We bought a 2020 Nissan Kicks in December. I did the pre qualify for a Nissan Rogue spoke with the dealership before even going to make sure the monthly payments and down payment would be within what I was looking for . All was good until I got to the dealership once there they didnt have the Rogue for the price, monthly payment, or the down payment we had discussed previously that day. So we decided on a Kicks same typical car dealership run around about prices and down payments finally got the deal done after literally walking out to the service department to pick up our Nissan Titan we had in for an oil change. That was when the Mgr decided to run us around a few more times. Anyway we are happy with the car itself . So about a month ago we had a flat tire . Took it to the dealership and paid to have a new tire put on. They had to order the tire and had no loaner car . I paid extra for the Car Doc package and specifically asked about loaner cars when and if ours had to be in the shop was told we would have one. Well we had to drive on a doughnut tire because they had to order our new tire and there wasnt a loaner car . Hard to believe a dealership wouldnt have a loaner car. So tire finally gets replaced and on my way out of the service department I noticed the tire pressure sensor light was on . I went back in and they said oh yeah just drive it a bit and the light would go out. I did and it reset itself ( they should have done that ) . So a week or so later my mother in-law is in town for vacation and the TPS light keeps coming on at random times indication not reading from the tire that was replaced. I take it back to East Ten Nissan and again no loaner car and I was told nothing wrong here and sent on my way 3 hours I will never get back. I leave for vacation a couple days later and the TPS light is still coming on at random times and resets itself. Doesnt take a genius to figure out if someone changed a tire on a brand new car and warning lights keep occurring for that specific tire something is wrong. I work out of town so this was the reason for asking about the loaner car before ever buying the extended car doc package. I have pictures time stamped of the TPS sensor this time so hopefully they will have a loaner car and will replace the sensor which obviously they damaged or did not get installed correctly after the tire change. Sorry this is so long but frustrating to pay extra for a product that was clearly misleading such as loaner car coverage.

We just want to say how very happy we are with our new 2021 Nissan Kicks. We went into the dealership knowing what we were wanting. We first ran into Seth and he helped us out with a test drive and everything. We told him for sure we wanted the Kicks so he did what he needed to do to get the ball rolling then we went to Ted in financing. OMG we had such a great experience. Everything was explained to us and all our questions were answered. Seth and Ted were both a pleasure to work with and we will be back. Have to give a shout out to Melissa in the service dept. Sorry to change. My fuel pump is working perfect I was told its my crankshaft sensor. Instead of paying 2300 will cost me 30 to fix. Glad I took my vehicle home.

Just purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan SV at East TN Nissan. Christopher Andrews was my Sales Consultant. He was extremely patient, helpful, and pleasant while we were negotiating the deal by telephone. His philosophy is I am not here to sell you a car I am here to help you purchase a car. Im not going to push you to buy something. Once I arrived at the dealership, he was the first one out the door to greet me and my wife. Chris remained pleasant and helpful for the test drive and the required paperwork. Even the finance manager wasnt pushy with add-ons that I didnt want or need. Would recommend Chris and East TN Nissan if you are looking for a new Nissan. Chris is a U.S. Marine so you can show appreciation for his service to our country while shopping for a car. The only advice I would give anyone no matter where you are buying a car is make sure to look at the numbers and prices on the deal sheet, making sure you understand the discounts, rebates you make be eligible for, and the interest you might have to pay when you finance. If you take 0% interest you may have to give up certain discounts but if you take the discounts you may pay more interest in the long run if you dont plan to pay off very quickly. East TN Nissan showed me both scenarios up front in the deal so they WERE NOT trying to hide that but you should make sure to ask how those deals work up front before signing papers.

Was easy and effortless. They made our time there with our 3 children bareable. Its usually hard to get anything accomplished while chasing the kiddos around but they have a play area for them with drinks and snacks. Would def recommend!! I got exactly what I needed!!

Bought a new car for what they wanted to sell a used one for. I was told the car we liked would arrive in a few days, and it did with extensive body damage. I was then told repairing the damage would raise the price of the car. So if you like double talk and lying this is the place for you.

As soon as we walked in the door the first person we talked to was Seth. We told him what we wanted he then took Tom for a test drive of course we fell in love with out Kicks. We got all the paper work done he could do then we were taken to Ted in finance. Both these guys are totally awesome. Explained everything to us and everything. Of course we had to go speak to Melissa in the service area she has been taken care of our car since 2015. We love the service and how friendly everyone here is. We will keep coming back. Where do I start? I was greeted by Hunter, wonderful salesman, and told him what I was looking for. I did not intend on getting a car that day, because I told him how my last experience went with another dealership, just a few days prior. Well, he did not pressure me, only gave me the info I was wanting, which was pretty much a run down of what I could get, wanted, needed, etc! By the end of it, I ended up walking out with a fresh off the lot 2021 Nissan Rogue. I was head over heels, and felt like I was in a dream. I did cry, but it was happy tears, for sure. This was my first Nissan purchase and I was not disappointed! Definitely looking forward to future business with these guys!Fast forward: it’s been about a month and I’m still so happy with my purchase! Anyone needs a vehicle go to Nissan! And if you can, snag Hunter while you’re there!

My transmission went out and, of course, the warranty had just passed 60,000. They agreed to pay half the cost of the repair, and I think that is fair.But the lady we dealt with, Melissa, was so exceptional in handling all of our many problems that I just have to tell you how great she is. Said she’s been with Nissan in the service department for 5 years. She definitely went above and beyond for us.

Our experience was delightful. We bought our Rogue from here and all the employees were helpful and nice. Our sales person (Lindsey) was very thoughtful, helpful and made the buying process great for us.

I came here on Saturday 08/14/2021 with a pre approval offer from capital which is the one lender I wanted to run. Instead they made 10 hard inquiries on my credit report even after I told them I do not want them to check with any other lender I have two cars I was not in desperate need for one. What they have done is illegal and you should not go here. Their employees are so desperate to make a sale they will do shady practices that hurt your credit score!!!!

I was in for my oil change and when the man came and got me I was surprised because it was so fast and a well done they always take care of my rogue never dirty when I get it back. Should have went to a different dealership.We bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue. We were pre-approved through a financial company already for a price that was advertised through the website. We brought the confirmation and other information with us to complete the sale. Completed the test drive.So far so good.When it came to signing the final sale paper, we got hit.Were sorry but...The financial company approved you for the wrong amount. The vehicle was more than what was posted on the website. The finance manager at East Tennessee Nissan did not want to work with us. We had to take dealer extras off plus increase our monthly payments in order to get the vehicle.It has been a couple of weeks now. Even though we told them we were approved through a certain financial company and showed them proof, We just found out they still ran our credit through different lending companies trying to get what they wanted.

Over all, Rand did an excellent job from start to finish. This purchase was quick, efficient and fun. I will be more than pleased to refer others in his direction.

I was going to buy a new car from East Tennessee Nissan with a $3,000.00 cash down payment. They wanted to put me in the cheapest car on the lot and I told him I would like to have a different one. The GM got smart with me about what I was wanting and he didnt want to do anything different. He told me to get off his lot. I wouldnt trade with East Tennessee Nissan if that was the only dealership around.

I went to this dealership twice. The first time the seller didnt call me back like he said he would.The second time a lady took care of use and she had an attitude. Neither seller seem to not care if they made a sale or not.I bought two vehicles from them in the past but something has definitely changed

I have had terrible experiences in the past so I was hesitant in returning. Although, I had the most amazing sales person Rand. And a terrific finance guy TJ. So I will return as long as they are both there.

Friendly staff is only reason not a 1 star. Dropped car off for Tues morning appt that was a 4 hr job for a recall. Called Tues evening and they hadnt touched it. Wed afternoon they started job only to have issues. Called Thurs afternoon and at first was told it still wasnt ready. When I started to get upset the service guy said let me make sure and he would call me back. He called back and said it had just got done. Service reps were pleasant but overall experience gets a 2 star because it took 3 days for 4 hr job.... Update, After getting their reply I tried to email Carolyn but my message kept coming back undeliverable because their server would not accept my email.

I have went to this dealership several times to check my tire because my low pressure light kept coming on every couple of days, they had told me they checked it over really well and couldn’t find anything. So three days later my light comes back on... I take it back to the dealership and they say they can’t put air in my tire because it has nitrogen in them... so I have to leave the dealership to put air in my tire. Surprise surprise 3 days later my light comes back on. We take it back to the dealer to have the tire rechecked and they say they didn’t find anything. When I left my tire light was still on so I checked the pressure, the tire had 20lbs more pressure than it should have. So we had to let the tire pressure back down to what it’s supposed to be around 34lbs. Then 3 days later the light comes back on. I will never take my car back to them again for anything. If this dealer cannot take car of a simple leak in a tire then I have no faith that they can work on anything else.

I want to personally think everyone at East Tennessee Nissan for treating me the right way for the last 5 years as their customer!! Not only that they helped me out of another bad deal from another dealership but helped me getting into another vehicle that my wife and i wanted!!! We looked at a Toyota Sequoia and the Nissan Armada. The Armada was much more refined and detail oriented inside. Our salesperson Christopher was extremely nice. He was very knowledgeable and didnt pressure us at all. The manager came over during the process. He was very straight forward and honest. There was no pressure from him either. He was delightful. He knew exactly what my car was worth. I will definitely purchase my next car from East Tennessee Nissan!

The service agents were friendly and greeted us as we enter red. We were shown to the waiting room and have average wait times for the service provided.

Kenneth was very kind and helpful. He took time to go over the details of my car doc maintenance plan with me. He also assured me if I had any further questions or concerns about it, all I had to do was give him a call. The only thing I was not happy about is the fact that they do not have a car wash at that location, so I had to go somewhere else to get my car washed. Apparently I had been charged for the platinum plan which I did not ask for, but that has nothing to do with him or the service I received that day!

It was unbelievable! I was there for two reasons, service on one car and to purchase a new car. Ill be honest this was the first time Ive been at a service department or car dealership that did not make me feel like I was going up against enemies. Im 39 years old and have owned several vehicles and this was the first time I have bought one and didnt leave the dealership exhausted like I had just been in an argument or fight . Very impressed and my salesman Dustin Sturm is really on top of his game. Great Job nissan you surprised me!!!

Not recommended. The price of the car is very different from the one published on the internet. When I saw the difference between the prices, I went to find out and the manager told me youve already signed, Im sorry. Who thinks to buy there, read everything before signing.

My wife & I really wanted an extra car for her work travel/schedule, East Tennessee Nissan got us in exactly what we wanted in quick fashion. We had an excellent salesman, who was very nice, professional, & thorough. Definitely will go back in the future, and recommend them.

My sister-in-law went in to only get an oil change and tires rotated and they did a transmission flush and all sort of other things and told her it was gunna be $600+. They didnt even tell her they were gunna do any of that! And she is unemployed at the moment she expected to only pay $100 like they said and then they threatened to keep HER OWN CAR BECAUSE AHE COULDNT PAY $600 FOR STUFF SHE DIDNT ASK FOR! Just a heads up for people who cant afford to do more than what they go in for, especially during Covid.

Had oil changed .... turned out to be $20 more than what it would have cost at the local “oil change” establishment. Going to have to consider going with the cheaper option for the same service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! FOUND A TRUCK THRU CARGURUS WITH TRUCK LISTED 16995.99. WE SIGNED PAPERWORK AND FOUND OUT LATER PRICE WAS INCREASED 20000.00. BIG RIPOFF COMPANY! BEWARE STAY AWAY!!! IF WE COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW WE WOULD!

My experience was above and beyond my expectations.

After considerable searching for a vehicle that met our particular vehicle requirements, we narrowed our choices to 4-5 of the type we had wanted.We finally found a vehicle at East Tennessee Nissan, in Morristown.We feel very Happy to have met first with T.J. Knew what I want before I arrived, Seth was great to work with. I was in and out in what seemed like no time. This is the third vehicle Ive ever purchased but the best buying experience Ive had yet.

Dustin was our sales guy, very professional, answered all of questions, over all very nice guy. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying a car like TODAY, in which I cant stand it when they do that, when I shop for a car I want to test drive and ask questions about it, not, so what can you afford and what can I do to get ya to buy TODAY. Went in for the air bag recall and ended up leaving with air bag recall taken care of and the wheel baring repaired.

Came in for my routine Car Doc Service. While I had to wait for nearly 3 hours, that was to be expected with Covid and everything that was to be done to my vehicle.
