What an amazing dealership! All remodeled and very modern. There is a very attractive car saleswoman there by the name of Kim. She is very savvy and knowledgeable at what she does. If you find yourself in the market for a straight 6, I recommend her highly.
I went in for my general service and maintenance for my bmw 2 series last Saturday and the service was great! Mark S. Was very helpful and provided excellent service when I came to drop off my car and also when we came in to pick it up. The service was great and done in a timely manner. I will definitely drop by this location again, thank you team!
Had a great experience. My car had some creaking noises and they thoroughly checked and fixed several issues.
Andy Simental, at BMW Mountain View provided an exceptional service. He also ensured the issue is fixed within customers requested turnaround time. Would highly recommend reaching him.
Being a DIY kinda guy, Its not often that I bring my car to the dealership for service, but the anxiety of leaving my baby in someone elses hands is assuaged by the service team here, starting with my service advisor, John Roy. The quality of the service for warranty and recall items has been excellent and during a recent trip, I was pleased to see social distancing restrictions in place as well as disposable coverings used on contact services in my car. Getting a loaner was fast and it was great having a somewhat sporty sedan instead of a cumbersome SAV/SUV.
Everything was great and my advisor was very professional. However, at the end it is another dealership service center so they charge good monet for their service. Thats the reason I didnt give them 5 stars. However I appreciated their charge free loaner.
Ive been going to Stevens Creek BMW for years. We moved to this area and went to Mountain view for the recall service and compared to earlier, I loved their service. My car got a complimentary car wash, which I never received at other locations. They were quick, professional and top notch. Thank you team, keep up the great work. I highly recommend this center. Hope you can convey it to the other place to maintain the standard.
BMW has one of the worst customer service ever . They would not extend the deadline on my servicing even because of Covid . Do read all the negative reviews before you consider them. They are here to squeeze every dollar out of you .
I would recommend BMW Service Center of Mountain View. It is a happy place. You leave your car with good people and you hang out a happy waiting area. My first BMW got a special treatment there. I was bestowed with a lot of goodwill gestures and assurances. In the end, me getting my car serviced at Mountain View was a safe bet to my pocket and peace of mind to me as first owner. Though I know they have amazing service team, my personal experience with Wayne Chan was exceptional. He understood what I needed and went above and beyond to make things work out for me and best way possible. In fact all the prelude above is for Wayne, you folks can call and book an appointment with him but even if he is busy and you land with someone else, I am hopeful you will be taken care of.
Better pricing than other BMW servicing shops.
Andy was awesome! Squeezed me in for an appointment and great communicator
Dropped off my vehicle for two recalls and they finished it in less than 4 hours. They are very helpful and also provided me with a 2020 330i loaner car. I thought that was very nice of them to do so. If you are planning to take your vehicle in for recalls, I recommend Matt R, or Branden C. Thank you for everything!
Would recommend Wayne Chan as a service advisor.
The new service facility is easy to use and the service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly. Loaner cars are new and clean. For those well heeled folks among us, you could do worse.
Squeaky new service center with great reliable service.I enjoyed the roundtrip BMW shuttle service (Lyft) that they provided for the long service wait time.
Mark Sleiman in Service and Richard Codde in Transportation are elite.
Excellent services
Inspiring dealership with great Customer Service.
2 months ago when I leased my new BMW, the staff there told me to come back in one month so I could provide some feedback, ask questions and get some gifts with a free car wash. They scheduled me on a day when I was out of town so I called multiple times, left voice message and sent emails to re-schedule. I got no response but I didnt show up as well. Then I scheduled another service so I think I can ask some questions that I have and get the benefits as they have promised. The scheduling was pretty convenient and staff who helped me was nice, too. However, when I was asking about the small gifts and car wash, they were super hesitant and told me the system showed I had gone through this whole process already. Obviously when I couldnt show last time, they not only didnt respond to my emails, calls, but also input the wrong information to the system. Now they made me feel like I am taking advantages from the service department (for small gifts and car wash). Very bad experience.
Theyve done a reasonable job keeping this place open during their remodel. However customer parking really lacks for dropoff and pickup. Theyre very good at taking care of your car. But youre going to pay a premium price for that service. So I only come here for warranty service.
They need to get rid of that answering service. Its terrible. People who call the dealership want to talk to someone at the dealership. It took me 30 minutes of arguing to get through to someone at the dealership. Once I did, everything was fine.
Not only did my car come out more broken than it did when it went in, it’s leaking a large amount of fuel and we can’t drive it to a service center. I was expecting something to be seriously wrong with the car and they came back telling us it was a pinched o ring.... we never told them to look at the fuel pump but they did it anyways and they put it back wrong. When I was in the navy if I ever messed up an o ring they would make me a janitor real quick. That is something so simple that shouldn’t be missed. They tried to offer me to fix a small problem at cost. Really? You could offer it for free and I still wouldn’t come back. You can’t fix stupid but you can fire it.
Best service!
Excellent customer service employee go out his way to find the right parts for your BMW.
Lying and unprofessional representatives. That’s not something to I throw around easily. Try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Don’t go here. Worst (and very strange/surprising) experience.
Always 5 Stars...
Great Service, thanks Mark!
Very attentive. Helped me right away
Terrible service, impossible to have anyone to look at your car for an emergency situation unless you make an appointment. I bought the car 3 weeks ago and I wish we never did as we can’t drive our car around for Christmas. I’m very disappointed with the service and do not recommend.
Friendly staff, car was serviced and ready as scheduled, just wished theyd have courtesy wash, because other dealership does. The loaner i was given wasnt clean and some dog hair inside, this is after I was told no pets allowed.
We used to be loyal customers to BMW, after being screwed up several times in this Mountain View service center. We’re done.
They got my annual car service done in 3 hours..
Positively the best!
Tons of things are just average: customer service, sales and more.
Love Jose, nice guy!
Too along time to get loaner vehicle. Seems there are not enough folks in the transportation department.
Brandon Casey is the best!!
Efficient and professional
Alright
Service was top notch!
Excellent service, what is expected of BMW, they serve coffee and water, the bathrooms very clean and they included some extras at no cost in the battery change
