Ive been using Midwest Auto for over 15 years. Never had a problem. Always professional. They even helped document when defective parts were put in and save me from having to buy a new transmission. You never have to worry about getting up charged here here!!!

Midwest Auto service is helping me to find out what is wrong with my engine by way of monitoring the codes that pop up intermittently. I have a lot of things going on right now and Im unable to bring my vehicle in for the repairs that are needed. As soon as things settle down a little bit and my other vehicle becomes available to me I will be dropping my vehicle off with them and Im sure that theyll get it taken care of. I took my car in first thing in the morning and had it back that afternoon fully repaired. A gentleman named Doug fixed my car, he called me several times throughout the day to keep me informed and was very polite and professional. These guys know what they’re doing! Thanks for everything:)

I dropped my 13-year-old pickup off for a front-end alignment at 11:15 and they called at 12:40 to say it was ready for me to retrieve. The cost for the service was very reasonable as well. I have only gone here twice now and loved both experiences. The people including Todd are wonderful, professional, and are very quick with their points. The first time I went in was just for an inspection and they got to the point with everything needing to be done, but the second time i went it was just for a thermostat replacement and a coolant flush. After my second visit, I dont know what they did to my car but it runs so much smoother in everyway possible: the braking, steering, and over all performance. It was as if they did a tune up to everything and I am greatly impressed.

Called and scheduled immediately. Worked with my schedule and even held onto the car for an extra night for me. So professional, helpful, and amazingly fast. Also, their text alert system is fantastic. Great crew. Amazing work.

A busy shop working short two technicians. They got my oil change done and got me on my way. Very professional with everyone who stopped in to drop off or pick up or schedule work and there were probably a dozen in the time I was there.

I’m a relatively new customer at Midwest Auto and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I’ve had my brakes lines and power steering pump replaced and a regular oil change /tire rotation. The work was scheduled very quickly and completed on time as promised. They have multiple mechanics, (four I believe), and a large, clean facility with plenty of parking. They are very professional and accommodating. Their pricing is reasonable, (I checked it with my son-in-law who was a mechanic). I trust Midwest Auto. Car repairs can present opportunities for overcharge/unnecessary repairs. Most of us, who are not mechanics, have rely on the shops advice and honesty. I feel you can rely on Todd at Midwest Auto.

Excellent service !! I was driving on interstate 80 and started to experience car trouble. I was close to the Morris exit and found Midwest Auto. They helped me immediately even though they were busy. They fixed the issue quickly and I was back on my way in about an hour. Top notch business and service!!

I called down here on a Tuesday for an oil change and they got me in about 2 hours later to my surprise. Dropped it off early and they contacted me right away when it was done. They are very professional and nice down here. Ill no longer take my vehicles to any quick lube .These guys also got my fiances car in a month or so ago very quickly to fix a problem she had. Of course she was told at the quick lube place that itd cost between $900-1800 to fix her purge valve problem .Took it here for just under $300. They won over my future business right there. I highly recommend this business .

On our way from St. Louis to Chicago we took a detour to avoid construction on Interstate 55. Our front wheel bearing went out in Morris. We were unable to continue. We limped into Midwest Auto. They were able to get the parts for our 2007 GMC truck and had us on the road again within 2 hours. We really thought we would be delayed overnight. Not only prompt service, they also recommended a restaurant to walk to as we waited. Thank you!!
