My kids had a boat trailer bearing blow out on a holiday weekend, with nothing open and crippled on the side of the highway 150 miles away at home. Made some calls; this was Sunday night after hours before Memorial Day, terrible timing. Dustin answered the call from home, and gave them the code to the secure storage to lock the boat up, saving us from an expensive tow home. They had it fixed in just a few days, not just the bearing but the whole axle and 2 new bearings for less than the price of a tow home! Dusty explained how to prevent this in the future. We were very, very happy with them. Answered every time we called, and were super fair and honest. Completely recommend them for anyone in need! THANKS Bee-Line!

These guys just hooked us up with a new bearing on our utility trailer as we were coming through town on a Friday afternoon, over 100 miles from home or our destination. Their price was fair, they were fast, and they made the fix work with what they had in stock (we had to go buy a 5-hole rim to make it work). Thanks for saving our last camping trip of the year guys! When my wifes car broke down in the middle of nowhere, and I tried (and failed) to save the day, Bee-Line towing was there an hour and a half sooner than any of the other towing companies nearby wouldve been. They towed her car straight to their shop, and met me there the next morning to help me fix her car, with their tools, at minimal cost. Ive come to not expect this quality of service much any more, but Dustin at Bee-Line gave me some faith in humanity! Wonderful service, very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Ask if it was possiable to have my car looked at real quick and they said yes. 10 minutes later i found out what was wrong and we discussed cost (not to bad acually) and then they tell me there is a $50 inspection fee! um pretty sure u should have said that when we started. to wait until the end and catch someone by suprise really sucks for some. But over all service and pricing is good. if you choose to get you vehicle fixed with them then they apply the $50 towards that so thats good.
