Daniel was very thorough and patiently explained all of the necessary repairs. Everything was completed as described in a timely manner. I would definitely utilize this business again and refer others.

This guy has been scamming multiple people that I personally know. Ive seen him taking customer cars for joy rides for days on end. I see non stop posts on Facebook about the horrible service, him stealing parts, and not fixing cars for up to and over a year at a time. One of my best friends had his car locked up on the lot for a year before Daniel decided to let us get it back and he didnt even do any of the work he said he was going to do. Very shady person, would not recommend.

Super helpful and knowledgeable! I was on a long trip and was taken in right away. They knew what was wrong after driving the car for just a few minutes and had me in and out super fast! They were also very friendly!

Was very nice and professional in the beginning. Had truck for 2 1/2 months before a trip was made over the mountains to get the truck. They said that the truck was good to go. Got stuck on Snoqualmie pass and they would not answer the phone to help. Had to call a tow truck to get me home which was about another 2 - 3 hrs. No one will talk to me or answer their phones. Do not say you do not have any record of the truck being there or I will post the quote and bill online. NEVER take our vehicle here. I have called the states attorney and another attorney for assistance.

Quickly answered when popped up on google, picked me up 10 minutes later, car didn’t even last a week there for it to be done! Timing belt and head gaskets and everything of the motor was done in a quick time process! Would recommend to anyone who breaks down 🙌🏻🙏🏻 Amazing job guys 💯

I love that he is local and I dont have to take my Subaru out of town. I save so much time and money. He is very affordable and stayed after hours to make sure I had my car for work the next day. My Subaru has not ran this good in a long time.

The auto shop was there for me when I needed them most. My fuel pump went out. I was stranded a few miles out of town and they were they to help. They did not rush the service, Nate was thorough and checked every possible cause. I am so thankful for them that they were able to help me and get me going again in just a few days!! I had my car at their shop for 3 months, I was consistently calling him and getting no reply. Never answered me. I went to pick up my car and nothing had been done to it. Hopefully they could fix their problems. I wish this does not happen to anyone else.

If you drive a Subaru this is the place to go!! I was driving cross country. While visiting the local lake, my power window went down and wouldnt come back up. I called Daniel on a Sunday, and he picked up his phone :) He had Nate contact me the following day. Nate was beyond helpful. He had the passion of a true craftsman. He found the problem quickly, and because they actually have a pick-and-pull a part yard right on-site--gratefully they had the part. Despite him having an obviously heavy workload (he seems to be in high demand to the local community) he fixed my car right then and there. When Nate learned I was traveling cross-country he also checked over my car for potential issues. He cleaned off the corrosion on my battery and even washed down my car for me because I had months of mud and dust that had accumulated throughout my trip.He was great! Ill go back tomorrow for an oil change!

This guy isn’t the worst to take your car too, but man he is very unprofessional. He never responds on time, takes forever and draws out what should be a simple fix and things tend to go wrong after they’re done with your vehicle. His rating online is inaccurate, 5 and 1 stars only?? Something fishy’s going on.

Daniel the Subaru Specialist and his technicians performed a professional service on my vehicle for a fair price. Daniel explained the work that was required and why it was necessary in a way that not only demonstrated tremendous familiarity with Subaru engines but which was also personable. The shop allowed me to safely drop off my vehicle and the work was completed in a timely manner. These seem like good guys doing good work at a good price.

These guys are awesome!! Nate came to my house and picked up my vehicle which was very convenient for me. Nate kept in touch with me via text or messenger to let me know the progress in my truck. They did the work within the time frame. Met Daniel and he is one of the nicest guys aroud I would so recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done. I’ve had terrible service with this shop, first off Daniel never answers my phone calls or gives updates on what’s going on. Then again it took 3 months while he was having others in and out quick, after I get my car a short time later I look at my engine bay and see 2 of my transmission mounts completely loose. To me they are not reliable I have had to put the mount back on myself in a time where my car was much needed. I WILL NOT come here again!

Don’t bring your car here. He’s had my car for a year and I’m getting it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. He took my money to start the “work” no problem and he hasn’t worked on it since then. Won’t answer your calls or texts and never bothers to be at the shop. This guy shouldn’t even be in business anymore. Chop shop!

Daniels mechanic, Genaro, saw my 06 Impreza on the side of the road while I was waiting for the engine to cool down. He quickly diagnosed the problem, bad head gaskets & recommended Daniels shop.Daniel was professional, efficient & prompt with communication. He got my car up & running quickly & the price tag was very reasonable. He even dropped my car off at my house once it was done.

Found exactly what we needed and nate was professional, helpful, and part was beyond affordable. Definitely will use again.

I am located in Spokane and a good friends Subaru was broke down in Moses Lake. I put an ad on Facebook looking for someone with car experience to come look at her car so we could at least find out how much and what was wrong with it...Daniel sent one of his techs, Nate to come look at it, he took it for a quick drive and knew exactly what was wrong! He told me and I said how much to fix it? $100.00, I was so impressed that once I committed to them fixing it, they had someone over to take it to their shop! Less than a week later and under $200, my friend has a great working Subaru and my business for as long as I can drive!!! I highly recommend this shop for all your mechanical car needs!!!

Daniel did some work on a Forester for me putting a brand new motor in. I was satisfied the work at the time and he seemed trustworthy. I asked him for a favor to sell a set of wheels and tires for me since I was out of town.. they were being sold for $650 and I told Daniel he could keep $150 of it for his help. After trying many times contacting him over the last several months he has blacklisted me and has has not given me the $500 owed to me. Even us setting up a time and place to meet and him no showing. I like to think I’m a reasonable person and normally not the type of guy to write bad reviews and It’s not that I’m completely broken up about 500 bucks... it’s the principal. I will not nor any of my friends/family will not be going back to Daniel for any work.

Ive dealt with a lot of mechanics over the years including family. Daniel and his techs are by far the best Ive had work on my vehicles. He has gone out of his way multiple times to accommodate me (including his wife by picking me up to go get a rental car, thank you!) always gets the job done in a reasonable time. Stands behind his work, and the best prices youll find short of doing it yourself. Only mechanic Ill go too now that Ive found him and his crew. No other shop will give you the service these guys will! Only thing bad I can say is he needs a receptionist lol.

This guy is a hack. Our car is probably stolen now. Been there 9 months for a FMIC and tune. No communication in the last few months. Very unreliable and from others who have had work done, multiple engines grenaded in a very short time. Multiple law suits. Filing a stolen car report with local police this weekend. Dont waste your time. Go to a reputable shop.

Great work, outstanding service.Daniel dropped a brand new engine into my Forester and had it ready to go in just a couple days.He even walked me through how to break in a new engine and what to look out for in the future, even offered to drive me to pick up my car (I live 140 miles away).

I was on my way from Spokane to Seattle on Monday when pulling on to I90 at Ritzville and getting on it in my 2008 Outback 2.5XT I felt the engine cut and the dash lights go crazy. It was either turn back home or find a place that could look at it. I found Daniel with a google search and drove to his shop. He diagnosed the issue, made a minor repair, changed the oil while I was there and generally took great care of my car. Thanks for saving my trip!

Daniel is a great guy. He’s really good at making you feel like he knows what he’s doing and he seems to generally be interested in helping people. However, i would encourage you in a few things: don’t trust this guy with your car or your money or anything else for that matter. He’s a smooth talker and has an excuse for everything.When I met Daniel I was referred to him from a mutual friend who had a generally good experience wth him. In fact, Daniel “hooked him up” with some services to get a little promotional reference in the Subaru community. So, when I initially contacted Daniel, I had a list of work that I wanted/needed done to my car. First of all, he was very quick to agree with all the work that I “wanted” done and didn’t recommend that any of the things I wanted weren’t really necessary to achieve the goals I had in mind for my car. The work I “needed” done was most important to me and consisted of some transmission work on my clutch. So, Daniel quickly generated an invoice through PayPal and emailed it to me with a quote for work I had requested. He graciously included extra costs for work I didn’t need, that he felt was “necessary”. Example: Daniel explained that he would have to change my timing belt. When i pushed back explaining my timing belt had already been done at my local Subaru less that 300 miles ago along with my water pump, he insisted that he do it anyway. (He never did it.) Daniel also suggested he change my oil for me with new filter and oil. I do my own oil and didn’t need his help with this, but again, he insisted. (This wasn’t done either.)Moving past that and trusting that maybe he actually knew what he was talking about, I decided to meet with him face to face and pay him for half the work up front (because he also insisted that 1/2 down was required in prefer for him to start work) and see his “shop”. When i arrived, Daniel opened up the bay door to a storage unit where he has a bunch of expensive Subaru’s torn apart and parked inside with a few tools lying around along with some shelves organized with some car products (oil, gaskets, etc...) which for the most part seemed legit. He explained that he was getting busier and would eventually have a store front and was excited for the future of his business. That day, i paid Daniel $1400 cash up front for more than half the invoice that he sent me and he provided a receipt for the cash. I left back home with my ride and left my car behind.10 WEEKS LATER, Daniel STILL hadn’t finished my vehicle. It was excuse after excuse and I was sick of it! However, being the nice guy that I am, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought I’d just visit him again, this time at his work in Kennewick where he is “just a tech” (according to his coworkers) and let him know I was seriously ready to have my car back. So I paid him ANOTHER $700 cash. I figured if i paid the guy, he’d get the work done quicker. I was wrong. 3 weeks later he still had excuse after excuse why it wasn’t ready.Finally, one day he tells me he got the clutch and flywheel done along with a few other items I had asked for. Now I need a tune. So Daniel throws my car on a trailer and drives it down to Horizontal Motorsports (per my request) for a tune. When i got there, they didn’t know who i was, who Daniel is, or why my car was there.So, i have their 1099 master Subaru mechanic look through my car at my expense for two hours to show me that nothing that Daniel had charged me for (except the clutch) had been performed and that I had been taken for a ride. At my expense, they fixed a bunch of things under the hood that had been disconnected, repaired all the vacuum leaks, tightened a bunch of bolts down and installed my boost controller to get it ready for dyno. Daniel refunded me $1000 for some of the services not rendered, but should’ve refunded every penny minus the cost of the transmission workBottom line: do NOT trust this kid with your money, your car or anything else.
