They took my temperature at Hobby Lobby and would not let me in. Not because I was sick but because I HAVE A FEVER FOR CRAFTING.Supply chain issues seem to be affecting Hobby Lobby as well. Seasonal home decor is plentiful, but lots of out of stock artists items. Generally, a decent option, but I have found myself driving to Norman / Michael’s more often than before.

They are facing 30%, 40%& 50%off so many items. I love Hobby Lobby

Let me preface this review by saying that I have surprisingly always advocated for Hobby Lobby.. I asked for them to honor a coupon on their website. I was told that they stopped doing those coupons 7 months prior... I said oh, okay. Do you guys do veteran discount? She has to call a lady(I swear the name was Stephanie) she came over with some form to fill out with my DoD ID info, and was VERY rude. It made me uncomfortable, in addition to taking longer than it needed to. So, I said thats alright, we will just do it without the discount. She got a ton with Mr and really just talked gratefully to me the whole time... Im now done with Hobby Lobby forever. Other sites with craft supplies, and less hassle to boot!

Love all the great stuff here. Took my mom in for some river stone and I got a gallon of school glue for only $11. Lots of holiday craft supplies.

I Love hobby lobby!!! This location has nice employees and is clean. They have very good deals on holiday specials from plates, to decorations, to gifts, this is the place to go for crafting and decorating.

I really, really, really loved this place! What made me love it was the checkout employee. I was buying things for my home and I had a lot of wall decor in my basket. Upon check out she saved me tons of money because she told me that next week everything that I had in my basket would be half off. I found it very charming and respectful that she would let me know and save me tons of money. I definitely will be going back there next week so that I can get the bargains.

It is amazing how the store has so much stuff but never what I am looking for to make a project. Or they have one or two options with no color selection. Maybe its because Im doing more trendy projects than there classic craft inventory. I would rather shop local, get today, than order on line. My last 4 trips to this store lead me down the road to Michaels or home to online order.

I love how the shelves are always stocked and there is always someone to help within a few isles. I am disappointed they did away with the 40% off coupon but they always have sales so I guess it will work. The big box stores should take some lessons from hobby lobby.

Superb framing! They did 2 pieces for us, high quality and acid balanced, so whatever art you are having framed, or any photo, should never fade from the acid in the matts. And Hobby Lobbys prices are much lower than those at frame shops. We brought in a 127 year old photo to be framed, and they even put it in my vintage frame that I have had for years. It looks beautiful. They did a shadow box of military patches for my husband. I have done museum quality framing myself at a gallery we owned, and this is work is within that category. Very pleased. They do AMAZING framing.

Came in to buy clothes die and the guy was very helpful took me to where it was and showed me the best way to use it so I wouldnt have to do it again he was very helpful cant say that enough and I will definitely be coming back to this hobby lobby next time I need something done. I wish I would have got his name because he did a very good job doing what he was supposed to and they were very busy with Christmas shoppers so I was even more surprised that he was willing to take the time to take me and find what I needed to do he was even able to help another lady while helping me very multitasking.

Inconsistent pricing on ads from 1 store to the next. The Moore store NEVER puts their metal letters on ad but all the other stores do.

This particular Hobby Lobby is the mecca of all their stores in the metro area. More supplies and varieties than any of the other stores Ive been to in the metro. Could lose hours here!

Omg the staff was AMAZING walked around with me helping me find things and gave input on what I could do to better my project my tree came out amazing!! And my decorations for my fireplace are fantastic. They showed me what was on sale. Just took the time to treat me as an individual and not just an annoying clueless customer.

I went to hobby lobby in Moore to buy an item a worker approached me and asked, if she could assist. She directed me to buy command strip and said, if I use alcohol to wipe surface down first she guarantees it will work. The product cost 13.49 which i paid cash for. Not thinking I was going to return it I misplaced the receipt. (They didnt work and I was ticked because they did cost almost 14 dollars for 4 strips) I go to return them the manager goes and find another product which shows that the product was actually 4.00. So not only did they not work you ripped me off for selling me a 4 dollar product for 13. Then tell me they cant issue a refund without a receipt. Are you serious!!!! It might be a drive but going to the hobby lobby off of 240 is worth it than dealing with these crooked people.....

This is one of the nicer Hobby Lobby that i have been to. The store is very well lit, clean and very well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the checkout process was very quick. The store was very well stocked. At some stores you have to look for some items, or there may only be one or two of something, but this store did not have that problem. This is not the closest store to where I live, but I will be driving a little farther to come to this store and would recommend it to anyone else.

When I encountered a problem, the store manager handled it right away. You can tell she takes her job seriously and always takes care of the customers. I was extremely impressed and happy with how quickly she help resolve an issue. Made the whole experience great and that is what will definitely keep me coming back to this hobby lobby location.

I shop here 3 to 4 times a week because I do alot of upcycling and crafts. I work hard for my money and I can carry any purse I want. 2 days in a row I was followed by an employee and manager. The manager I assume is new I had not seen her until yesterday. My job is fulfilling and it is pathetic that i was dressed up on lunch break i was profiled, Im dressed down today...same thing. The associate following me look a thief than I ever will. I am in total disbelief at this particular establishment.

Very big store, so took a little while to find what I was looking for. But had an issue at the check that was resolved very quickly an they was very apologetic. Even though the mess up was over 200 it was a honest mistake. Great place to come for most any and all your crafting needs. They seem to have everything an the prices arent too bad.

Walked in to find a bunch of the staff at the registers however NO ONE on the floor working. Finally after couldnt find my item I had to return to the front to ask a nice lady where it was. Not sure if the floor workers were in the restroom for 20 minutes or if the manager cant figure out staffing but it was bad.

The layout is mirrored from other stores Ive been in--to orient yourself, fabrics are on the right side of the store.There are a few (very limited selection) furniture items.From personal experiences, sign up for the promotional emails, because theres almost always a coupon.Fact to note--I learned while I was here that sewing patterns are always 40% off. There may be similar discounts elsewhere in the store.The company is Christian-owned, and the music playing in the store is instrumental covers of hymns and other religious music. Theres Christian literature for sale by the registers.The staff arent spectacular, but they are helpful and polite.Basically: its not outstanding, but its pretty good, from my pockets of experience.

They wouldnt frame my needlepoint like I wanted and they didnt carry the fabric paint I wanted, or a suitable substitute. All they really had was puff paint no rich colors.They were very limited on baby flannel.Left without buying.
