Tony (the owner) and Spencer helped us when our break fluid started leaking in the middle of a cross country road trip. Despite their already full schedule they fit us in right away and got us back on the road safely! The whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall experience was fantastic, we even got to learn about the history of the shop itself (built in the 1800’s!).

Tony is a very honest, experienced and trusted owner of this friendly neighborhood shop in Morgan Hill. I recently took in one of my work vehicles that had been overheating and was happy with the results, and felt I was given a fair deal. The work van runs great now. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure they’ll be treated right and get a great service.

When my car broke down on the 101 I never imagined myself leaving a 5 star review at the end of the ordeal. I’ve had horrible experiences at mechanic shops. The AAA dispatcher suggested I have my car towed to Ponzinis because it was within the 5 mile free radius of my roadside coverage. I was anxious all weekend about the quote. The worst car news I’ve ever heard was that my engine was toast but they were upfront, sympathetic and didn’t charge me store diagnostic & all the other fees I’ve been fleeced for as a female driver. I had a lot of questions & they were all answered in detail & layman’s terms. I appreciate the human customer service and professionalism. Car trouble is awful and the last thing you need is to be taken advantage of after that. These gentlemen are fair and honest. I highly recommend Ponzinis.

The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. The driver Jesus sat in 1 spot for 30 minutes over by A1 Mufflers. When I confronted the buisness with this information, nothing was done. Weve been waiting since 2 PM and its now 5:11 PM. IF IT WERE ME, THE LADY BEHIND THE PHONE WOULD BE FIRED FOR LYING AND BEING MANIPULATIVE. Pure trash service

I was driving to work this morning and the alternator on my truck went out on me in Morgan hill. I called community garage aka Ponzinis and talked to Tony. Had my truck towed there and tony said he would have it fixed asap. He even often to give me a ride into town while I waited.He didnt have to order any parts, he had everything on site in the shop and within 2 hours I was back on the road continuing my day.Excellent shop that offers extraordinary human service and accommodations.I recommend this shop to everybody and will definitely be returning for future business.

People complain about $125 an hour for a professional job. We’re lucky to have a shop in town that cares about our community. Tony and his staff always do what’s right for the customer. Family owned busines like this are hard to find.

Stranded with a flat tire on Highway 101. Called AAA. Tow truck arrived in only 10 minutes! Ramon took charge, loaded our car onto his flatbed and delivered it to the dealership in record time. The entire event took less than an hour and even though it was late Friday afternoon, Ramon saw to it that all items were taken care of and that we were left in safe harbor. His professionalism was remarkable and his personal skills most impressive. He demonstrated great compassion and made certain that we were at ease with the situation. If ever we have the opportunity to call on roadside assistance in the future, we will call on Ramon and Ponzinis. AAA is fortunate to have such a capable partner!

AAA Emergency 24/7 towing dispatched Community Towing to my car stranded on a rural 2 lane road outside of Morgan Hill at 10 pm. As of 1045 pm we watched the driver make a wrong turn and claim the call was completed. The dispatcher at CT was as helpful as she could be to request the driver to turn around with no avail. We heard back from AAA that he (the driver) refused to pick back up our call.

This location is way out of the way especially if you are not from the area. The town truck operator was on his cell phone the whole time. However he did use part of his lunch break to ensure my father in law was able to get his car without being charged for a day of storage.

I was passing through Morgan Hill Ca. Locked my keys in the truck and had to call a locksmith or tow truck service since I was out of AAA mobile calls.Spent all my morning Calling several Services from Morgan Hill, to Gilroy, to San Jose and everyone was the same Scam and method of quoting you Starts at $19 service call then from$35 to $120 to do the Simple Unlock but he Guy needs to examine it first. Several quotes were all the same scam TOTALS $139.00 to $169.00Well of course I am not that Gullible So I Obviously told them all to Get Real and Leave!So to then I Got Lucky and Called Ponzinis Community Garage and found out there are Still Some Honest Business People in MORGAN HILL CA.There Company is aware of all the Price fixing and they still choose do Honest Business with Integrity. They Charged me an Honest $60.00This is the Real Going Rate and a Fair Price for a Local Service Call.I John P. I have called twice to have two different cars repaired... I got some really high quotes for work both times. This last time it was to repair an oil drain plug.. this can be done with a hela coil. He quoted 125.00 more than the dealer to repair it. WTHECK?To give him credit the second place I called tried to say the same thing and replace the whole oil pan... But I mentioned I use to be a mechanic and wanted it repaired and not replaced and the said $170. to fix it instead of 700.00 to replace it... What give mechanics? Quit screwing people.
