Automotive Service Center at this location is amazing. Dennis answers the phone promptly and is always extremely helpful. Will one of the service techs goes above and beyond to get you in and out. Entire staff very professional. This is my new automotive service center.

You know I normally dont care about prices of stuff but when u find a pet bed there in the 19.99 rack with a whole bunch of stuff that was also listed at that price and not honoring it is really messed up. Plus all 4 hour employees where rude about it when I wasnt even being rude about it or at them

They opened up a giant space in the middle for who knows maybe Christmas but right now its all clearance!!! So much fun, who passes up many clearance aisles? Man stuff woman stuff kid stuff...oh the money to be spent;))

I will be so glad when I never have to go in here again. It seems to get worse each time and todays trip wasnt planned but went to get a few things other places were out of. I will say they get 2 stars because they had 3 of the 4 items I was looking for but the store layout up front was ridiculous as they had clothing racks blocking people from going around and the lines were into the clothing at every line and thats with everyone checking their own items. Very unpleasant experience.Also, I love the convenience of picking up orders but the workers pulling orders just leave their oversized carts and walk down aisles and around produce blocking others. Seems some streamlining and/or better training could be done in this area as well.

Currently in line here to exchange some shoes they got one person working the register. Mean while Im standing looking at 3 yellow vest talking and carrying on. Trend safe shoe selection is very limited. Up date 6 sets of ppl in line still only one grl.Up date one the yellow vest i saw talking and caring on decided to help

Walmart grocery pick up is the best. They only had to substitute two items out if 70 and they were very similar. I love the convenience

I love to go shopping at Walmart!! The (almost) always have everything I need. I go shopping here to get art supplies for youtube videos(my channel: Edward.A DIYS). This is a great place to go to when the dollar store doesnt have what you need.

Its a popular and busy location. Be patient. This location was very clean and items well organized during my visit. Wine and sparkling wine were displayed inside the cold area (fridge). Very nice for cold adult beverages on the go!

The blonde short hair younger younger lady at the shelf check out at around 1:53 p.m. on the grocery end was very rude. I needed help with a item that rang up wrong and she argued with me that it rang up right, but I bought two of the item and the other one was wrong on the price. She got hateful and said well you need to remove the item and rescan it and started to walk off. I said I dont know how to do that and she started talking to me like I was a 5 year old. Unfortunately, I needed her help again and she was put off that I was asking her to do her job. I was on the phone the whole time and they heard all of it. They were shocked at how rude she was! I found everything I needed and more and would have happily given a five star, but her attitude was terrible. She is in the wrong line of business if she is treating customers like this. I cant imagine being her coworker. She acts mad at the world. Wish I would have caught her name and reported her to corporate. She needs to be pulled from helping customers at the shelf check out!

We love our Walmart. They are friendly &Helpful. If I cannot find what I need they look it up & either tell me what isle or sometimes will walk me to where it is. I am very short & they help me reach things.

This Walmart has always kind of sucked a bit more than most Walmart’s in my opinion but lately it has been so much worse with all of the remodeling or whatever it is they have going on. I get it they have stuff going on and I should just cut them a break but it’s hard to when I have had previous negative experiences at this store and when I have been to plenty of other Walmart’s with remedy and things like that going on and none of them have ever been this bad. I will continue to go out of my way to go to a different store

Everytime since the this whole pandemic Walmart runs out of stuff and it takes weeks sometimes months to get it back in stock.. I dont know what the problem is, whether its Walmart or their distributors but I really wished it would go back to normal. I used to be able to get everything I wanted from Walmart in 1 trip but now I have to go back several times to get my shopping done!!!!

Bought tv. I had several people help, 4 to be exact. First was near her break and stopped to help. She answered questions, I encouraged her to go on break. New girl stocking tried to answer another question, she found a man that could. When I made selection 4 person loaded and carried up front then to car. Pleasure shopping and I am not a shopper.

Typically an easy visit to this location when not being remodeled. Even with the current remodel in progress, we are able to get around with ease

All I can say is WOW! This store has been transforming. New Flooring just appears in the everytime I go back. I barely even notice it happening. Love It!

When I went in the store I went right to what I was looking for I was looking for some Oklahoma paraphernalia they had a right at the front of the store so it was easy to get to and the self checkouts was right there so I was in and out under 10 minutes

Moore, OK, WalmartA friend was hauling horses and had a flat with nails in it changed out to her spare. The spare apparently had dry rot and blew out while on I-35. I came to help and take the good tire to be fixed. A nail was all that was wrong ... a 15-20 minute fix, in an emergent situation ... with horses in the trailer on I-35 in Moore. Thank goodness I called before I went in because of time related to horses being in the trailer. Walmart WOULD NOT work on this emergency fix despite being told horses were in a trailer on I-35. Walmare Car Center could have taken the 15-20 minutes to fix the tire, and they refused this emergency. Pretty worthless.I took the tire to Take Ten (previously Garcias). They worked us right in, despite their lineup of non-emergency clientele, because they knew this was an emergent situation with horses in a trailer, in the heat, on I-35.

Walmart was great. The staff really helped me and they loaded my purchase for me. I had some heavy items and they did not shy away from or hesitate to help me with them.

The staff are so friendly & the food is excellent. I have been a regular customer for 10 years so my family loves to eat here.

Walmart is always a great place to shop. The people are nice at the Moore Oklahoma one. You find nice everywhere in Oklahoma the people in Moore are wonderful.

I wouldn’t recommend this Walmart for tire service I have never seen a group of guys so lazy!!!!! Everyone just standing around

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday and they were short-handed. The awesome thing is he told me it could be an hour and a half but it only took 35 minutes! And they reset my oil life percentage light and I cant even get the dealership to do that! Great job!

Store was super clean and it looks like they are rearranging a bit but it is coming a long nicely.

Their free grocery pickup has been a lifesaver since I have become disabled and through the pandemic. Im not a fan of how their employees are treated and paid but I use them for the convenience.

Walmart has been doing remodeling work here on the floors and putting in a lot of self checkout stands. They were out of multiple things I needed on my list. The workers were unhelpful when asked where located at.

There clearance isle always seems to have that little bit more then the one closest to my house, worth the drive to me. Always (like usual and as expected) clean and bright. Fair selection of electronics but mostly just the expected basics.

Checking myself out is kind of strange. I liked the new design of the store.

Self check out i felt like any closer then we would have had to watch cameras to make sure the employee didnt take my wallet. I could feel you breathe

Its a Walmart. I mean. Ive never had a bar experience with Walmart, and this is no exception. But like. Its not necessarily enjoyable but its not a bad experience when you go.

I do like this store more than others but the shorter hours from 24 hours has been a pain in the butt by making it less convenient and a hell of a lot harder for emergency supplies and last minute food runs. I hope they go back to 24 hours.

Good store, just never any cashiers. Usually always have to check and bag groceries yourself if its a few things I dont mind but when Im doing all my shopping its frustrating, Ive started going to Crest.

I mainly go here for grocery pick-up, and I am generally very pleased every time. The employees are quick to show up with my order, and they are usually always very pleasant. I save a ton of time and money by using grocery pick-up, but I keep going back because the of the employees.

It was my worst shoppin b experience ever. Half the refridgeration and meat were gone. They were redoing the floor plan so nothing was in the spot it used to be. Half the items were on one isle the other half somewhere else. A whole array of food I didnt recognize and wouldnt eat. Then the entire front is being changed to self check out. Why are they taking away peoples jobs. I am disabled, its the first of the month. I jad a full basket and thought I would have to go to hospital after bagging my own stuff.no place to put my food except on the dirty covid floor. The items such as chicken and power drinks for my grandson were out! I have yo find another store. I cant do this every month. Not in the rain and snow. At winco I can bag my own stuff, get what I want. At Crest I can get a real bagger. Worst day ever for me!

When they go back to actually having any kind of service my rating might go up.

Half the employees are super ignorant about logic and just what makes sense. The only extra mile you get is in the wrong direction.. maybe just maybe we need to add some logical questions on these applications 🤔

Redoing flooring, should wait to do it all overnight. Customer traffic there was crazy 😧 other than that my family loves Walmart and wouldnt shop anywhere else!

Bought shoes, along with several other item items. I did not make it home with the shoes, however when I went back the guy at the door remembered me and handed my shoes to me. Very happy with shopping experience because of the door greeter in the garden center

This Walmart is very busy! Everyone seems to be helpful an focused. I love their new process.. instead of pointing customers to their request they actually take you to your request an make sure pricing is correct on the item. Thar is wonderful! Walmart has always been an important store to the community, even going as far as using the same blueprints to make you think your in the walmart down the street instead of the one near the highway. They sell almost everything here, and the store is pretty good. 4 out of 5 stars.

Customer service is horrible, just like any other Walmart. Its slow and you see employees walking around everywhere but none seem to care that there is only 1 person at customer service with a long line. Happens all the time, maybe they play mind games to see if people will just leave without returning anything!

Its walmart. Always to busy for me but its a popular place to shop, so cant hold that against them. Selection of some automotive stuff is very limited at the moment. Particularly car audio. But one place to go to most all of your shopping done is nice.

We really liked the grocery pick up when it started. However lately they are running behind and not having them ready at the agreed upon times. Also they substitute non like items.

If I have to check to myself out and bag my own products, then I should get a discount... instead I have to wait behind people who you wouldnt even hire to work a register while they try to figure out

This store is located in a smaller community and conveniently closer to home.I was able to find everything I needed.

Wasnt easy finding parking, especially towards the front, near the entrance. Other that found everything I needed without no hassle at all.

I went for 2 items. The self check out line was long. Then I get through and the lady says no cash. No signs, anywhere! Its never convenient!

Not enough cashiers in the check out. With tax exempt you must go through a check out that has a human checking. One is not enough. If you are buying any frozen items and if some are ice-cream many times it will be a malt by the time you check out.

There is plenty of cashiers to pick up money in the money center there was even a lead and the lead told me to go to a lady that was just back from her brake. Very lame excuse when you are a lead and initially there was a cashier.

Nice selection of everything except cleaning products

I frequent this Walmart a lot. As with most Walmarts, some of the associates need to learn a smile and nod of the head will go a long way. Its not just the cashiers that need to learn, but the management, when I have seen them, need to remember without we customers they dont have a job either. The best part of the store is the convenience. Very large parking lot. The worst part is trying to purchase a piece of fabric. NO ONE ever answers the bell to assist customers. It takes at least three attempts at finding anyone who will call for assistance. Either they dont have a radio to call or they just walk away. Walmart has enough people hired to take care of the problems, however, MANAGEMENT needs to get out of the corporate mindset and schedule enough associates to actually work. THAT is customer service, not making sure you dont go over payroll. Its still a clean store in which to shop.

I Was needing to buy 2 tires and although tire center was close, I was able to buy and carry them out . after just a bit of determination and talking with the rite young lady that has want and will to learn more aspecs of her job, I let her and a young man that has will to teach another how to look up and pull tires that I had pre picked out, needless to say in just a few minutes I had the tires that I needed. thank you very much to actually the three that helped me get the tires I needed

The place is great, customer service and great prices... But one thing that I REALLY hate is how every Walmart I go to that has fish literally treats them like trash its unbelievable how terrible people here treat living things I took some pictures from about two weeks ago. Fake gravel, dead fish, nasty counter tops (that orange spot was rust from a metal keychain thing) dead dried fish in the sink I know it says the tanks are closed due to illness but it shouldnt happen in the first place, right? Second of all, to see Bettas in that condition breaks my heart, and that they sell too small of tanks for any fish... Never go here to buy fish. Go to wet pets or some other experienced fish keeper. Thank you, I hope some changes are made soon.

The number of registers opened is three to four. The waiting period on the line before checkout, 15 minutes. Otherwise, no complaint? Walmart should realize that toward the first of the month, especially on weekends, more people shop, which means more risk of spreading the virus. And by making each customer wait in the line for about 10 to 15 minutes, Walmart is just helping spread the virus. Walmart should go and learn from Crest Foods.

I love the grocery pickup service at this Walmart! They have plenty of space and a nice awning over quite a few of their parking spots, in case you pick up while it is raining. This value-added service is fantastic and saves me so much time each week!! The shoppers pick out great fresh fruits and vegetables, which I was really concerned about when I first started using this service. No need to worry because they pick out exactly what THEY would want in a product – great quality. If you are ever dissatisfied, their customer service will take it off, no questions asked. The people who bring my groceries out are always smiling and happy. This service is really a hassle-free experience that everyone should have in their life.

I went to return an item and although there was a line, they were actually not taking that long. It was going by fast and the 3 ladies working at the service desk were very helpful and nice. Did not make you feel rushed at all.Store was really clean and organized. There was actually not that many people inside the store like other Walmart. Friendly staff 👍🏻

Good luck finding any help. Waited in electronics for a while, then not finding any help, called Walmart and no one answered the phone at the service desk!!! Finally, someone who worked for Verizon showed up and asked if we needed help... she then went to to find an employee!
