Its not as convenient as a QT but its second best. There were a lot of gnats flying around the food area. Well lit and right off the highway. The store is decently clean. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This store is very convenient to I-35. Seems to always be very clean and well-stocked. Is very busy at 6:30 AM with many people wanting coffee. Restrooms are large and clean

Unsafe and unhealthy environment as management claimed they cannot enforce wearing masks inside because they are not the police. They are putting their bottom line above employee and customer health/safety. UPDATE: Aside from responding to my review for PR reasons, Oncue Corporate has done nothing to correct this behavior. No customers are being asked to wear a mask or leave, putting all other customers and employees at risk for profit. I wonder how many deaths could have been avoided if Oncue actually enforced their mask requirement.

Can you please for the love of all things fix your pumps they always do not work when I pull and I have to play this game where I drive between pumps and until one is finally working and whats worse is some will appear fine and then you get close and program will literally be bouncing back and forth between out of service and please pay! You are a gas station the one thing you should have nailed is this!

Store trash cans were all over flowing with trash. Sunday afternoon it looked horrible. I understand they cant get people to work but something needs to be done.

Best prices for gas, and restrooms are always clean. The nice side is if restrooms arent clean there is a switch to notify employees.

I spend a lot here on food, smokes, beer, we work a lot and its convenient to run up here several times a week. The one time I forget my ID, coming here since this place opened, I have never been asked for ID until today. Im clearly middle aged with tattoos. Use common sense and if you have a policy, dont flip back and forth on it when youre just training new cashiers. I wont be back. And I tried to show an out of state ID but your employees clearly cannot read a D.O.B.

Great store for a quick stop

The cng pumps never work properly.with my work I can only use work fuel card 2 times a day. cng is not convenient like other fuel.would be nice to be able to depend on store#118. Also good luck trying to wash your Windows there is never fluid in containers.

OnCue is always clean and organized. The employees are friendly and attentive.

Warning!! Do not go to this station. Avoid all once. I went to this station. Started getting fraudulent charges on my debit card!!!

Was out of regular gas even though it was advertised. A fountain drink that would be$2 at any other station was $4. Stay away.

Nice clean store

The atm is being monitored by cameras that are pointed directed at the atm where the huge t.v. clearly shows everyone your whole transaction and the pin you are entering! Straight up reporting it to the cops.

They have what you need but not always in a hurry.

Stop here for a fuel a lot. It is convenient to get off an on interstate. The fuel pumps work great, well lit and they give you a receipt upon request. Never felt unsafe or had a problem when getting fuel. Stop in often during the day and night. I have not had the occasion to go inside, so cant speak for that, but the fuel pumps work great.

I came on here just to say how impressed I am with this station. Im halfway through my second cross country trip and this is the best stop Ive seen. Great gas price. Large, smooth lot thats easy to turn around in. Lots of pumps. The weather is great today but I noticed the fully covered area from the pumps to the store. A nice touch for rain/hail. The bathroom is large, nice, and clean. Large stalls. Im not a professional driver and I probably wont be back through this area but if I am Ill make this one of my stops again.

Love the drive thru. I was surprised at just how much is available for purchase via the express drive thru. It is obviously much more in demand right now but even still I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I do second the need for an escape route option for the drive thru especially since you cant place your order prior to getting to the window but otherwise a huge convenience and both times the people working the window here have been polite and are obviously working hard. Wish I could vote for them to get raises.

It would be so nice to go and get nachos and them not be out of cheese I will just stop at the one in Norman from now on

This location never has the rootbeer float slush and is the ONLY reason I come here. Very irritating when I try multiple days and EVERYTIME its DEFROSTING.

Getting service at the CNG is ridiculous. There is no intercom to talk to the staff so, when they dont work properly (all the time) I have to walk to the inside. Also, if you are a dual fuel user and use your card at 1 pump you have to go back inside to use it for the second fuel type

9:50am and the front of this location smells like the inside of a dumpster. I shop at OnCue because of how clean they are. This sucks

Tom is not the best representative of customer service. He’s not an example of what I would define as someone I would put in front of customers. If you get Tom, just wait for the next cash register person...unless you like dealing with unpleasant people.

Me and my boyfriend stopped at this store to try the frozen yogurt we had heard so much about and so.... We files our cups up and walked to the counter and the nice young lady rang it up... IT CAME TO 12 DOLLARS... WHAT? AND THEN IT WAS NOT EVEN GOOD I TOOK TWO BITES AND THREW THE REST AWAY. So terribly dissapointed.

Great place to stop while driving through OKC. Very friendly, clean restrooms, great selections and prices on everything. This will become our regular stop.

After being held prisoner in their drive-thru for 30 minutes with an average 8 min window time per vehicle, I left feeling kidnapped and pissed off. Will never go back!

This OnCue and the one on 89th and Penn has my favorite snacks :)
