We had to return a battery my dad had bought for his tractor. At first, I wasnt impressed because we stood by the front registers for several minutes and the only person in sight (I think her name was Savannah) wouldnt even look at us or acknowledge us. We walked to the back of the store before being spotted by Heather - and everything changed. I told her the battery was dead, and she asked if I knew when it was purchased or had a receipt. When I explained that my father had all of that information, and we had just called in hospice for him, she went into overdrive - processing the exchange & offering to help carry it out within seconds. Her compassion and expertise won Tractor Supply Company a customer for life.

Bought 4 chicks this spring, I told the woman I DO NOT want any roosters.Well she obviously doesnt know what one is as she said these are all pullets, no roosters.They are older now and I have 3 roosters which are starting to fight and 1 hen.Wouldnt believe anything they tell me now.Not happy !

Awesome store, we had a flat tire and Used our spare tire on our travel trailer. 10 minutes later we had another flat on the opposite side of the camper and didn’t have another spare. This store went above and beyond to make sure My family and I were taken care of. I ordered my tire online and they delivered it to me!Thank y’all so much!

Great place to get most of my essentials for my small hobby farm. Able to get food for all of my animals in one stop. Can be a little hard to find floor staff when you need help, but once you find someone they are helpful.

I dont have reason to go here often, but its close to home, so I drop in when I need something they have before I look elsewhere. The folks here are really great, and thats why I give 5 stars. Something about the company obviously attracts good and caring workers.

Food is great, service is great, but when you go to pay, you better watch that. Somethings they have on special and they try to charge regular price and make sure they give a discount if you have a coupon. The big guy with the beard that takes money is very sneaky, got me for about 3 bucks the other night.

Needed to return an item that was purchased at a Tractor Supply in another state and there were no problems in completing this transaction. The person taking care of this was extremely courteous and handled this quickly!

Well Supplied shelves. Dog care supplies and dog food at competitive prices. Can bring my dog in on leash No human food sold unwrapped. No one there barefoot. Clothing was highly placed to avoid pet contact.

This is a very good place I found what I was looking for which was my puppies first shots the staff was very friendly the only thing is if you dont want your pet eating popcorn dont take them there.

I recently purchased a Cub Cadet mower at the Morganton location and I wanted to compliment Barbara for all her help. She was very through in discussing the features and benefits of the product and gave excellent customer service.

Pricey but better that some places. I think they shouldnt allow average employees give advice on the types of medicine to give to pets... I have my reasons but apart from that it is a very risky practice.

On 5/15/15 I bought a 42 cub cadet riding mower. Front tire went flat 1st day. Went back next day, and was given a tire that did not fit.Next day, went back and was given a front tire from another mower. was cutting grass 3 days ago and mower started running rough and emitting blue smoke. Called tractor supply and was told my 30 day warrenty would not cover the problem. cub cadet. would have to deal with it. paid over $1600 and am not happy!
