This store is always well stocked, the employees are always super helpful and informed. Ive never had a bad experience here. The only drawback is they dont have site to store pick up.

I love this store! The ladies that work there are soo friendly and helpful. And they have the most amazing body washes and body sprays and lotions. And their candles and plug in warmers smell soo good..i highly recommend people to go to Bath & Body Works

I was out and about with a friend at the Mall and happen to see that Bath & Body Works had some great sales for Mothers Day. We popped in and ended up buying a few things because it was buy two get two free. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. They have coupons and or deals they send by email if you choose to supply one to them at checkout. The products can cost a little, but they have quality and smell great.

Went in there and got items off the table that were 75% off. It is well worth going for the items that are on sale. Usually I like getting the spray mists because those are my favorites, no matter what scent I am getting, but I needed to get more lotions this time.

Wasnt here to shop. Just saw someone I knew and went in to talk. Pretty sure this place donates to questionable companies. So I dont trade with em. Im sure they have fine products tho.

Kinda upset on how much they have gone up on there pricing. I used to be able to get a free perfume up to $14.50 dollar value. Not now. You can only get a lotion or shower gel. Also i was hoping to get the perfume and just pay the difference. Yeah, cant do that either.

This place needs new management. Havent been since the ordeal of coupons and how the general manager handled the scenario. Its beyond me how the literacy clear as day on there and the comprehending ability of the staff was good funny yet sad. Other customers witnessed a self implosion of not only the manager who clearly didnt want to help, and then the cashier. It was truly a vile scenario that I felt I needed to just leave and take the business to another cities location. I understand if you dislike your job or have a bad day, it happens, and especially when working retail and with the general public. But dont take that out on me or anyone else. Other customers were even confused by their judgement.. they made a big deal over nothing and therefore the actual rating of this location feels deserved as it was truly a distasteful experience. As I said I have taken to other cities in order to separate myself from the anxiety that is dealing with peoples anger issues and comprehensive issues.

Great store,but terrible customer service ladies,and it gets old. Real quick

The people who work here are not very helpful but always in your face lol I only buy the sanitizers now and I will start getting the refills since they finally told me about them, also they never have the glass bottles of perfume available and never call when they get more like they say they will.

Kind of annoying because they ask you tons of questions and squirt your hands with sanitizer before you can go in. I was just there to look around. Clean store. Fully stocked.

Great hand soaps and candles. They have other products like bath gel and lotions, but those are more feminine. I like earthy scents since Im a guy. They have a nice selection and something for everyone. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

My personal opinion I think Johnson City TN has the best bath and body works Ive been too,this ones ok but smaller

I needed some more shower gel. Was helped by an associate named Cathie. At first I thought she was a little over enthusiastic but she wound up being super helpful and gave me a few tips about the products. Very pleased with my visit.

Awesome place

This location always has delayed store sets and very rarely is able to redeem the deals that are sent out by corporate. Why? This is frustrating as a consumer as I don’t want to always order online when I would gladly support my local store. It’s a shame that I can drive half an hour into Knoxville and get the new products that have been on shelves for weeks AND have the promotional deals honored but I can’t at my home store. I imagine these two locations are in the same district. The staff is generally helpful and I’m not sure if their hands are tied with the policies (which are a joke in this instance) but they are entirely unwilling to honor a sale by the company or try to make it right. If it were a one off, I wouldn’t review... but it’s every single time. I spend at least a hundred bucks a pop at each visit and I won’t spend my money at this location anymore. I would recommend investing the time to purchase from a larger store.

The staff members are very rude. I do not recommend the one in Morristown TN, maybe try the one in Kingsport TN.(The staff member was blonde headed, had giant eyes, and was just plain rude.)
