I was referred by Mercury Insurance and from the moment I walked in the door my experience with this business has been superb.The receptionist was very attentive and organized.I was assigned to Robert to take care of my vehicle and I have to say the work performed went above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle looks brand new.Communication is excellent, they sent me a text almost every day letting me know my car status and the work was completed on time as promised.I highly recommend the shop. They turned a bad situation into a great situation for me.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They completed repairs to my moms 2002 Dodge 2500 and returned it to her looking better than when she dropped it off. We were kept informed throughout the process and received it before the estimated completion date. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends and family.

I originally went in for an estimate, found the staff made the whole process, seamless. I received an estimate from Henry and dropped the car off a week or so later. They are a AAA certified collision center, and their work is top notch. They only use OEM parts, and they keep you updated along the whole process. Enterprise dropped off my rental and I was able to leave it there when my vehicle was ready. I had to have a brand new, rear bumper, and censor installed. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning and Henry called me on Wednesday, informing that my vehicle repair was complete. Melissa, in front was great as well. Definitely will recommend Ben Clymers to all who ask.

Exceptionally clean, professional and friendly. Had a fantastic experience and theyre customer service was impeccable. Had a simple bumper trim replacement completed and they quickly accepted my vehicle and called me back in two hours saying it was ready. When I picked up the car, they had washed it and cleaned it up windows and all. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their business!

I cannot express enough how good the customer service is here. I was in a tough spot. I had totaled my car. The manager Kevin really put my worries at easy. He asked me how I was. I have never had service like that at a car place of any kind! They really care about the people and community they serve. I plan to get all my car needs here from now on. I had work done by Ben Clymers, I was rear ended and they had to replace my bumper and color match it. Their employe helping me was very helpful and walked me threw each step, kept me updated ever single day. All their staff is beyond helpful. That being said, when I picked up my car I was honestly expecting a better job, I want to say the color match on my car was at a 75% close to the original one. I was told and I also understand that color matching is very hard and it wont always look 100% correct. I want to say 3-4 months later the clips on the bumper started to fail and my bumper looked a little faded. I took it back and told them about the clips they said no worries you are covered with out warranty, I also let them know that my bumper looked faded and once again dont worry took them about 2 days I believe to finish the car up. I was beyond pleased with their work my car looks like it never got hit, their color match this time around was 10 times closer to what its was the last time. That being said I would have given this place 5 stars if they would have gotten correct the first time around.I will definitely do business with them again, great shop, friendly people.

Work takes longer than promised. Got my truck back and noticed were they took short cuts on final detailing. Had to go back to correct their mistakes.

Great customer service, great work! They go the extra mile which I appreciate and you dont see that very often. My car was finished early and they were good with communication. My car was clean, vacuumed, etc. Really happy with this place, thanks AAA for recommendation!!

I took my honda civic for a minor fix in the rear bumper. They were very friendly and responsive. The process was a bit slow because my insurance company (Alliance United) was hard to contact. There was a minor issue regarding the total amount to fix the car: for whatever reason, the insurance company didnt send me the total amount for the repair, they were $75, which I paid to get my car back asap. When I filled the survey, some one from Ben Clymers called me THE NEXT DAY to solve the issue and sent me a check for the $75, which is great, showing that they do care for their service.

I brought my car in after it had been side swiped. Kevin and his team took care of my car and had it completely repaired in under a week. In the mean time they organized a rental car for me. Thy communicated daily on my cars progress and kept me in the loop with my insurance company. They treated me like family. I recommend this place to everyone!

I have had two experiences with Ben Clymers first experience they totaled my truck out with finder damage. Fine. I ended up with another truck through the insurance company. Second experience a rear end finder damage... TOTALED! ARE YOU SERIOUS? So we choose to pick up car and take it somewhere to have it repaired. When we come to pick up the car (3. days later) we are told that the car has been taken apart and they dont have TIME to put it back together. I was so angry When THEY KNEW THEY WERENT GOING TO REPAIR IT, HOW COME THEY DIDNT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER? So I had to wait an additional 2days to get the car back BUT once I did I was able to have it repaired the same day somewhere else.The receptionist seemed pleasant BUT I suspect that most of the body work people there might do what is required to actually avoid doing work other than writing extravagant quotes that exceed insurance minimums and totaling out cars with minor damage.

I got in an accident and went here first time very helpful and good people everyone I met was amazing and did a great job. Now to be honest I did walk away with a small issue that caused a problem but Ben Clymers body shop was amazing at fixing all the issue and I left with a smile on my face and a perfectly running car!! I definitely recommend coming here!

Scam artists. Left me with a rental bill they are responsible for. Took my car in for a minor bumper dent, that my insurance was paying for. The employee Russ got into an argument with my insurance over needing more time with the car and refusing to pay for a rental car extension and hung up on them. Car was supposed to be ready Thursday, Russel claims the car was ready Friday and called me but he did not and when I called him Saturday said it wasnt ready till monday. I have proof I called Saturday but Russ says hes got video cameras and never received a call. This was weeks ago and Ive never received any calls from them. In the process of filling complaints with BBB. In short do not come here find another shop, they are no reliable or hoenst.

Stop here for an estimate and I sat in the lobby for 20 mins and never got any service, The owner and the estimator were busy telling the blond lady in spandex how their customers love and appreciate them for the 20 mins I was waiting.Went around the corner to AllMagicAuto and body and got the service I needed to fix my truck in ten minutes.

I will never come here again. They tried to scam me. I took my car in to get a quote and they quoted me at a good price . So I called to set an appointment a few days later to bring my car in and they gave me a way higher estimate than before. The guy didnt even remember giving a estimate the week before and was trying to go with the higher estimate. I guess he didnt expect me to have my estimate from before which I showed him the paper with the lower estimate. He said that Oh somebody must have made a mistake well a few hundred dollars is a pretty big mistake to make especially when your customer is paying cash. I didnt get no apology, they spelled my name wrong on both of the estimates that they gave me, they didnt want to accept the lower estimate I was quoted at. They just care about the .money and not really helping you.
