Just left after being at this property for many years. Ed and Jenny are great. They have always been kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Jenny is really good in taking care of. She took care of the lock for me. Easy move- in. Plenty of dollies and big elevator. I moved in everything in half hour. Two elevators. Customer service is good. Location of the storage space.

I was moving around a bit for the past year and half so I stored my extra stuffs here. The unit is very clean and with moderate temperature. It’s a very smooth experience from day one, Ed and Jenny are also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Had a very seamless experience storing here. On my move-out day, Jenny even came and helped carry out some of my furniture and helped me close my account then and there; it was an easy process and saved me time and effort! Be sure to leave your storage locker unlocked when you empty it out and want to close your account!

What a wonderful staff here! Jenny was especially delightful.They helped me get all set up, provided all the packing materials I needed, and were very flexible with my shifting move-in date. The unit that I got was exactly what I needed and feels very secure, it was also very clean.I found exactly what I needed here, during a hectic and trying time, and the staff were amazing to work with.

Property Manager Ed was great and provided quick and thorough information on how to sign up and How to navigate the grounds. This location is very clean and secure. I even had to pleasure to have run into the district manager Farzenah while I was unloading my things and she was very sweet and said if I had any questions or concerns with the unit or the property, to let her know. I am very pleased I chose this location and will be referring all of my other friends that need storage to come here as well.

And he explained everything clearly and was very honest, and did not overpromise. He saw that I was looking for something else and recommended me a different location and transferred my reservation over there.

Ed & Jenny are incredible! I am in the process of moving and left my storage keys at the other location! I already had movers on the way and didn’t have time to go pick up the storage key. Jenny was kind enough to call Ed to bring bolt cutters. They checked my ID, confirmed the unit was mine - and we cut the lock. They saved me the 45 minute wait for the locksmith as well as the $50 charge!Thank you so much!!!!

This place has been great, especially because Ed helped me out so much. He is really friendly, helpful and you can tell he loves his job. From hooking me up during move-in to linking me to someone to dispose of bulky items, he is really the go-to man. Ed genuinely made a difference in my experience at this location. :) The storage was also nice, cool and clean as well.

Storage location is in a very good location. Ed and Jenny gave a very good service. They help me to find a good size storage for me. And they are very nice and patient! They even gave me advise for what I need for the storage so mine stuff dont get wet. I will come back here again!

Ed is amazing! A few of us had stored our belongings here over the summer while we were away from campus. We had some initial miscommunication about move out dates, but Ed was more than understanding and went out of his way to make sure we were not overcharged and got our things out on time.

Ed and Jenny are super helpful, professional and great to work with. They made sure I got the best price and the storage place is clean and safe. We moved out a couple of days after the start of the month but Ed and Jenny called their management and got us a full refund even without me asking for it. Great service and a wonderful experience for me.

Just as a statement this public storage location is a bit older than other storage facilities. Its in line with any older Mountain View buildings I think 1970s/1980s?. But Im not living there just storing items. Ed and his wife do a fantastic job of running this location. They are very friendly engaging but let carry on with your business. I give this location 5 stars because it meets my needs the unit works I can come retrieve my items and Ed is extremely helpful if anything happens or I need help.

Both Jenny and Ed are very helpful when it comes to meeting customer needs.This site is in pretty good shape, no problems of rodents or pets as far as I can tell.Always plenty of parking and carts. Its conveniently located although the only drawback is the blind driveway when exiting.Be sure to properly lock your locker as they instruct, its a very specific way to lock.

I had a great experience meeting Jenny at Public Storage this past week. I was having a terrible week and moving was a bittersweet situation I had to endure. Thanks to Jennys great hospitality and genuine good nature she made things so much better. I had no reliable transportation (except my bike), and the truck I rented so getting from place to place was a challenge, especially living on the other side of the bay. I was also going through a difficult time in my life personally. Jenny from the start was so helpful and also offered me some water to drink after my several miles of bike riding to get to the storage. I had to make a phone call and get some personal info from my phone and she offered to charge it for me on her own equipment. Sometimes its the little things that count that society has lost completely whatever happened to great customer service. I have noticed so much horrible customer service these last few years at grocery stores, bike shops, restaurants, etc. I was really surprised and refreshed with Jennys attitude and great genuine personality. We need more people like here in all areas of service in the bay. Thanks Jenny for what you provided I wont forget my experience it was a touching moment to meet someone like her there.

Been here a long time, maybe 10 years. Never had any problems accessing my stuff and had been a pleasant place to store! Only reason Im moving out is because storage space has opened up in my apartment, otherwise Id be happy to continue storing my stuff here.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and also articulate. In all the time I had my storage there, I never had any problems. No leaks / floods, no break-ins, no other problems. I just wish the prices were cheaper.. but oh well. It is what it is. Moving in as well moving out was a piece of cake.

Stored queen size mattress and bed frame here and I was surprised once i moved out there was no mold on my mattress and mind you it cost me some money. Thanks Ed/Jenny

Love the fact that I have 24/7 access to my unit

I had my stuff in storage from April 2017 until the end of August 2017 and had no issues with this location. The staff (Ed and Jenny) were very friendly and always addressed me by name and said hello to me when I was in the facilities. No issues with break-ins and no concerns regarding bugs. Cart use made moving in and out of units a breeze and parking was a piece of cake. I have absolutely no complaints about this experience. I highly recommend.

We have stored stuff here for several years, and the property managers Ed and Jenny are always super nice. Its very helpful that they have carts around so that you can move your stuff easily from your car or truck to your storage unit.

We have been tenants for over 20 years. Ed and Jennie are extremely professional property managers--nice people. They keep the property clean and safe, and have always been available to help. This is probably the best location for Mtn View and Palo Alto residents because of its easy access. Very good location for those who use their lockers on a regular basis.

I have had great customer service from Ed at this location. Any questions about dealing with the rental unit have been answered well. This location has later access hours than other public storage units in Mountain View. The unit is clean and easy to access.

I got a call giving me a heads up when my payment was in danger of being late. Ed has a great memory and he remembered me from my first visit. I rented a unit here for almost two years. Jenny and Ed are very nice and easy to work with. Access requires a code to enter the secure parking area. My unit was inside the building on the second floor. It was clean and secure. It did not have a light within the unit, but other storage places charge a higher rate for those features. They do provide flat moving carts to get stuff to and from your unit.The move-in and move-out processes were quick and easy. Thank you Jenny and Ed!

Very helpful from setting up the account, handling auto pay, to moving out. On the day out day, I almost forgot to close my account, and they gave me a reminder call to do that. Otherwise I would have ended up paying another months rent.

The Ed and Jenny are great. Jenny was super sweet when we rented our unit. She stayed late to help us and was super accommodating. MUCH better service then our last Public Storage in SF, which always closed earlier than their posted hours.

Kept items in a storage unit there for just over a year until I moved into an apt suitable for all my belongings. This was my first experience ever having to rent a storage unit so I having nothing to compare my experience to, but I imagine that my stay at this location with Ed & Jenny will be very very hard to top! No issues in my storage unit at all; didnt see any insects or have any foul smells. The facility is in great shape and I felt secure with my belongings there especially with Ed & Jenny keeping an eye on the property at all times. They truly care about their customers needs and seem to establish great relationships with everyone there.I looked forward to going there from time to time because of them, and anyone i went there with also felt the same way :)
