We moved here from Dallas last year and have had our stuff stored here at Cube Smart since then. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Back in February when we had record snowfall we went to get our extra blankets out of our unit and it was snowed in. The employee on duty offered to help shovel the 3+ feet of snow from in front of our unit so we could access it. We told her it wasnt necessary but appreciated the offer.Ive also never had a worry about the safety of our stuff being stored here. Ive used other companies previously and always worried that Id come back to an empty unit. Cube Smart is very secure!The access hours are great, too! 6 am to 10 pm! Im always able to get to my stuff when I need it.:-)

Do not use. I had my climate controlled storage broke in to and they stole so much. The way I found out is my key wouldn’t work one day. The lock was damaged but the thief’s put it back on. So it make me think they had a master key of some sort but we’re kind enough to put the lock back on. We had to drill out the lock and replace it. Come to find out that there have been several break in over the past month. Nobody notified renters. The front office worker acted like he has never heard about it. But it made it to the news on KOCO channel 5. I know crime happens but this is ridiculous that you pay for security and nobody notified anyone of the crimes. Don’t rent here!

Great place! I went with a friend to CubeSmart and they were very friendly and had great prices! If I didnt live so far away Id move my storage to their place. Great storage and great people!

We had things in storage here for about a year and a half while we were out of country. Came back to about $20k worth of items missing out of our unit. When we contacted CubeSmart they stated that they have been having issues in our building but never contacted us to warn us about these issues.While moving our remaining items out, there were numerous people hanging around inside the facility that looked like they actually lived there.I highly recommend that you DO NOT rent a unit here.

We had spent majority of our day looking for storage units. We initially called CubeSmart first, but wanted to check around. Eventually we decide to go back to them. We were saddened to hear the unit we initially were interested in had been rented out. However, Jo (Williams) informed us there was another unit available that was bigger than we were initially looking for and still within our price range! She was suuuper friendly and extremely helpful during the whole process! The grounds looked very well kept and she made sure all questions and concerns were provided before we left. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes for me and my whole family!

Cube smart has been charging my husband double every month and adding on late fees and auction threat letters that is $150 on top of everything. He pays on line example: 3-25-2021/4-25-2021 he paid $3 hundred and something on 3-25 for the months of 3-25-2021/4-25-2021. It is now 4-25-2021 and they are sending the auction threat letter and just said on the phone if it aint paid by Friday they are adding another $110. On it. They have been nothing but gold digging rude bunch of people that says the opposite of what the people say online. All of this money for an $18 a month storage. I dont recommend this place unless you have money to throw away.

Very clean and well lit. The ladies in the office made the renting experience quick and easy. They are very nice and explained everything well. Our unit is clean and much larger than we expected, especially for the price. The location is convenient to I-35 and Shields and is halfway between Norman and NW Oklahoma City, which works for our needs. Be sure to note that the locks are different here. They are cylinder locks, not the traditional padlocks or circle locks. Honestly, it was a little weird at first, but it actually seems way more secure when I thought about it. Highly recommended.

I just moved here from California and was looking for somewhere to store my stuff until I get a place. I went all over Moore looking for a storage. I ended up at the Cube Smart self storage because it is right down the street from my moms house. When I went in there I was just “shopping around” for storage prices. The girl working the front desk was welcoming! She offered me multiple options of storages and also offered me two different sales they were offering. She took me out to see the space on the golf cart and I was sold. She was personable and connected with me on professional and personal levels. She introduced herself as Jo and told me to let her know if I wanted to rent a storage. No pressure! I rented it that day! Great customer service great availability and access to my storage every day and multiple times a day if I want too. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

My roommates and I are temporarily homeless and needed a storage unit for our things. We originally reserved a 5x10’ but quickly realized we needed to size up. The ladies working there immediately drove us around to find a bigger unit that was open and simply gave it to us for the same price as the smaller unit for the first month! They were very accommodating and helpful! The facility feels secure and all my belongings feel safe. Highly recommend!

Prior to coming to CubeSmart i had the worst time trying to find a good storage unit… after going to 2 other storage companies I was so stressed! I had one lady who told me I would have to wait until after her lunch was finished and then I have a another man who told me that the unit that he worked for had been broken into over four times… After meeting Jo And speaking to her about CubeSmart’s security and safety measuresThere was no doubt in my mind that CubeSmart was for me… Jo had great customer service And definitely made me feel like I made the right choice!

This is really the best storage place in town. I’ve seen quite a few, but this one takes the cake. Those managers are the nicest people ever. They are always smiling and helpful. The customer service is fantastic. Prices are great, it’s very clean and secure. I’m glad I made the choice to go with CubeSmart.

They helped set up auto pay and didnt try to up-sell, even advising my current insurance could cover me, which saved a bit of much needed money. Thank you very much!

Cubesmart storage on NW 27th in Moore has had a number of break-ins of units. I have lost $10,000 of merchandise I was storing to open a business. Over 20 units have been broken into and the company in the last month. As I was filling out my police report we found 3 more that had been broken the same time period just by checking units with no locks. The lack of patrolling and security is ridiculous. In the past 2 months every time I went there, there was only one person in the office. They said they were having staffing issues and still have no management for the location. Cubesmart has done nothing to assure my remaining 3 units are safe. Several times I have gone up and the gate was wide open and there is only one person at the front desk. A family member and I went there today to show video of the shotty management and security. While there we talked to another person who had her mothers jewelry stolen also complaining about the management and security. It has gotten so bad people are putting up notes saying Everything of value has been stolen by thieves no use breaking in on their units. Cubesmart will not let us speak to the district manager and has said they are looking into putting more cameras in but cannot change door codes. I am seeking legal recourse but Im already out so much money and me and the other owners of the units should probably contact the news.

Kandis is really great. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I told her my light bulb needed to be changed. She said she didn’t have any available but would go buy some and the next time I stopped by to let her go in and change it. I came back to make my payment a few weeks later and she told me she had the light bulbs and was ready when I was. I didn’t even think she would remember me, but she did. That’s what I call customer service. That was only my second time ever being there. The place is clean too and seems real safe.

Recently rented a 10x10 after a terrible experience at public storage. The place is well lit and seems very safe with cameras everywhere. They even offer a referral bonus so Ill be sure to tell all my friends as my family. The only issue was with the gate code but the young girl named Jolisa I believe was so nice and fast in getting it resolved. Thats the kind of service that people deserve and create a loyal customer base. I look forward to many happy years here knowing my valuables are safe and sound and dealing with the wonderful staff.

I meant to do this last week but got side tracked. I walked out of that place like WOWWW because I just didn’t expect that. I had a great laugh with the manager (Candace I think) Even though I wanted her to race me around in the golf cart and she wouldn’t but that’s okay. She was still cool. The place was super clean. All in all it was a great experience and I’m so glad I chose them.

We have had our things stored here for almost 2 Years now. Gated and cameras everywhere for your security. Clean and rodent free. The management (Lottie & Don) are very pleasant to do business with. Highly recommended :)

I am so glad that Cubesmart took over that place. The other people were shady. Yesterday Kandice stopped what she was doing to talk to me like she was my best friend. I told her I was thinking about opening a business and she was telling me about how the storage business works with the auctions. I had a lot of questions and she had all the answers. I wanted to do construction but now Im thinking about buying auctioned storage units. She told me I take the chance of losing money and to be careful and just look at the pictures really well before I buy. I like that she told me about the risk too. Like she wasnt just trying to get me to buy stuff, she was really trying to help me. It is hard to find people who really care these days so that makes me want to stick around. She even told me if I would take my stuff out of the two smaller units I have and move it into a bigger unit then I would save money! I dont feel like moving all that but can you believe it? A business that isnt only worried about taking as much money from you as they can but will give you ideas to save money! I would rate this place a thousand stars if I could but Ill settle for five. Sorry for the long review but honestly I could keep going.
