Hes cheaper than anyone i went to but he didnt figure out or bother to look at what could be wrong with my car so ive wasted over 300$ on repairs that did not fix my car! Also went to go pick up my car after hours and found a woman that lived in a van on the lot in my car charging her phone!! Had to call the cops be ordeal. 300 to tell me its internal. After 3 trips. Nice old man but man not worth it.

I am fairly new to this area and my vehicle needed a brake job badly. They got me in quickly, got the job done quickly and now it drives just like when I bought it. Their prices are slightly less than other estimates I received and with no wait!

It is always good. They fix your car and it doesnt cost a whole lot. Very polite . Best mechanics in town.

Virgil is a great dude. His shop was able to fix mine and my wifes car for an excellent price and we got them back to us the same day we took them to him. Very trustworthy and dependable.

Virgil and his son Sam, most honest people I know. Their prices are reasonable for what needs to be done. You can even buy the part yourself and they will only charge labor. They wont scam you out of your hard earned money. They constantly stay busy due to excellent service and word-of-mouth advertising.

No other mechanic I go to. Family owned business so money goes back to our community. Always gets the work done quickly and correctly. Good prices and dont try to upsell with more problems. Owner is a straight talker.

Virgil is very trustworthy and dependable. He diagnosed and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. He doesnt charge an outrageous amount for labor and parts. I wont go anywhere else to get my car fixed.

I took my car to a garage in Knoxville for the air conditioning a couple of years ago & they wanted $800 to fix it. Virgil repaired it for $45 and it still works. This week a different garage in Knoxville wanted over $1300 to make repairs when I had a problem with my car not starting. Virgil did the repairs for $388. My car is older so I couldnt justify $1300 in repairs, but for $388 I am able to keep on driving it. I have learned to call East Main first!

I would not recommend this place to anybody and they will never get a dollar from me again. I had to come back multiple times for the same overheating problem. They tried to charge me 200 dollars for a radiator when I got one for 96 dollars. Said they fixed my overheating problem by simply taking my thermostat out. Everybody knows you need your thermostat in the winter to have heat. He told me the thermostat was good and didnt tell me that he took it out and kept it. I found this out later when I was paying someone else to do the job he was supposed to be doing. Once again, I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYBODY

Mr. Webb is a fine mechanic, as is the guys that work with him. Only place I go for checking my vehicle. I am a single mom and most of the time struggle financially. I am not the least bit mechanically inclined. Virgil and the mechanics that work at East Main Service Center are the best. Always fair, kindhearted, and helpful.

Great place to deal with, I have used them for many years always honest and fair. There a local family business who take care of their customers and you dont have to worry about being taken advantage of, they also can work on late model stuff as well as older.

Good place to get minor work done. Virgil typically over charges for amount of work actually done.

I took my vehicle out there here recently and it costed $795.00. Then it started running wrong less than a week later and on top of that back when I came to pick it up my vehicle had been rummaged thru by someone and I had a $600 stereo amp and subwoofers stolen because they didn’t lock the doors and all that THE OWNER MR. VIRGIL WEEB COULD SAY ABOUT MY AMP AND SPEAKERS WAS SORRY. NOT VERY CHRISTIAN LIKE!!!!!!

I thought Virgil Webb was supposed to be an honest, religious man and a great mechanic. All I have seen and heard throughout the years is how his shop takes advantage of elderly, poor and those who arent mechanically inclined. One of these people being my mother who lives in Morristown. She insists on taking her car to him because hes close and convenient and she thinks he actually gives a hoot. Ive held my tongue for a long time as Ive seen him overcharge, misdiagnose and take advantage of her. There are many negative feed backs on multiple sites and I will visit and reply to every one of them in the hope that more people will learn the truth about the con and his merry band of misfit mechanics. Bring your car in for one thing, leave 2 weeks later with 4 more problems. They take there slow time about it and then hook you in with lies.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else .
