I hadn’t been to TCBY in a long time, and to my surprise it was “Topping Tuesday” where you get free toppings. It was really yummy.

There iced hazelnut latte was excellent👍

I went during the week last Thursday with my two sons. We had a warm welcome before we even walked into the building. We had such a good experience I wanted to take my husband and boys again on Saturday night august 1st we went in around 5:30pm. We wanted to try the drive thru because our youngest was falling asleep in his car seat. I wanted a multi flavored sorbet I had the other day. I couldn’t remember the name of it so I asked what sorbet they had. She only named off one flavor, and I knew that wasn’t the one I had. The outside does not name off the flavors they have. So we decided to just come in. The has the one I wanted but the girl did not mention it. When we walked in we did not get a greeting. We received two half grins and rolling eyes from two teenage girls. When I said what I wanted I looked at her and told her and pointed to the ice cream. She looked At me and asked me to repeat myself twice. After I ordered mine I took my youngest out to the car. I was just annoyed by how they had treated us. When my husband come out the first things out of his mouth was WOW looks like they have some untitled teenagers running that place who need some serious training in customer service. I agreed and we went home.I understand that our experience was not some awful situation, but if you have staff working for your business you should probably make sure they at least greet the customers with a hello when they walk in the door. They should also know what product they have available for sale.

It was nice to find a TCBY here I this tiny town in the middle of nowhere. We had a TCBY in our town in Arkansas. This is perhaps as good if not better than any Dairy Queen.I loved the Shiver with all the toppings I could get. All the yogurts are fresh and the yogurt cakes are the best anywhere

What a delightful place to visit and enjoy your favorite drink (coffee, expresso or tea) and even a treat of ice cream or a tasty muffin! There is room inside when its chilly outside and a patio to relax and wAtch the world go by when its nice and warm outside! Plenty of parking and easy walking distance from just about all of the downtown Mountain Home businesses! A great place to stop by and enjoy their enticing offerings on a Saturday morning garage sale day or a mid-week need a caffeine pick-me-up before heading back to the office! Lol. Regardless of your reason, stop by and enjoy some of the best (in my humble opinion) coffee in town!

The yogurt was great, a little bit spendy, but really good, but our server wasnt wearing gloves. Would be a good idea in these days of Covid to wear gloves to protect your customers.

We shared a chocolate yogurt shake with Oreo toppings and whipped cream with chocolate sprinkles. I like that I can get a yogurt shake. Also enjoy the 2 dollar cones. Tried the Greek Honey flavor which is really tasty. Best dessert in town.

Nice service but dont reccomend the all strawberry smoothie it is very bland and lacks sweetness taste mostly like blended ice the other two smoothies were good though Strawberry Banana.

We thought the froyo was very smooth and delicious. This place was a little different in that they do the serving into the cup instead of self service. Same thin with the toppings but the gal serving us was very nice and did a great job of taking care of us.

I dont know if it is a TCBY thing or just this store. This was the first TCBY I stopped at. A single scoop was $5 and toppings were sparse. It wasnt that warm but ice cream was going runny as soon as I got it as well. I had the pralines and cream. I enjoyed it but was pretty average quality.

Fun place! Music is always playing. Great soft serve frozen yogurt. My favorite is chocolate.

Glen and his staff will treat you like royalty and everything they serve is so good, its like it was made with Unicorn sprinkles!!

It was great! I honestly just love chilling there for hours. I think my least favorite part would have to be them publicly shaming kids with mullets. 😂😂

Great little place for ice cream or coffee! It was a little crowded so we waited, and then my husband got his ice cream but I hadnt ordered mine yet. The drive orders were served first, and by the time I ordered mine his was melting so we didnt get to enjoy ourbice cream date at the same time. Would go back, but wish they served the full party (2 of us) before fulfilling the drive thru customer.

Good dessert, not terrible prices, they could use new training policies.

The frozen yogurt was great but the cashiers were horrible. They didn’t listen to anything we said to them, they were more concerned with talking to each other. They messed up 2 of our orders and flat out ignored us when we tried to tell them. The floors were pretty gross and looks as if they haven’t been swept in days. Won’t be coming back here unfortunately

I have been to TCBY’s all around the country and this by far is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They give this company a bad name. The people working there did not know their product, half the machines were broke and they ended up giving us the wrong order.

Would be nice to have more dairy free options

They dont use redbull in their red bull spritzer. They used club soda. I watched them do it the whole time then when i told them about them that there wasnt any they lied straight to my face. The service sucked and the drink was a waste of money. Would never go back there again for a redbull briesta is so much better and actually uses redbull

The staff sucks... EXCEPT!! There was this gay guy worked there a long time ago. He was the best person that worked there. When my Mom wanted something with no sugar, he would go out of his way to find her an alternative sweetener. But the corruption that is Mountain Home, fired him.

Good place to study, but there is a cheaper/better place just to the east if you only need a good cup of coffee: Timber Creek Espresso.
