Went in there with a MacBook pro and was just needing 200 bucks on a pawn for a small Christmas loan. Dude literally told me they dont have money to do pawns... and yes this is a pawn shop and they apparently dont pawn anything? Why have a pawn shop if your business has money?

I dont like pawn shops, because I believe that they prey on the misery and Desperation of the poor. But what else can a poor man do? Banks wont loan you money, neither will credit offices. So what do you do, you go to the pawn shop and pawn your most valuable items, hoping that you have the money to redeem them. If you dont, you lose them forever.

I when in just looking around and found a smart watch that look new but was used at a really good price, so put it in layaway, because it was only 10% down. They give me 60 to 90 days to paid it off but I couldn’t wait your pay it off in 3weeks. Love it so much I put a tablet in layway now. But will be getting it soon now.

The 2 guys in the store never said a word to me when I walked in, I was the only customer in the store. The inventory was extremely limited and everything looked to be very used and over priced. The people that are giving 5 star ratings are either working there or paid because the art on the windows is the best part of the business.

We just moved in the area, my wife called to get a price on a Roku Smart TV because a last minute bill to transfer utilities came up. She was quoted what she was looking for over the phone, but upon entering the store she wasnt greeted. She was then given a different price than quoted. When told this my wife left. After a dealing she went back into the store to accept the offer. The bald guy with no facial hair guy her that it was a 1 time offer and lowered the amount once again. He then rushes her saying hurry & give me your ID before I change my mind. As my wife leaves the store she sees the gentleman laughing & waving her off. The next day I go in just to get a clarification on what happened although they were right in not being able to give me any pawn info. I stood there in an empty store waiting to be greeted after all the other customers were done being serviced & the skinny pierced lipped kid rolls his eyes & says Do you need something, nowhere near the friendly greeting i heard the other customers recieve. Overall if you guys like the store than by all means go ahead. But the attitude of the employees, vibe & overall interaction was terrible!!!

Terible place sold me a guitar and when i asked why so cheap his responce was oh well austins are cheap and when i got a amp and plugged it in to start playing the volume and tune knobs all 3 just started falling out and will nog stay in and when i called them they said oh well we cant refund it unless its been under 2r hours we can only exchange it and then he asked me did you get a 90 day warrenty and the guy that sold it to me NEVER. Offered me a warrenty of any kind
