Pretty much the crappiest storage situation I’ve ever felt with. Sense we began business with them it has been one minor problem after another. I’m fed up. The latest our key pad info has not worked and no one in the office will see us. I’ve even been shewed away. We pay our bill and the bill keeps raising. The cameras are bogus. only the ones at the gate seem to have any power. And conditions are dwindling. We will be switching our business elsewhere.

Stephanie Cross was super helpful and personable during my time at the storage.

Never fixed a broken door, or the interior light. So, I had to open a new unit that had a working door. Customer service was great on a personal level (minus repairs to the 1st unit) until today. The lady working on 21 Jan 2021 at 4:45pm in glasses was VERY unprofessional (watch the store video). I went in to tell the two managers on duty I was going to be completely moved out of the 1st unit because the door hadnt been repaired, and would have the transfer to the new unit complete tonight. Simple. The lady in glasses started to tell me I had a lot of stuff going on at home that was needing to be fixed while waving her hands and in a raised voice. Keep in mind, I was here the night before, 20 Jan, and making an orderly move from one unit to the other WHICH I SET UP and paid for in person. At any rate, she was so much in my personal business, I finally had to tell her it wasnt her business. She locked me out of the gate, and then ILLEGALLY asked me for the key to the new units lock which I set up, so she could give it to my roommate whos stuff I was moving from one unit completely into the next, at which point shed OPEN THE GATE so I could finish the move. I gave her one of my two keys, which SHE ILLEGALLY USED TO CHECK THE LOCK and then still refused to open the gate for me. I left. This woman is totally unprofessional and should be fired, or forced to apologize and retrained.

Collin was very helpful on setting us up with a unit. Having never rented before, he answered all my questions. Prices are reasonable. The location is on a one way street, a little challenging to find, but well worth the effort!!!

This location updated their gate system and did not notify any tenements of the change therefore unlawfully locking us out of our property. Completely unacceptable seeing as to update a system like this it takes time, bids, scheduling etc all things that take time planning and foresight on an Company’s behalf. I have a lawful right to access the rental unit I pay for during open gate hours, I should not have to endure that little troll in the office spewing rudeness and laziness about having to work for a living. Seriously not hard to sit in a room and watch TV all day.

Stephanie was a GREAT help after another facility dropped the ball on a storage space. She above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated!

I had two referrals from about 4 months ago. Ive called several times to try to get the credits applied and Ive been told multiple times it will be taken care of. Its difficult to get ahold of anyone. When I do leave a voice-mail, there is no follow up. My referrals have notified the store manager multiple times now that I referred them. Now, the manager is saying that Im abusing the system and the store is only going to apply 1 referral credit even though the website says For EVERY new customer you refer that rents a space, we will reward you with a rent credit of $30 off your next months rent! I am very unhappy with the service I am getting.

I love this place. I feel very comfortable leaving my things there. It is very very clean. The employees are awesome!!!!! I always see them riding around checking to make sure it’s clean and in order !!!Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for any kind of extra space...5 Stars in my book..

The customer service here is top notch. I left in a rush and left the lock off my storage unit. Brittany noticed almost immediately while making her rounds and locked my unit with one of their locks, gave me a call on my cell so that I could come out and put my lock back on. Thanks again.

Needed a storage close to work so stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. The location is just a jump off the highway, prices were more than fair, and the manager was awesome! She arranged for me get my first months storage free! Glad I stopped in today.

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE OVER ALL BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE MOORE LOCATION. Not only is there someone different everytime you go in to office. But they have WAY OVERCHARGED ME FOR ONE MONTH LATE with late fees already cut lock off (charged me) put their lock on (charged me) sent email letting me know its late (charged me) threatened that my things would be auctioned off jan and refused to take a partial payment 2 weeks b4 Christmas!! and the worst part is its me and my mom that I lost in april that share it and everything I have left of mine and her is in it. SIMPLY DISGUSTED!!

We moved from out of state and rented a storage unit, sight unseen. The rates were the most reasonable that we found in the area. We were so relieved that the units were clean and easily accessible. Very efficient and helpful employees. Would definitely recommend!

I reserved the unit online which was a breeze. When I arrived at the facility to secure my unit, Cash made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Cash is very personable and informative, and a great asset to your establishment.

Had bad experience, this place has you buy insurance. But it doesnt cover mice damage and let me tell you after having to replace a couch and washing machine due to mice eating them Im really upset that the insurance does not cover this damage. Then they want you to remove the damaged item or they keep charging you. Even if the movers wouldnt touch it due to the mice! How does she think Im going to get it out if my car is small and my back is old., when even the movers I was paying wouldnt do it. I have filed complaints and been out lots of money already. I know mice are around, but I rented with another storage company here and was there 4 years and no problem! I only asked that they cover the removal of their mice and stop asking me to pay for the unit! Ive already covered the extra cost of replacing my stuff. Ive been out of work due to covid and homeless now they want to charge me 66.00 per month till I remove my mice infested couch! We do have photos of damage, which the manager told me I would need to file my claim when all the time she knew they dont cover that damage!

I had a special needs situation that took a lot of work on Simply Self Storages part but the manager, Brittany, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I wish more business were willing/able to provide that level of care and dedication.

The facility and the current facility manager, Nick, are exceptional! I found these folks thru Google. What a blessing! If you need self storage I really recommend you checking them out. This is true storage excellence.Nick was professional, informative and pleasant. He showed my grandson, service dog Marley and myself several options at incredible rates explaining several currently available incentives. He never rushed us or was not 100% attentive to our needs.The facility itself is gated, clean and well maintained, fenced w/security cameraseasily visible throughout the grounds anda private Security Company that provides monitoring after the office and gates close.Having worked as a resident manager of a self storage facilty for three yrs in CA its very difficult to project a false imagine of what a self storage facility has to offer.Ive reserved a unit for the end of the week and not only have a pressing problem off my mind but Im looking forward to a great experience! We had a parking spot here for an RV last year. We sold it and told them we were no longer using the spot. I asked if we needed to pay anything, they said no. Today we got a letter in the mail from a collection agency. We never got a phone call about any payment we needed to make. Use this place at your own risk. Apparently, they don’t allow you to cancel your contract over the phone. (That part is in the fine print of the contract.) You have to give written notice to them before they will actually cancel. The collection agency we talked to even told us that they’re ripping people off. That’s when you KNOW it’s bad. Take business elsewhere!

The manager that showed us around and helped us do paperwork was super friendly and very hospitable. The prices were great. The facility is very well maintained. Her name escapes me at this time but she is an Ohio State fan so that makes her all the better! Overall I have had a great experience and would definitely go back for my storage needs.

Came here days before I said I would to get my storage unit and Kash was super nice and helpful!! I haven’t had great experience when it comes to storage unit places before, so thanks for the great experience!!!

The manager stands over your shoulder making sure you leave a review when you first sign up for storage. We only needed 3 months of storage and explained that to her. We told her we would be out of town so we needed auto draft. When it came time for the payment to come out, it did not and we received an automated call telling us our bill was due. We made several attempts over 4 days to get in touch with the office and even left voicemails since no one ever answered the phone and we never received a returned call. When we arrived back in town, 6 days after the bill was due, we went straight to the office. The manager was in the office and immediately started lecturing us for not paying. I told her that we had been calling and leaving messages and she argued that she did not get any messages today. I began pulling up my phone history to show her all of the times we attempted to call and she said well, it doesnt matter. The point is youre here now to pay. She didnt even address our concern about why we were not enrolled in auto pay like we asked. We were there to empty our unit and did not notice until we got outside that she charged us a $20 late fee!! Needless to say, we are using a different facility and company for our storage needs and recommending the same for friends and family.

Great service ... Two months free just had to pay little for rest of the money for thisCorrection . I was told over the phone when I had called to get a storage I was getting 2 months free didnt notice they only gave me one month free so I was unable to pay my storage cuz at 98 a month adds up they wanted 300 for 2 months I lost my storage and ally familys personal belongings including my dads ashes my wifes grandma and moms stuff that are no longer With us . I would never recommend them

They keep changing hours, now it opens at 930am but it is now 1012 am. Rates are high and if you use your debit card it cost you another 5 dollars. Will be moving out be here 5 years.
