I would just like to say that I’m totally impressed with the service I have received from commercial tire here in Mountain Home Idaho . After 22 years of living here I decided to give them a try and buy some Cooper tires . The price they quoted me was cheaper than anyone in the valley for a set and the service was prompt and courteous. Today my wife brought the truck in for the tires 1st rotation, Charlie and crew treated her very well. We had recently came back from a trip to Michigan where we had lost a wheel cap. The wife asked them if they wouldn’t happen to have an extra laying around, sure enough they did and they hooked us up . I love this small town and how we watch out for each other . Support local businesses if you can, it pays off in the long run . Tom

I ran over a screw this weekend and found out Monday morning when I was heading to work. After getting the donut on I headed here and they were able to get me in right away and had the tire patched and on my vehicle in just about fifteen minutes. On top of that they refused to let me pay for their outstanding service. I’m currently nine months pregnant, due any day now, and this act of kindness meant so much to me. I would recommend them for their professionalism and kindness and will definitely be back here for future needs and my next set of tires. It’s hard to find service like this anymore and that to me is priceless!

What a great experience, on a Sunday morning leaving for a thousand mile trip to Montana had problems with tire balance.Called the after hours number where they got a hold of the manager and he found a way to make sure one of his guys could get there to help me out. Earlier this morning I was out on the desert and blew a tire. Well just so happens my spare was already on the back so I was screwed. Luckily I went to this commercial tire and they gave me two free tires just to help me out! I cant remember the guys name but he was super helpful today! I will never go to another tire shop again! Made a road trip that turned into a 13 hour drive away from home, and thought I needed an alignment but instead my wheel bearings were going bad. They didnt have time to replace the assemblies but they went out of their way to tighten the bolts and replace missing bolts to get us home safely. Charlie B didnt even bat an eye and took care of us immediately. Very grateful for hospitality and service we were given today!

We went in for a balance and rotation of tires they did a thorough check on truck and told we needed other repairs. We elected to wait until reaching our home state for completing repairs. They did not charge for the rotation of our tires! Excellent service!

Waited at the front counter for 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was in there shop. Had three different Associates come in multiple times from the shop to do paperwork including the one sitting in the front office who had a friend show up during that time who walked out into the shop to talk while still failing to even acknowledge i was there. Ended up going to a competitor around the corner who was very prompt at resolving the tire issue

Usually get oil changes on the work vehicles here so I decided to start using them. Oil change on my truck was quick and simple. More trustworthy than the speedlube place downtown.When I had a possible wheel bearing issue, they took the car in and inspected it free of charge. Awesome ability to get a free professional diagnosis.

Took my 1986 944 to get aligned after a steering rack fix. They couldnt get the bolts loose, so they did what the could and didnt charge me. Ill definitely be coming back.

Ive been coming to Commercial Tire for over 15 years now. I have never had any trouble, their work is always quick and professionally done.

The guy had a bad attitude on the phone, and the same bad attitude when I showed up the next day. I spent $500-plus on tires there, but I would rather pay to have them rotated elsewhere than get free rotations while having to deal with service people whose subtext says, Youre a pain; heres what I cant do for you.

Very unfriendly, had a issue with my 4 wheel drive and they determined it was under warranty as the work was done originally at commercial tire on fairview in boise so they did not want to do the work and referred me to take it to the fairview store in order to get it done, they made it very clear they just did not want to deal with it. the experience was enough for me to stay away from commercial tire and i will pay out of pocket just like i expected to so i do not have to deal with them again.

I took my f150 in to put brand new tires and wheels on I bought from online. They immediately pulled my truck in bay and bolted them up and programed tpms. They charged 1/3 of the price of Ford dealership and they made sure not to scuff my wheels. Will continue going here for service.

These guys are super friendly, and helpful! After blowout on the freeway. They replaced all my worn out tires for safety reasons I didnt notice and threw in a spare tire.All in an hour!!!!5 hours later made it home safely.Thanks Fellas!!!!

I took my car to Commercial Tire for a damage assessment from a mishap that involved the car rolling off a jack during a tire change. The technicians quickly examined the damage and performed a repair on my vehicle and aligned the steering without adding a bunch of unnecessary items to the invoice. Im grateful for their honesty and straightforwardness.

This guys take care of me on an emergency...they told i have to wait until tomorrow because they have to close them i told them am travel to Utah and they accommodate all and fix my tire! That is servece and great customer service
