Pharmacy is the worst, most horrific customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lab techs don’t know how to find prescriptions, pharmacist sequoiaJan is completely overwhelmed and rude each and every time I have had the displeasure to deal with him. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I hate that I am on hold for 17 minutes and I never got to talk to anyone about my prescriptions at all. That is ridiculous!!!!! I never got to talk to anyone. Dont go here they dont want to wait on their people go somewhere else.

I went here to get my second COVID shot and the service there was wonderful! The polite woman behind the counter was more than happy to help me and explain what certain questions on the questionnaire were asking about/meant. Definitely not a scary expirence, would definitely come back here for a vaccine.

So. They send a text saying its ready. I live in choctaw. Drive half hour. Then they tell me they cant sell it to me. I said. Why would you text me its ready? She replies. Its ready, but our system is down so we cant sell any prescriptions right now. TO ANYONE. So all these cars behind me on their lunchbreak have gotten texts saying their meds are ready. But they juat cant buy them. Walgreens from now on.

This CVS Pharmacy in Moore, OK has terrible customer service and it takes them forever to come to the counter. A man by the name of Eric J helped me out and refused to use the coupon that I handed him and instead manually put in the lesser coupon he wanted me to have. The manager Michelle sided with him and refused to make things right. They could really use some lessons on how to treat their customers and on doing the right thing. They are definitely not a great asset or benefit to the company and need to be replaced. Try being decent human beings!

WORST and RUDEST SERVICE EVER with Antoinette. I would suggest to everyone do not go to this CVS. She was very rude not a Hello or anything. I walked over to the UPS side with no one at the registers. I had been in 2 weeks before. She said next time if there is a line. You need to stand in line. I said is there a line. And she said no but I’m trying to TEACH my customers to go stand in the line at the register. Even though I was standing at a register. & left with my business not taken care of because I had the scan bar on my phone and not printed. SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO LEARN GOOD CUSTMER SERVICE !!!

Came into the store and needed to ask the guy at the checkout counter a question and he was talking on his phone and blatantly ignored me for a good 5 minutes while he saw me standing there waiting to ask him something. I don’t care who you were talking to, you had a customer. Do your job. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional.

I went to this CVS store last night and had terrible customer service. I gave the cashier, Eric J my (30%) off the entire purchase coupon and he went out of his way to pretend as if he applied the coupon, but didn’t. He instead told me, I will give you a discount off the one Eucerin item, since you did not have a second item for the buy one get one (40%) off on the face wash. He dishonestly and knowingly input (30%) off one item and pretended like he scanned my (30%) off the entire purchase coupon and kept it. He cheated me out of approximately $20.00. I went back the next day and he would not make things right, even though he kept my coupon and said that they had already sent it to corporate since last night. The manager Michelle saw us talking and knew that I gave him a coupon, but still did not make things right and also said that the coupon was mailed to corporate, since last night and this is Sunday. I will never shop at this CVS because they are liars and they try to cheat people out of money.

There phyamcy staff is so rude id give them a zero they need to be retrained in customer service they dont answer their phones at all was waiting for about 10 minutes and still no answer so came inside and that is when I got rude customer service had me shouting out my date of birth and name instead of coming over to the counter and getting the information

Horrible customer service! Purchased a gift card at this location and the cashier forgot to activate it. It even said on the receipt accepted not activated. We went back to the store the next day to get the issue resolved. When we walked in we stood at the front for a few minutes while the clerk stared down at her phone before she acknowledged we were there. She was unpleasant from the beginning and was told by the her there was nothing she could do that we had to wait that it could take up to 24 hours, then we needed to contact x-box. I even asked her if she was 100% sure it was nothing they did. She said they did everything correct. She then said she could sell us another one if we wanted. I was surprised when I saw the lady’s name tag and it said she was the store manager. I couldn’t believe someone who runs a store would not be in the least bit willing to help. We were 30 minutes away from the 24 hour mark since we purchased the gift card. Anyway, we contacted x-box and was told the store made a mistake and never activated it. We have always filled all of our prescriptions at this location, but will never step foot in this store again!

On 10/31/2018This CVS is not good provider that I need, I told Bianca Braxton NP, what I need check, my eye infection ( pink eye) she didn’t tell me or medication to recovery, got flu shot. She is not friendly with me, because I’m deaf and she tells me that I need to wear my cochlear implant to control me to understand her.. she thinks is difficult communication, write on paper to communication is not difficult .. that’s is discrimination against deaf people, you have to understand deaf people can’t hear at all and some do hear but not great! Some speak well and some don’t . I would not visit there again .

I have fibromyalgia rheumatoid arthritis and SLE lupus. The doctor forgot to send in my prescription for folic acid. When I do not take my folic acid I get a horrible rash that feels like a third-degree burn on my face. I went to the drive-through at CVS to pick up my prescription. It was not in...I asked them if they could get me over counter but look acid. It took them 10 minutes to decide not to get the folic acid over the counter. I told them how bad I was hurting and I could barely walk to my car to go to the drive-through. I called the manager, the manager told me that technically they cannot do that. I told them technically for customer service for a customer that has been a loyal customer for over 10 years that would be good business. So I will be transferring all of my prescriptions over to wall greens.

These people are very disorganized. They never have enough people working on a shift. And the pharmacist that is in charge not the little one that looks weird and old but the one that is always in a rush and talks extremely fast, is very unprofessional and a liar. And I am speaking from personal experience.They are always talking and laughing instead of filling prescriptions. I wish the other pharmacist never left, beacause this new staff sucks period. Don’t waste your time going to this so called pharmacy.

Do not waste money on passport photos at CVS. The passport photo that I had taken at CVS was useless and I had to spend more money while applying for my passport because the photo that CVS took my face was too small. CVS then refused to give me a refund, causing me to essentially have thrown my money in the trash that is CVS.

Came at 2:30pm to drop 3 prescriptions through the drive through. They said it was going to be ready in 45 minutes. Came at 6pm, did the line and they forgot one of the medications which was just vitamin C. Had to wait but guess what....... they made me go around and building and DO THE LINE AGAIN.

My son went up there to fill a prescription.He was never asked if he was filing insurance (which should of been asked). He comes home panicked because they charged him more than he can afford at the moment. I called up there and they said they do not accept Tricare. Which is fine (I suppose if you dont support our military). IF they had asked if he had insurance BEFOREHAND and told him they didnt file his insurance. He could of said, Nevermind and went to Walgreens across the road. So CVS has just lost all of my familys business. Incredibly disappointed in your customer service.

Every time I attempt to refill a script here the staff are rude, especially the lady at the drive thru with the messed up teeth. Excuses after excuses but I never have a hard time at any of the other cvs pharmacies. As of today Ive made my last attempt shopping at this location, since there is now a neighborhood Walmart open down the street. This is more inconvenient of course, but Ive been inconvenienced enough over the last two years that Ill no longer visit cvs again.

This CVS was a joke as far as the pharmacy. Went in after speaking to my Insurance company and confirming the Flu vaccine was still covered on our plan. I was first told by the clerk the Flu vacation wasnt covered, then after receiving some help from another staff member she explained how to put it in the correct way. We were off again or so I thought, this lady tells me Now my information on my card saying not correct! WHAT?? I knew they were still not putting the correct information in! I got her name after her telling me this and that she wouldnt have time to give us the shot tonight anyways AFTER me calling in advance to make sure we could have it if we drove up, about 15 miles!! Needless to say I was livid from the start anyways because they didnt know what they were doing so we left and went to Walgreens and nothing but professional KNOWLEDGEABLE Staff and we had our paperwork and shot done and out in less than 10 minutes! I would like to add that I called our insurance company and she stated CVS did not try to run it at all or they entered the wrong information! Just a VERY Bad Experience and will Never go back to CVS pharmacy again!

The one star is based on the interactive behaviors of the pharmacy team, not the wait time. I was waiting for my presciption to get filled and observed a few things while waiting at the pharmacy. I do not know what the technicians name is but I saw her come in for her shift. Blonde hair. Tucked in scrubs. She was extremely rude to the pharmacist, Seqouyah, not showing him any sign of respect, speaking over him, ignoring him, talking back. I do not know how he tolerates that kind of behavior. I would have asked her to leave the pharmacy if I was the pharmacist as I was getting agitated with how he kept allowing her to berate him. That is not okay. I do not think they are aware of how loud they are in the pharmacy or how well we can hear them.
