Absolutely awesome customer service today! Very large line but the two people working were as efficient and friendly as can be.
Blonde lady with ponytail was working by herself this morning, since her coworker called out. The speed at which this lady made the food and drinks is nothing short of amazing. Ive seen fully staffed Starbucks shops push out orders at half the speed she did !& She did it all while remaining very polite and kind, and didnt mess up any of the orders either.Gotta give credit where credit is due, and she definitely more than earned it.
Walked into the Starbucks here in Mountainhome. I don’t drink coffee. I asked for a smoothie they tell me they don’t make smoothies here at the Starbucks. So then I asked for the ice guava etc. etc. oh don’t have the stuff to make that OK the iced pineapple one don’t have stuff to make that so I walked out with nothing. How do you not keep anything in stock and how do you not at least keep enough for your basic smoothies after all you are a Starbucks
I have not been there in 2 or 3 months. The food is great, but I was treated very badly by the staff. No, thank you👎
If you want the completely wrong drinks after telling them it’s wrong four times, come here. They just argue and tell you your wrong.
There was only 1 person working at what is obviously the busiest time of the day. She was hustling and doing great but they need 2 people there at 7 am for the breakfast rush
One person on a Saturday is not enough. The line is 20 minutes so far and I still have 2 more customers in front of me. Unacceptable this is not the first time. To many more of these and I will find another coffee shop that wants to serve in a timely manner.
This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever visited. They were fine when they opened, but now they have the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I went in with my fiancée this afternoon to get a coffee. We stood in line for over 20 minutes and then they refused to serve us because they claimed they closed at 4pm. When I asked for the corporate number, they were rude, and I was told they couldn’t give out that information. We are now refusing to give them our business, Brewed Awakening has much better coffee and definitely much better service.
Didnt get his name but on receipt it says Barista 2 was freaking awesome! Such a positive attitude for a job that sometimes sucks. Been there in that position but this guy knocked it out of the park. Loved him made great salted Carmel mochas for my daughter and I.

Absolutely love starbucks. The drinks may be expensive, but they taste amazing. The only problem I had was with the customer service. I had one lady that just comeptley ignored us and sighed when we came up to order. The other lady was a tad bit nicer but still rude. You should probably just go to a different starbucks or none at all.
They hardly ever have things in stock to actually make the drinks and they are never open.
I’m here on vacation to visit my great grandparents in Arkansas. I’m from Southern California so I am familiar with rude customer service and employees, however this was worse than anything I have experienced. To start there was only one lady there so she made me wait for her coworker to get back before she took my order. I waited about 2 minutes for her to get there which was perfectly fine. When the other lady goes to take my order she had no personality and just rudely asked what I wanted. I ordered and she informed me they only had venti cups left. After I ordered I was waiting for my drink for about 15 minutes, all three customers behind me got there drinks before me. I ordered a simple Carmel Frappuccino and when she went to give it to she got whipped cream everywhere and didn’t even put Carmel on the cup or on top. I was so fed up at this point I just took my drink and left. Not to mention, instead of making drinks the workers were socializing with other customers. The funniest part of it all was the lady who made my drink was LITERALLY bragging that she has gotten really good at making Carmel Frappuccino’s since she has to make them so often... I beg to differ
Will not go here again. Sierra, the barista, has the personality of a wall. She never said hi...would would you like? Just started at me. Worst customer service ever. Then she did not even tell me when it was ready. How hard is it to SPEAK??? It’s called communication. If you don’t want to speak to people or communicate. Don’t work in customer service.
Store closed an hour early at 7 PM when the posted hours are until 8 PM. Not from the area and was really disappointed.

Several minutes before the girls working stopped chatting and even acknowledged us. No greeting or even eye contact; just what can I get you?Coffee tasted NOTHING like a Starbucks coffee should taste like. Might as well have gotten a gas station coffee.
I stopped to Starbucks in Harps Grocery in Mountain Home today and used my $5 gift card to order a Peppermint Mocha Espresso hot. The two young ladies working there were very rude and condescending to me. The coffee was incorrectly made and very very bitter to the point it took half a jar of sugar to even get it to where it was semi drinkable. My sister and I split it and both of us had the same reaction. We ended up throwing it out and I like Peppermint Mocha. I have never been treated so rude by someone so young when I simply went up to order. I knew what I wanted even. I will NEVER go back there not recommend them. When someone asks me I will truthfully let them know of my experience. I would rate it a negative but unfortunately a 1 is as low as you can rate it. I work for a well known medical facility in town where I interact with lots of other professional medical staff not only from our local community but from other surrounding communities.
Have been a customer since they opened this location. The service has quickly declined. Rude and inexperienced employees and managers recently. Orders messed up every time. Start closing and breaking things down between 7pm and 8pm making orders impossible. Think we will make Brewed Awakenings our mainstay coffee spot in Mountain Home.

Lindsey had the worst attitude!!! My fiance works for Starbucks!! We know the company very well! We also know when we get decafed!!! As a star bucks employee thats insulting! We are on vacation here, we vacation here every year... We have a 4+ hour trip back and now we gotta search for another coffee location... Thanks a lot! Will NEVER be coming back...

I personally love how they make the coffee but they are so rude and i realise that it says it closes at 8 but it closes at 7 and if i walk in there again at 6:54 and they say sorry ladies we closed at 7 im not gonna be happy.
This Starbucks location has always been a favorite of mine when coming to the lake. I now live here as of this summer and love Starbucks! They recently hired new staff members. So give them a chance and go check them out! :)
You close at 4 but when Ive been in line for 15+ minutes and there is only one employee working the other is trying to clean so they can close you stop taking orders.
Hello. so, at the moment, i’m injured, and i asked my mom to get me some starbucks, she agreed and got it for me. my mom told the barista that if i wasn’t injured she would have me to try to get it myself. the girl replied back saying aww i’m sorry. here’s the best part, my mom brought our the drink and it says, “Alice, get better soon.” this is probably the sweetest thing i’ve received. so if your in the mountain home area, go to starbucks. thank you so much! i don’t know what her name is though, but, i just wanted to say thank you for your kind words today. god bless you all! ❤️
Customer service could be improved ALOT !Also all my drinks were not made correctly. So if your from out of town save your money.
This Starbucks is a kiosk at the front entrance of the Harps grocery. Itll do to get your Starbucks fix. Nice staff.

Went yesterday around 3 pm. It took about 25 minutes to get 1 coffee. Dont think the wait was worth it.
Absolute worse experience I have had. One lady took my order, not sure what her name is, I couldnt see her name tag. The other girl that was working, Katiee, is the one who made my order. She had walked over the the girl while she was taking my order, looked at me I only heard part of what she said, something along the lines of who I am, in a rude tone. Another customer came up not much longer after me so I just stepped aside and waited for my drink. The other customer walked over to the end to wait on hers and was talking to Katiee who proceeded to talk about how she couldnt wait to get off work because shell finally not be at work anymore for the day and that its the best part of the day. Just didnt like the vibe that she was giving off, like she didnt enjoy her job and wanted to make it known to near by customers how much she wanted to be anywhere but there. When she called out my drink I said thank you and she just gave me a stink eye and had a very mean scowl on her face. I didnt appreciate it, and most likely wont be back when Im passing through town again.
Just tried to call in an order for 12 drinks but they dont allow orders over the phone... I also dont see that they use the app.. at our store, do you know how long I would have to stand and wait for 12 drinks.. I am already prepared to pay overpriced amount for the drinks to begin with and for that price we should be able to get good service.
This Mountain Home Starbucks location has the worse customer service. If you show up a few minutes before closing time they do not want to serve you. I also showed up at 8:18 pm when closing is at 9:00 pm to find out they just left with no explanation to the grocery store, Harps, that they are located in. That is sorry business. They need to get better employees.
Guaranteed to get your coffee wrong even if its as simple as a sweetened iced coffee. Also very likely theyall debate with you about what belongs in the coffee you specifically ordered. Wouldnt recommend this Starbucks.

Worst starbucks employies ive ever seen. Coffee was il made, the 2 ladies behind the counter never even asked what i wanted. Most starbucks have the nicest employies, how ever, going to this one is like being at the dmv.
