer messed up the wiring caused my car not to start on numerous occasions. If you’re looking at this review I heavily advise you spend your money somewhere else for install and parts this place doesn’t care about their customers. I feel as if I’ve wasted almost $700

Thieves. I bought a TV here a couple years ago and the warranty, and they said if I didnt use the warranty Id get the money back for it. So I went back to get it and they said they cant find it. I called the store in Murfreesboro to purchase a fridge and microwave. I made contact with John H. the Sales Manager over appliances via phone then emails. I was told EE will honor almost all competitors prices so I did some research and found a great price on the fridge. I went in to the store to finalize the sale. I was waiting in appliances when John H. approached me from the mall entrance, put down his drink then went on a rant about how he has a particular fridge at the warehouse for $1599!!! Blah, blah, blah! When he took a breath I finally introduced myself. I had a price that was $378 less than EE (with warranty)from Discount Bandit but John H. said its not a site they will honor. I asked about cutting the warranty price instead. John H. said they cant do that. I asked if he was really going to let a sale walk out of the store and he did! I wasnt impressed with John H. on the phone because I thought he was bit rude but Im trying to keep the tax dollars in county and do business close to home.5 STARS to the Franklin, TN store- I called the store in Franklin and was totally impressed with the Sales Manager Ryan. Wonderful customer service skills and completely answered all of my questions. I talked to the Store Manager who is also very nice. I feel like my time and money were well spent at the Franklin store.

Poor experience from the beginning. Purchased a washer and dryer set (Frigidaire) with the installation. The first technicians arrived and were very uncompromising with how they were going to install them. They then led me to their truck to find the dryer was completely crushed from poor handling. Naturally had to reschedule. The second set of techs were reasonable but were clearly not willing to look over the whole system, asking me to clear out my dryer tubes.The dryer I found does not completely dry a small load on a normal sensor setting. Called electronic express and was immediately referred to Frigidaire even though it could potentially be an installation error. I stated it could be an installation error and was told, “they usually look over the stuff before they leave.”Electronic express is clearly the middle man with no concern for the customer. Will absolutely not be purchasing anything here again.

Harris was extremely helpful while I was looking for a TV. He was very knowledgeable and educated on every question I asked about TVs and sounds bars. I will definitely be asking for his help again when I need any assistance at all.
