Brought my truck in for repair. they did not just do a patch job on the repair to get me out the door. They worked on the truck until all issues were fixed. Mountain Home Auto Ranch went above and beyond to try and find the problem with my car. Having been in maintenance for almost 4 decades, I understand how difficult it is to find intermittent problems and trying to get the fault isolated. Although the mechanic was not able to find a problem, I do appreciate the tremendous effort the shop took in trying to duplicate the problem. I will definitely be taking the vehicle back to them if it starts acting up again.

I’ve been a Chevy man for many years, and there has only been one dealership that I had to rate below standard, but Mountain Home Auto Ranch is one above all the rest. Their hospitality, and friendly atmosphere was everything a customer expect it to be. And the service provider (David Keller) was very helpful, explaining the need for new tires, I knew the tires were in need of being replaced, I feel GMC need to stop using Bridgestone tire the worst tires on the market. Other than my belief in Bridgestone tires, my experience was outstanding.

They assured us that was no problem, and they ended up staying about two hours after business hours... on a Saturday evening. They never made us feel rushed, and were incredibly thorough, kind, and welcoming. Jeremy and Val are the perfect antithesis of the bad reputation car salesmen typically have. As car dealerships go, these guys are certainly one of the best in my eyes. Granted, we flew from Spokane so they were pretty sure we were going to buy a car. However, they were courteous, nonthreatening, and no high-pressure tactics. Most of all for me they were not patronizing. My wife said she felt completely comfortable through the whole experience. They have a really nice show room at the main ranch. Obviously the prices were good if we flew from Spokane.

They sold my wife her first car and raked her over the coals. I tried to do business with them (trade in) 3 times. Every time they low balled me 5k and said thats all theyll do. These guys take advantage of new Airmen and oversell them all the time. Potential buyers beware. A friend tried to get a used car from them and enduring the process the salesman named Mike was pushing my friend to get a new car not a used one that they were wanting and also had told my friend to impersonate a relative to get insurance which is highly immoral and unethical and last I checked was federally illegal which would have resulted in jail for my friends while they skate away with plausible deniability. That place needs to be shut down.

I had some problems with my 2015 Silverado and this dealership went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I had damaged a brake line and this location got the repairs done same day - Dana was excellent and the price was fair !!!! They even stayed late to make sure I made it back on the road. I took my truck to their service shop on Monday for a oil change, tire rotation, and to have them look at the truck for a recall that we had. A friendly guy spoke to me about everything they were going to do to the truck. An 1 1/2 later he came and told me they were done and repeated back everything they did, including the tire rotation. .. I specifically ask if they reset the sensors on the tires and he of course said they had. Well when my husband looked and the truck he noticed that they did not even rotate our tires at all. You lied to me... probably because I was a female and wouldnt know. I drove 45 mins and was on time. I hung out in your waiting room with my 3 month old baby and you lied to me. Wow. Also to the unfriendly car sales guy who sits by the door. I stopped to look at a car on my way out and had questions but you wouldnt even make eye contact with me... again probably because I m female. Shame on you. Im on the look out for a new car and you lost my business.. Also on my way out I had my hands full with a diaper bag and a baby in a carseat and do ya think hed offer to help me out the door... haha yeah right. Very unfriendly group of people other then the nice guy who lied. I will make sure to tell my friends and family about my experience. We buy a $50,000 truck with the promise for oil changes and tire rotations for two years.... you failed Chevy to follow through on your promises. I should have looked at your Google reviews before I even wasted my time.

Worst dealership ever! Never go to auto ranch!! Even if they have the deal of a life time they only thing that will follow is a life time of pain in the A$$!! Never ever again!!!

They have a few good deals on the cars

When they break something on your vehicle, and it just so happens to be an “after market” item they won’t fix it. Terrible way to handle a business knowing guys who work on your vehicle don’t take the time to carefully remove parts. I mean why would they care knowing that if it breaks they won’t fix it, even while your vehicle is in their “care.” Never going back. Glad I’m out of here in less then a year.
