Friendly and knowledgest service. Its not too big but theres a good variety of products.

2 months ago a beautiful team at Sallys helped me choose a perfect color and helped my daughter as well. Ive never had so many compliments on my hair. Folks have told me they are envious of the color!! Its sea witch!!! Clarissa was absolute perfection 🥰and I highly recommend 👌the color has stayed this whole time. One time coloring. 2 months and it keeps getting better. Thank you for all your help. 🙌🙏🙌

Very bad service. they never have anything you need .. Even though they tell you over the phone that they have the product. Instead of searching and making sure ... what they do is waste time.

The girls with the fun colored hair are always good at helping me choose the best products for my needs.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. What I am upset over is they asked if I wanted to purchase a bag for my items that I had already purchased for 15cents. There were two people working today.Both stayed at the register, discussing their personal lives instead of assisting.I was the ONLY customer for 15 minutes- asked for help, and was given a curt response in answer.It’s a shame.Update:I had to BUY a bag to carry my products out in.The staff told me that I would have to carry my products out otherwise with no way to carry them as I have to use a walker.Not that I generally mind such a purchase if required - but, sheesh, could they be any less helpful?Again, two employees- and me, the only customer.Update - 9/20The lady that waited on us the other day was fantastic.Friendly, and offered great advice!I hope that the above was only a bad day.

Good place for a wide selection of hair & beauty products. I actually got some new & innovative products I had seen in a new issue of Allure Magazine. Prices ok. If you are a beautician u can get discounts. Kind of hard to find if you have never been here before. Really out of way shopping center area.

If i could give zero stars, i honestly would. horrible experience with the staff today. the whole time the staff talked about avoiding the police in their youth multiple times, not talking to their mother as children, etc. didn’t greet or tell us goodbye, and didn’t try to help us the whole time we were in the store. the person that checked us out started talking to her coworkers (while processing our transaction) about someone else being on the phone. the lack of customer service in the store today was inexcusable.

I was at Golden dragon, not at Sally Beauty.

They closed early for cleaning apparently I’m very livid they should not be able to do that and are refusing to answer the phones

Great hair products but very long wait in line. Only one person working up front while doing doing a return while 4 ppl in line then next customer had called in order n had to wait on her to go around the store n gather up supplies she needed she ordered over the fond n by the time I got up there I got up there I probably had waited a good 15-20 minutes in line n that is unfortunate called for u should have a 2nd cashier to help.

Everyone time I go in there they are always so helpful and give great advice. Very knowledgeable about their products.

Would be nice to get sale prices without having to buy another card to carry in my pocket
