It took them 3 months after due date to give me my vehicle back.. would ask for reason would find excuses on why they taking long. Also missing work and half done jobs even if they took 3 months. They didn’t not put covers on my passengers tire side which also 3 weeks prior to getting my vehicle my shock absorbers went out on the passenger tire side . They said they did a full complete inspection(felt only said that to get me to feel comfortable) poor job at least. I would just like to tell everyone to save your money and your insurance as well because you would definitely find shop at better higher quality than caliber collision. Don’t forget it took them 3 months and I still got a poor work in return

They were professional and fast. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. I liked that they work the rental companies and had me picked up and allowed me to leave the car rental with them when I picked up my vehicle, really made it easy on me.

Due to a backup of cars coming in to now be repaired after covid, I was told I would get my car back in approximately three weeks. Robert was wonderful, keeping me updated every step of the way and also got my car back to me a little earlier than promised. The car looked wonderful when I got it back. Very very happy!

Went to caliber For estimate. They said they would call me Monday (NO CALL) I called on Wednesday. State Farm Insurnce called me to notify me that my car is a totally loss and gave me options. State Farm advised me I have two days to get my car off calibers property or I would be charged storage fees. STILL NO CALL FROM CALIBER. I send my wife to pick my car which was drivable when I left it . The gal STACEY tells my wife that we need a tow truck because the car is in pieces?!?!! I left my car intact when I left it on Friday. I spoke with STACEY Who proceeded to explain their policies to me ( in rude tone) and that Jared the manager would call on Thursday. No call as of yet. I called State Farm ask if this is normal THEY SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT and apologized. Their manager took my statements and was very surprised. I have been in customer service for over 30 years . I am aware of good customer relations, empathy and pride in ones job CALIBER MORENO VALLEY HAS NONE OF THESE.

This is the best repair place! I got rear-ended and the second I brought my car here for repair— a weight was lifted off of my shoulders! I felt very taken care of, and the staff here is so friendly! Their communication skills are exceptional as far as keeping you informed about the whole repair process! They really do treat you with so much compassion! Robert who was handling my repairs was friendly, nice and was very on top of his game! 12/10 would recommend this place to anyone I know!

We been using Caliber Collision for well over a decade. The car workmanship was fine, but the interior of the SUV was left subpar. We had the car detailed the week prior to bringing it into Caliber Collision and it came back to us dirty and oily.

This is my first experience with this body shop. We were stressing out that our vechile would be totaled. But nope! Sometimes miracles are just good people with kind hearts. Thats exactly what we experienced because Robert did his best to provide all the best repairs and stay in contact with us with texts and phone calls. Everything was top notch with the repair to our vechile. Everyone we encounter was so polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this body shop.

I expect problems to arise and cause delays, but the issues presented to me I feel is what they repair...dont see why there was a delay...also felt better care could have been taken when vehicle was painted to avoid have to go back to repair flaws..also lost my license plate with the year and month sticker, could have gotten a ticket.

They deal directly with your insurance and drove me to pick up my rental. When my car was ready I left the rental with them to return which saved me a lot of time. They were very friendly and kept me informed about everything that was going on with my insurance and the vehicle.

So far, so good.Took me in ahead of my apt. Very helpful/professional.

The person that dealt with me was very ride since the beginning. He acused me of having gone to other places before them, and after he confirmed he was wrong, I brought it up to him and he denied his wrongdoing. I will never return to that place.

I just have to say that I havent experienced better service with my car than I did with Robert Castillo at Caliber Collision. I brought my car to caliber when I was rear ended a few weeks back. Ive never been in an accident before so all this was new to me. But Robert handled my claim and was very helpful with communicating each step of the process with my car and the insurance company. We had a few hiccups with the insurance company but Robert was persistent with making sure everything was on pace. He even made sure that the insurance company approved of getting me manufacture parts. And to add to my amazing experience with Caliber, they finished the repairs a week earlier than estimated! All in all I couldnt have been more satisfied with Robert Castillo and Caliber Collision. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

I was rear ended. I asked the caliber guy who did the appraisal on my car if my trunk was going to be replaced because it was bent. He said they would have to take apart the vehicle. So instead of replacing the trunk, they tried bending it back into place. Which didn’t work. When they showed me a “repaired” car, I still had a huge gap in my trunk and my back-up camera wasn’t aligned and completely messed up the whole camera and warning line system. and to top it off my front floor mats were missing when they brought my car out. Unbelievable!! Don’t use this place at all. they just want your money.Also I see the owner of Caliber Collision replying to some reviews with an apology for bad service. Well lets be honest here, sorry doesn’t fix anything. So to the owner, don’t bother replying to this review. Your apology won’t fix anything that’s already done. How about you fix your business and stop apologizing with a simple reply.

Awesome service and professional! May be a bit expensive but worth it

I have read the past two reviews and I was present in the office waiting for my own truck to be inspected, when those two customers came in wanting help. The receptionist explained that Monday’s are always very busy and that it would an extended period of time before they could have someone help them. One lady was very disrespectful and impatient, fast forward to today and I went to pick up my truck and that same lady came in to pick up her vehicle and she had the same disrespectful and rude behavior. The receptionist Celina was professional and courteous the entire time and she deserves to be commended for handling “difficult” customers.

I tried coming in to get an estimate and the receptionist celina was rude and not helpful at all. I even offered to leave my car and come back once they were able to inspect the vehicle and give me a quote on the repairs. This rude lady said they were all booked for the next two days. She didnt even offer to refer me to an alternative location or schedule an appointment for another day. Overall the worst attitude from this lady and bad customer service to say the least. Her boss should really consider hiring a more educated and well mannered receptionist .

Got body work done here got my car back with several issues in which case they just told me it wasnt anything they did. Took the car back to have there tech run a scan instead they clear codes and say no issue was found. When I asked for a copy of the codes they said no need they already been cleared. Car was detailed and waxed got the car back with wax still on the car in several places and swirl marks everywhere. Soo many problems I wouldnt recommend

On the first of the month I went in to get an estimate for my car. I was more than happy that I found a location close to home that would be able to look at my car and give me an estimate so I could go forward with Mercury in fixing my car. When I had arrived I was told to fill out paper work but was halted at the point in which I was describing what had happened to my car ( no problem). As he went through his process in assessing the damages, I tried to speak to the gentleman and not once did the gentlemen show any sign of real interest in fixing my car. He was done in the span of about 1 minute and right after he finished, next thing I know he was by the door waiving goodbye and said “Mercury will contact you about any info”. Soon after I went to Ben Clymers where the receptionist was very kind, and made sure that I knew help was soon to be recived. When the person came who did the estimates, he asked if I had any questions, took his time to look at my car, and said he would have paper work for me in 5-10 minutes. After Mercury contacted me with the amount and assessment that each company came up with, the consultant told me Calliber Collisions was unreasonably low and he was baffled. I make sure in this type of situations to always take the check from the company who gives me the best service off of first impression and then go immediately back to the company to work with them. In doing so you get to see the true colors of the company and I base that as a representation of how they would treat my car if I hand it over, Good job Ben Clymers.

Supposedly they specialized in collisions, but they dont have anyone who can investigate which car caused the collision by looking at the site of the damage
