Furthermore, Ive had a unit at this location for over a year with no issues. My unit is always secure and has never flooded. Highly recommend for affordable and safe storage!

I believe his name was John on 19th, he was really friendly and helpful. Went over everything even down to what questions to ask your insurance to make sure your belongings were covered. Public storage even has an app which makes bill pay really nice.

John at the SE 19th location was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful when I stopped in to book a storage unit. I have gotten units many times before and never have I had a more relaxed and stress free experience. Highly recommend.

John is and was very helpful at the time of obtaining my unit. I had a problem where I ordered the wrong size unit, went in and John fixed it right away had no problem and it was at closing so very appreciated.

We had to rent two storage units last minute, early in the morning, and on a holiday weekend. I called several storage companies in the area, of course they were either closed or didnt answer; John, the facility manager of Public Storage at the Moore, Ok location, actually took the time to return the missed call. He was able to walk me through picking out the right size units, completing our rental online, and even accommodated the proximity of the units so they were close together. When we arrived to the storage units everything was clean and ready for our belongings. John came out to introduce himself and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Both Saturday evening and throughout the entire day on Sunday John actually took the time out of his day to help us move some heavier items while we were racing against the rain. I am 100% satisfied with this location and will recommend it to family and friends. John was a tremendous help and was so nice/personable! Also, the sheer fact that you can rent a unit with this company completely contactless/online and use an app to enter/exit the facility makes it so much easier! Wed like to give a huge thank you to John for making our disaster of a move a little easier!

I recently got my car stuck in a snowdrift while visiting my unit. Almost certain I was going to have to leave my car until the snow melted, John, the manager, came to the rescue with a snow shovel. After almost 2 hours of shoveling, and getting my car closer to the exit, we successfully were able to get my car out of the snow and back on the road. Thanks a million!

Great and safe place. Also have inexpensive insurance to cover property. Never had to use it, but it offers peace of mind.

This location on 19th Street in Moore is wonderful. The unit was clean and the manager, Bob, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was so helpful with several situations we found ourselves in and gave us some good tips.

The manager Kristen was very helpful and polite. The storage unit that I rented was priced higher online than in the store. However, the only way to secure the storage unit was to request for a rent decrease. She said that she would submit a request for me.The facility was very well maintained and my storage unit was clean when I moved my stuff in. Definitely recommend using this location.Edit: Kristen actually never put in a request for me but told me she did. I waited 3 months with no response and was still paying the higher price per month the entire time! (Yes Kristen is very nice and polite but she totally fooled me into thinking my problem was solved).Thank goodness for the other manager Jennifer, I told her my problem and she solved it within 14 hours.Note: (the single star is a reflection of my interaction with Kristen NOT because the facility is horrible, in fact it is very well maintained.)

The climate controlled units are a lie. Extreme humidity will destroy anything stored in the units that are not water resistant.

John, the manager, is very professional. Not only keep us updated with our reservation but also advised us for supplies, business insurance and storage maintainance. Finally we get our unit today within minutes. Not all the publicstorage locations carry a high level customer service like John does. Highly recommended!

My experience was a one star. The girl working there was so strange, I walked in and she just kept eating. She didn’t welcome me and I thought it was just so rude! I turned around and walked out. This girl was the reason I walked out. If you want bad customer service go to public storage in Moore.

Our key broke off in the lock of our storage unit and the man working onsite was sooo helpful and prompt in fixing it...even on a Sunday!

The customer service and attention to detail was exceptional! Public Storage made the entire process so easy! I was able to reserve online, complete paperwork quickly and ability to do automatic withdrawal was a huge plus!Customer service is a dying concept in today’s society. However, Becky will absolutely restore your faith that it does still exist!! She was so friendly, took time to answer my questions, provide me information (I didn’t even know I should have asked) and went above and beyond!

I am extremely disappointed to say the least with the facility in Moore. I am not typically one to blast anyone or any company online, but when phone call aren’t answered/returned and emails go unanswered I resort to public disclosure. My 3rd and most significant issue with this company is that one the day of my move I was forced to pay my movers to sit for an hour and a half (approximately $183 extra to the price of my move) because my gate code wouldn’t work. After about 20 phone calls which mostly went unanswered and 4 unreturned voicemails, someone was finally able to reset their system so we could get in. I never received so much as a follow up phone call or apology after all my voicemails which were left at the local office. This experience has been a nightmare from the beginning, and I just expected so much more. First, I was told I had to make an appointment and come in to finalize a unit at that particular facility. We go in, and they tell us they aren’t doing anything in person due to covid. After multiple calls to customer service, someone finally allowed me to complete the process. After viewing the unit and realizing that the size estimator on the website is way off, I asked for a larger unit. We were told that the movers are professionals at making things fit and that if I wanted the larger unit I would not be able to get the advertised price but a significantly higher one, i.e. I’m not in the mood to screw with your transfer. A little bit of simple math indicated I would in fact need the larger unit and so I insisted on it. I magically got the advertised price (probably because anyone would), and I’m guess my gate code didn’t get transferred to my unit causing the issue which resulted in my move taking so long. My movers said nothing like that had ever happened to them in their 10 years of experience.

They are letting homeless people in to sleep in the climate controlled areas. Lack of security, lack of customer service, it is a company that does not care about your belongings. They do not even return phone calls. You will waste your money here.

I have had a unit here for at least a year. I have not had any problems here. I liked the low price for the climate controlled units.

Public Storage has plenty of space at a great price! They have awesome specials and their employees are nice and work hard! Kristena was super fast at switching my insurance policy and I also kept my same rate which is fantastic! I’m always in and out when I come here as well!
