Ive been taking all my vehicles to Expert Auto Care for years. One of my vehicles is a 2003 Ford Expedition with ~356,000 miles and Ive been taking it to Expert Auto Care since it was new.No major repair to the engine or the transmission -still going strong. It all comes down to the regular maintenance and especially the insight that Masoud and his team provide. Its a proactive/consultative approach on any potential problems and when they should be fixed.

I brought my 2008 Subaru Outback in for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing, I actually had 2 bad wheel bearings, my rear brakes were faulty and my passenger door window slide/actuator was broke. Had check engine light on for my old Honda Accord, struggling if I still want to throw in the money to fix it. Find this place by googling, impressed by the review, hence called, and I got all my questions answered over the phone. Made online appointment (pretty easy). And dropped off my car earlier than scheduled (no problem). They identified problem with oxygen sensor, and quote gave to me is very reasonable. I Got my car fixed within a day! they even offered warranty for 24 months! The shop is clean and engineer there are very polite. I am very happy with their service, definitely will use them again.

Masoud is great! My battery went out so I called him. He gave instructions and stayed on the phone until I finished jumpstarting the car. Of course I took my car in to have him look it over. Instead of replacing the battery, he charged the battery to make it come back to life. I did the oil change there too. No non-sense add-ons or charges. He also helped fixing a bad odor problem before without having to dissemble the car. Honest and fair!

My 2015 Subaru needed brakes badly. I am not a fan of getting brakes outside of a dealer because you can sometimes get squealing, grinding, etc... I went to Expert Auto Care because, after looking over the car, they gave me a great quote. Additionally, the mechanic took the time explaining the benefits of the pads / rotors I was getting over the dealer brand. My car now stops on a dime and, in this rain, couldnt be sooner. Lastly, the mechanic also looked over my vehicle making sure everything else was good for the upcoming storm. I knew I needed tires, but he was honest with me and said I could make it a bit longer and gave me some good recommendations on tires. I really appreciate the honesty, last minute appointment, and quick turnaround on the work. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. It will be the best choice you make for your vehicle and your pocketbook!!!

Over a period of more than twenty years, I have come to trust Masoud implicitly. This time was a good example. The check engine light came on on my 2002 Prius indicating a battery problem. I immediately assumed it was time to change the main battery, an expense which I expected to run about $3,000 for the battery plus labor. But Masoud told me to let him check out the problem which turned out to be that there was a tiny leak in the inverter coolant system resulting in loss of all the coolant. This required removal of the inverter, repairs to the leak, and replacement of the coolant, a major job but a lot less major than replacing the main battery. I continue to be a very loyal customer.

He’s always very informative about the problems and does great work. To replace battery, he came to my home to jump-start the bad battery. Replacement included testing the charging system, cleaning off the corrosion, and preserving the memorys content.

Brought in an older (2005) Toyata Highlander with 180k miles, hemmoraging oil, misfiring and shaking, with a VSC warning light on, and a stuck-locked rear passenger door handle. Given the age and well-used condition of the car and its laundry list of problems, I expect an estimate by Expert Auto to be its last stop on the way to the wrecking yard - $3k to $5k for ata car that bluebooks at $3,500. Well, was I pleasantly surprised! Two days later, the car runs like a top. The oil gaskets are renewed, the dead coils are replaced, and the door opens and closes with a solid, satisfying click like a Rolls Royce. All for 75% LESS than I expected. Straight shooters. Honest, competent mechanics. Massoud and his crew are a a great find. Highly recommended.

A few times now Masoud has very professionally forewarned me of issues I need to address with my aging Prius (though he leaves me the choice of whether I want to deal with the issues). They have also identified issues with cars I was considering to buy from private sellers.In short, if you want good vehicle maintenance from professionals, forget the service centers in the dealerships and head over to Expert Auto Care.

Been coming to these guys for a few years now. Masoud and his crew have been together for some time now. All of them are top notch. Im 40 years old, and have been to many shops. Im always surprised at how well not just my self, but other customers are treated as well at Expert Auto Care.This shop is a very honest shop. They are always upfront with what needs to be done. I have been to too many other places for one problem. Only to be told a long list of other repairs. This is not to say that these guys wont point out other issues they see. Its just that they wont tell you some sad scenario about how if I dont get all the other things repaired. My wife and kids will be stranded some dark and lonely highway in the middle of the night.At Expert Auto Care their main goal is to fix your car in a timely mater at a reasonable cost so you will come back to them in the future.I would also like to mention that I have been in on several occasions to ask advice.Example I brought a 06 jeep in with a broken rear window regulator. I was told the cost and was also told how I may go about solving the issue my self. In fact the same jeep was brought to them the previous year when I was buying it. They looked it over for free.
