Sometimes the line in the drive thru takes FOREVER that’s my only complaint

Not my favorite Walgreens. It feels kind of dirty, but I didn’t stay long enough to fully experience the store, simply because they did not have the items I needed in stock.

Our family has used this Walgreens since they’ve been on this corner at NW 12th & Santa Fe Ave. We really like the staff both on the floor & the pharmacy. I don’t recall ever having a bad experience there. Keep up the good work guys! ❤️❤️❤️

I walked in and the employee is LITERALLY sitting on the counter while customers where coming in and out. If I were to do that at my job I would be fired instantly! Lol they need to get it together here

I went to purchase makeup. I had coupons. The lady said I couldnt use two coupons, cover girl doesnt allow it. Wrong! I was purchasing 3 items and had two coupons. . I wasted half an hour matching them to me. Please train your cashiers tight.

There is a lady who works at this Walgreens who will talk to cartain customers for so long while she has a line to the end of the store. I’ve even had her ask me to go to a different register so she could talk to someone she had already checked out. The photo counter always has a long wait simply because they’re all in the back sitting around. It takes me almost 15-20 minutes to get in and out of this place. The guy who works the makeup counter though is very nice but has a hard time doing his real job because he’s the only one who can check people out fast enough.

Walgreens is a first-rate, top notch Pharmacy, with stores nationwide. I have been going to Walgreens for 20 years, and they always do my prescriptions accurately and promptly. I also get my flu shots there. And while Im waiting, there are lots of Handy items to shop for to save me a trip to Walmart. They have a large selection of over the counter drugs as well.

Both toilets in the ladys room were clogged. Looks like it hasnt been updated since the 80s with residential fixtures ? Gross

I’ve never been there when all the staff was’t helpful. Even if they’re stocking they ask if they can help. Pharmacy is honest and goes to bat for you when insurance has a problem. I use the app a lot and like it for reminders. If I get lazy about pickup the friendly pharmacy will call me in person. There’s a knowledgeable make up person that I really like to chat with.My only problem is that the pharmacy closes at 6:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Of course, if I’d get there earlier it wouldn’t be a problem.

They never have enough staff in the pharmacy or either they just dont care and work at turtle speed. More often than not they are rude in the pharmacy and they lie saying the Dr did not send a refill request back then I call my Dr and they never received a request. I absolutely hate Walgreens and it use to be my favorite store because it was quick and no lines like at walmart.

One of the better Walgreens on the southside. There turnover is lower and I have always enjoyed the Pharmacy staff. Even their younger techs are nice to deal with and smile when I know I wouldnt if I was having to deal with idiots like me. ;)

Tried to give me the wrong medication....Today this pharmacy tried to give me a nasal spray with a similar name as the skin cream the doctor called in for me yesterday. I told them it was a skin cream, not a nasal spray and the guy still tried to convince me that the doctor sent that Rx in. He asked me a couple of times if I wanted him to just put it back, because I didnt want it.I called my doctor and there was never a nasal spray called in. I called another walgreens and they said I didnt even have a nasal spray on file.This walgreens made a mistake that could have killed someone, if it had been a different medication.ALWAYS CHECK YOUR MEDICATION, EVEN IF ITS LABELED CORRECTLY!!!!

Walgreens can and should do better than this. Went in with a crying child attempting to get a childs throat spray. Had to wait approximately 10 minutes for help when three employees including the manager leaned on the counters up front. When time was found to collect my money I was told all they can take is cash. Kids still crying, time has been wasted all I get is a shoulder shrug. Evidently Walgreens does better else where. Not the first incident at this location. Store manager could manage a Koop aid stand.

This is a very nice store, indeed. They are more than willing to assist with any questions and check back with you when you run into a doc office / insurance SNAFU like I was in for the last month.

The pharmacist was very rude and told me I had to have my minors ID to drop off her pain meds. I called the Walgreens on 19th and got the right info and went there instead. I will not be back and will always drive the extra 2 miles to go to the one on 19th.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worse pharmacy ever. My daughter had surgery at 10 and went and filled her prescription at 11 they said it would be an hour and half, came back two hours later and said the prescriptions were wrong and that they needed to contact the doctor because of it and that it would be another hour at least. HELLO my 5 year old is in pain because you for some reason cant fill Tylenol and ibuprofen for her. Will not recommend this store to anyone I know. Absolutely ridiculous.

They cannot get it together over here. Each time I come they have long wait times even when not busy. Also they NEVER have the prescription ready even if you turned it in 10 days in advance and they ALWAYS give me the WRONG date to pickup. I asked for a manager and was given John Halleren who is a regular tech. Been waiting forever already again today. The tatoos lady named Julia in the drive thru is very RUDE. I am calling corp.
