A great place to take your vehicle for repairs! I’m a very picky guy on spots and I saw this repair shop with great reviews. Raul was my estimator and first time meeting him. He was outgoing, trustworthy, understanding, and very professional. Everyone at the facility was professional. Any questions, they have an answer to it. When I gave them my car I wasn’t worried at all. They treat you with high respect. The receptionist, she was amazing and can help you with rental and make you feel like home. I was very comfortable that my car was getting taken care of. I felt I never had to call them because they call me for any updates. Raul was on top of it! Thanks to him I have my car back and it look like it was brand new car from the dealers.

This place is amazing! The staff is super nice but especially the girl in the front desk. At first I felt shy, going into a body shop. Caylee was very helpful, and made me feel comfortable as a customer. She explained everything, in to terms I would understand. Even Cookie the dog, was super friendly! The best part about Magic Paint and Body was how fast they work! My car was ready right away, and they still apologized for the long wait, which I didnt even think they took long. Every place that my insurance company recommended couldnt see me for an estimate til the week of October 18th - November 16. I found All Magic on the internet and called. The receptionist after findings out my circumstances told me I could come in at any time yesterday. The receptionist took my information, offered me refreshments and had someone helping me within 15 minutes. I got there just before 12 noon and was on my way by 1:00 P.M.I watched this young lady whose name I cant remember at the moment help a client over the phone whose 30 day rental coverage had expired because of parts issues attempt to find a cheaper rental car. She also, helped the gentleman that was there before me. She advised him when he asked about leaving his vehicle that day to wait in dropping it off. Because his vehicle was drive able to wait rather than using up his 30 day rental coverage before they could get the parts. She was extremely friendly and very helpful to everyone she came in contact with in person or over the phone.

I decided to come to All Magic to get some scratches removed from my vehicles paint and was ultimately satisfied with the results. I am happy how it turned out and was quoted a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my experience is the reason why I give 3 stars. The drop off took extremely long and the pick up even longer. It was delayed because of a transaction issue and when the car was “ready” the wrong car was brought out. I did see some leftover residue from the job in cracks and crevices on the vehicle but I’m not picky so I didn’t mind. I am however, genuinely grateful that they provided transportation for me to pick up and drop off my car that was excellent customer service. Overall, I am extremely happy with the final results and most likely will return.

All magic paint and body hands downs gave me the best experience Ive ever had at a body shop. I had used fix auto in the past but after having a bad experience and receiving attitude from Eli at fix auto. I decided to give all magic paint and body a shot after reading all the great reviews about them and thats a decision i wont regret. Josh,Tina,Eddy where awesome kept me updated through out the whole process josh made sure that every part that needed to be replaced on my New Mustang GT were Original parts. when i got my car back i could not believe the outstanding work these guys do. I took my dodge Avenger to get my bumper fixed. It was definitely worth the money because it looks phenomenal. This place is extremely inviting due to Caylee. Shes an amazing woman who really makes sure your vehicle is gonna be in great hands. Ill definitely come here to fully fix my car

I usually dont write reviews on companies but all magic helped us out with 2 vehicles that were stolen from our company they were fast and took care of the job caylee and Raul helped me out got one of our vehicles back on the streets unfortunately the second one was a total loss which they helped us also with that how to proceed with the insurance they handled everything on there side we never spoke to the adjusters anymore they took care of everything at the end of the day they know what there doing we know nothing about is so we just let them take care of it and thats what I like personally thanks again. Was a little late on giving there review but there good people. From the boss to dispatch they helped us

They replaced my passenger side outside mirror. I had hit it and it was completely demolished. They provided excellent service, a good price, were constantly in touch, on time and even washed the car. A pleasant experience and mirror worked great.

This shop is amazing. I had to have my car fixed due to an accident. Caylee was amazing and helped take care of everything I needed. Not only did Caylee do the estimate, they took care of dealing with my insurance, and had the best customer service and updates Ive ever dealt with at any autoshop. My car is amazing and even gave me different options on what they were doing. Raul helped me with every need for my vehicle and was always helping whenever I needed. Came here for simple repair but they treated me like was doing major business. Nice lobby/lounge area. Courteous staff and the work was done quickly. Shout out to Ralphie and them. I’ll be coming here next time I need some work done.

I’m new to the area and wanted a custom spoiler added to my ‘19 Camry XSE (above the back window). Didn’t know where to go so I came based off of the reviews. I was a walk-in customer and they put the spoiler on in less than 20min FOR FREE! (I already had the part). Other places wanted to charge me and give me the “round around” on whether they could do it at all. I will be taking my car here when needed from now on. Great service, professional, and timely! My husband was in a fender bender he took his car to get estimates I suggested All Magic I got a real good feeling from all the wonderful reviews, Raffi listened and was very professional he and his team went above and beyond to help me, it was going to be my husbands Birthday and I wanted to surprise him by replacing the plastic piece for the map light I broke years ago and my husband said it was too expensive to replace, Raffi was able to find one at a reasonable price and installed for free all the parts were factory parts that were put on from the accident and the work was beyond amazing his car looks like New again.Thank you to the ladies in the front office for making the surprise happen And to the All Magic team you did a wonderful job I would refer your services to those in need.A special Thank you to Raffi for remembering and calling my husband to wish him a Happy Birthday we were out of town he got off the phone and said that was Raffi he called to say Happy birthday God bless you and all your employees.

This place was great I went in expecting the typical auto body shop guy you know the not interested in you just wants 2 make more money off of you but Ralphi wasnt like that he made me feel like he really cared & told me your my customer not the insurance company I wanna make sure ur happy he is the best in my opinion

Josh and Tina helped out a ton! I dropped my truck off last week on Friday and I got it back today. And man, what can I say! They work they did was perfect. Everything is perfect, from fixing the side panel that was broken to now not noticing it, and also going the extra mile and fixing my bumper and grill. If you need any work done I definitely recommend you come here, you won’t regret it! Definitely will be coming back for more work.

I had a bad experience before and I came to All magic. I was greeted by Tina, who gave me the best customer service EVER. So welcoming. I then spoke with Raffi and Josh about issues and they gave me comfort and took very good care of me. My car looks amazing and looks brand new again. Tinatook care of everything with the rental. Amazing customer service from Raffi and Tina. I’m very confident in recommending this location. They fix it right and will do their best to keep you happy. That’s more than what I can say for other shops around the Moreno area. It seems that business owners don’t really care about customers around the local area. I’m new to town and never been treated badly but definitely running into problems with local businesses here. However, Raffi the owner will do what’s right for you. Tina is probably the best customer representative in the Moreno area. Definitely will bring my car back (knock on wood), five out of five for customer service.

First of all! This place is so upscale, when you walk in you will be greeted by Tina who walks you through everything. I was in a car accident and saw the reviews for this shop so I decided to give it a try. It literally took only 2 weeks due to my damage BUT! Tina kept me in the loop of things and would call to check on me . When I got my car back it looked BRAND NEW ! A Hidden gem is what this place is. I botched a paint pen touch up job, of some rock chips, on the hood of my Lexus. I sanded it, globbed paint, and clear coat over it. Aw man they made it disappear and hooked up other flaws too for what was a great price just for the hood.

This is the best body shop by far in the inland empire. Ken was very informative and helpful. Go see ken for all your car needs!
