The staff is great, but this is ONLY store Ive been in that doesnt provide hand wipes at the front entrance. Ive mentioned this numerous time to no avail. If you are not going to provide hand wipes then get rid of the hand wipe dispenser - its annoying to always see the dispense with no hand wipes.

Very pleasant experience with my COVID-19 vaccination here. Had a late night appointment, walk-in and out within 20 mins (including the 15 mins after shot wait). The form was pre-filled, just check the Y/N questions and sign!People there are friendly and attentive. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Do not go to Pharmacy here! Staff are VERY rude (rude like not even saying a SINGLE word during your transaction, never experienced this anywhere else) and wait time is SUUUPER long! Told me to wait for 15 min and 30 min later still no calls or msg! The other Walgreen pharmacies are Much better than this one! Seriously, this is my First Review on Google!

The staff is really friendly and caring that seeing patient in pain, they were able to fill out my prescription in 10 minutes. I have to say I am very pleased to have this Wallgreen as my primary pharmacy. Very professional!Thank you for everything!

I had the worst experience today, I was falsely accused of shop lifting just because I gave the pharmacist an empty box that I found. Ive worked in the Security field for years and their actions just showed how unprofessional they are, and their lack of Loss Prevention training. The manager embarrassed me in front of other customers and made me pull my pants up to my knees because he thought I was stealing a knee pad. The worst part was the look on my daughters face. I will never forget this day, and how they made me feel. They should train their employees better to prevent this from ever happening again.

Flu shot took 10 minutes - no appointment needed!

Photo department was very disappointing. We needed foreign passport pictures. The employee was unhelpful, looked annoyed and when he heard the pictures were for non US passport, he said he could not do it. We went to CVS at Chatham mall and they got it done in minutes.

The pharmacy is horrible! Worst experience ever! The staff member that helped me was totally incompetent & rude. There is no regard for people’s privacy & no one will take the extra step to call the provider or insurance if there seems to be a problem with filling or billing a medication. Will never step foot in this Walgreens ever again!

Went in to purchase an item I viewed online, but the pricing online is different from the actual store. Unfortunately Walgreens does not honor online pricing and this was something I needed as a gift and wouldn’t get here in time. So 1 star.

Hostility and good customer service. Late open night which is one of the fewer convenient stores in Morristown to be open till 12AM

They had a protein drink for my post-workout before my drive home. Yay! The wait in the line late at night was a bit long tho
