I love this place! Me and my daughter go here all the time! The workers are so nice and the prices are super cheap for the cute selection!They sell clothing of all kind. Most of the clothes are womens but they have a small mens section too. The selection is usually t-shirts, long sleeves, tanks, crop tops, jeans, bags, shoes, earrings, other jewelry, scarves etc.The workers are so nice and are always there to help. There are available dressing rooms and super cute clothes for super cheap prices. (For example Converse high tops for twenty dollars!)I definitely suggest you go here if you have a friend, a daughter, or literally anyone who loves cute and fashionable clothing.Five stars for sure! This place deserves more love cause its so great! I wish I could give it more stars!!!

I found the cutest clothes here. They have so many selections, sizes and have so so many cute earrings. Ill be back for sure. The girls working there when I went in were awesome. Ill get there name next time. They were so helpful. Definitely a 5 star if not 10!😄

Super friendly staff!

Pretty frustrating when you take ton of name brand clothes in and get offered $11. A pair of Miss Me jeans were in the stack of clothes they wanted too. Second, I came home and found out they didn’t even go through the whole box. What’s the point in bringing my clothes when you only pick through some of them? You missed out on some really nice clothes due to not taking the time to unfold them.

This Daisy location always offers me such a great deal on clothes I just dont wear anymore! I usually just get store credit because I find so many great deals while Im in the store. Its super organized and everything is always displayed so cute. You can tell how much thought goes into the merchandising and I love that. I even find great deals for my husband too. Keep up the good work!

I would love to give this 5 stars but I have just a couple call outs. The store is always hot! If I’m trying on clothes then I do not want to sweat long before I can even get into a fitting room. Second, don’t get me wrong, I love supporting local Christian stores but the music is a tad outdated. Maybe turn it up and add some more pop to get these young kids more perky. Kids shopping want to have fun doing so. I’m a retail GM and I try to get my kids more bouncy and happy to sell more.

My girlfriend and I went in near closing time. She and I bought a decent amount of clothing. She purchased a pair of jeans and didnt try them on. She needed to return them and went back the very next morning with the receipt. The policy for return is very strict, but they werent trying to give good service and let her even exchange for something else and its virtually impossible to get the same thing in a different size from a consignment shop. They ended up giving her like a $4 store credit for a pair of jeans shed paid $25 for the previous night before closing. And the manager wasnt even apologetic, nor did she care. Ive worked customer service most of my life and I wanted to verbally assault her. Ive not been back and vowed to tell everyone else about it. I just discovered this and even though they have some good deals Ill never go back!!!!!!

I havent shopped here a lot, but Im specifically reviewing the portion of their business that involves them buying used clothes. I wouldnt recommend taking used clothes here. I took a lot of clothes there and got $3 for two items. It was a waste of time and not at all worth the time/effort to get there or the wait to have them sorted through. I fully expected that some of them would not be accepted due to wear. I expected some of them were only donation worthy. But there were some nice clothes that I had only worn a few times - no stains or holes that they gave back due to wear. I also called in advance to inquire the level of quality they require and was told they would look through anything, which doesnt indicate fairly new clothes are unacceptable. So, unless youre clothes are almost brand new and youre willing to take $1.5 for each of them, save yourself the effort and post them online or donate them somewhere.

They will only take the newest clothes you have. Dont bother washing and folding a bunch of clothes to take in. If you wouldnt see it on the rack at Target theyre not likely to want it. Except for mens clothes where their standard is far more relaxed.Much quicker than other places at sorting through what youve brought in.

Awesome deals on clothes. Guys resale clothing is hard to find, but Daisy Exchange Moore always has a ton of great stuff. My favorite tees and sweatshirts come from here. They also pay better than other resale stores.

I havent been to this consignment but I have been to plenty in my life and for anyone that is upset that they dont get 50-80% of what they originally paid, DONT go to a consignment shop then, donate them to the poor or less fortunate. Ive been in a many situations,years ago, when I needed to sell clothing to make ends meet. That was MY PROBLEM, not anyone elses. Remember you are employing people, paying to keep the store lights on, the rent paid and keeping a business open. That is the point! They then also have to sell these items to make a profit to pay for all of these things I just mentioned. Dont get upset just because YOU set your expectations WAY TOO HIGH. Its called Free Will. Your free to accept or decline what they offer but they are by no means required to purchase your treasured junk! Thank you opening a business and employing people. We need more of this in our communities.

Dont write this place off based on the reviews! Almost all of the 1 star reviews are people complaining they werent offered more money for what they tried to sell, completely ignoring the fact that this is a great place to BUY clothing.These people should know that selling clothes second hand is not a good way to make cash and they should not be expecting $20 for their old shirt that the store is going to sell for $8. Daisy exchange couldnt afford to offer its prices (most stuff is under $10) if they payed everyone retail price for what they bring in.Its a great place for college students like myself, who cant afford $80 shirts, to get affordable, fashionable clothes. They have a good selection and great prices. Dont let a bunch of unhelpful trolls scare you away from good deals.

Two stars because they sell clothes for cheap, otherwise Id give them one star for the mere fact that their buy back prices are ridiculously low, why bother even making the trip up to the store to see if you can make a little money when youve got a brand new fur lined coat that retails for $100 and they offer $11? I found this place snooty....I brought in several pairs of 16W pants...very nice paid 40-60 said they werent what they put in their stores.Also brought a large bag of shoes with like 25 pairs of shoes, they only looked at the first couple of pairs, didnt even look at them all and snubbed me and said we cant use any of these. I buy nice shoes too...usually high end $45-$70Wonder if the owners know how these people are treating their customers....I wouldnt recommend them to anyone...And when I walked around the store, my items were nicer than some of the things they carry...

Bought my mom two pairs of 90$ Nike shoes she only wore once (literally, which annoyed me since I spent my money on them lol) . She took them to daisy exchange and they offered her $20 FOR BOTH ! i do understand this store SELLS things for cheap so buying items for $20-$30 each is not really helpful to them but a more clarification on what to bring would be much help, let people know bringing a bag full of name brand clothing or name brand shoes, that they might have spent $100+ dollars on, that they might only receive $20 for, if that ... it saves a trip, gas and time . My moms shoes both still LOOKED brand new, she’s an older woman who isn’t hard on shoes AT ALL . no scuffs, dirt marks, holes, fading, no odor !!

They took only about 2 minutes to look through 2 huge bins and a box full of 100s of clothing item. They accepted nothing. I called them 3 time prior to coming & said they dont care about seasonal clothing, colors, etc. Yet, when I arrived, after spending gas, time & engery- to respect on making them look well & acceptable. Some were new with tags still on them. They took no time at all looking through the 100s of items I had to sell. Not worth going there. It amazes me how they are still in business. Dont shop there or EVEN TRY TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES- BC THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM NO MATTER THE CONDITION.

I took my daughter here a couple days ago for the first time, was not impressed at all. Didn’t see any trendy items like they advertise. Some stuff was way overpriced Selling Walmart brand for $8 you can find it at the store for that. Some stuff was a good deal. Didn’t come off as a friendly atmosphere, wasn’t greeted at all which you would expect from a place that was dead. Looking at past reviews I don’t really like how the manager responds to people seems like there’s always a excuse. Won’t be back and I would advise my family & friends not to come as well.

As a man, I love shopping at Daisy Exchange both for me and my kids. All the cloths are so organized and the way the store is laid out, I can get in and out quick, which is important to me. Its a great place to find low prices on quality items that are gently used.

I had a good experience the first time I went there but the past few times it has been horrible. They turned down Miss Me, Kate Spade and Nike brand items all in great condition. I browsed the store and there are hardly ANY name brand items in there. Honestly the only top brand I saw really was Nine West and it was one pair of heels. The purses, wallets, accessories and 80% of the clothing were cheap Daisy Exchange stuff you could get at a flea market. I wont be going back.

The money they offer you to buy your clothes is a slap in the face. Its clear not one single person that works here knows what it is to buy high end name brand clothing. Yes, i am well aware I was not going to get what I paid for the shirts I was looking to get rid of, but I am better off just keeping them! TO sum it up, Awful customer service, and looking to only RIP people off.

I went in today to sell some of my stuff, and right as I walk in I just felt judged. The girl told me it wouldn’t take long so I walked around for about 30 min and thought to myself if they take this stuff, then they will definitely take mine. Finally get called, and was told “sorry, but we don’t take anything over xl so we have too pass.” Standing there feeling embarrassed, and definitely being judged my the three workers was something I hope no girl over xl ever has too feel. I will just donate to my local woman’s shelter from now on instead of ever stepping foot in daisy exchange ever again, and I hope you do too.Update: I was definitely at the Moore location around 2pm yesterday!! Asked for my ID and everything! Just goes to show that you didn’t even go through my items if I wasn’t in the system. I did change my name to update my google account, Cassie Jane. Yes, you take over xl for men, but not woman! I walked around the whole store about 5 times and didn’t not see any girls plus size clothing.

This place is great if you want to look like you went to the mall two years ago and want to fit in with all the kids at high school. The manager/owner only buys clothes that have name brands, with no account for style or taste. hes just trying to make money. On top of that he was rude to us and his employees, denigrating a high school girl for her fashion sense!

Daisy exchange is a great store to buy name brand, gently used, mens and womens clothing and shoes at a fair price, you can also sell items to them. They give about 25%-35% value.

Do Not take your designer clothing in there. I brought in brand new miss me jeans, vs pink, AE, Nike, GUCCI. Blouses from boutiques. Most of the items still had the price tags on them & I got offerd a insulting number for the things they wanted. I looked around and most of the clothes were stuff you would see at a flea market, they had T-shirt’s & cheap jewelry. They even had Walmart’s brand faded glory lol. This place has really gone down. I use to shop here when I was younger, & they always had designer stuff. Now looks like they don’t even like trendy items. Will not ever be coming back. Take your stuff to Plato’s they will give you a reasonable offer and actually look through all your belongings.

I have been to the Moore one twice. The first time I found a bunch of cute stuff and got a great deal. service was okay. last time, however I had brought a bag of miss me, and big star shirts along with a few of my little brothers name brand shirts. The staff took forever to look at them, crumpled them up and threw them back in the bag and told me they couldnt take them. The staff was horribly snide. looking through the store I noticed that the prices had been raised considerably and alot of it was NOT what they claim to except.

Their mens section is small, but they have fantastic deals on all the popular brands.

They didnt show me which things they wanted or how many but offered me $11 store credit. Said my hurley, american eagle shirts were faded. EXTREMLY RUDE!!!! Workers have no customer servive what so ever. They threw my things around and took forever to look at my items i brought in. I love the store but the mgr there as completly unprofessional and has no ppl skills. I was a loyal customer for a couple of yrs and the way she handled a simple misunderstanding, idk if i will ever go back to that store. You would think as a mgr, one would have the ability to conduct themselves in a professional matter, well sadly not at this store. I appreciate all the girls who went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience at daisy was a pleasant one but with that mgr me and my $200-$300 a month will take my business somewhere else, platos closet or another daisy but not the Moore location.

First and foremost guys look at the number of stars this establishment has...2.4 out of 5. If this were a school class that would be an F. Next, there are more 1 star reviews than any other so that should tell you something. If there were only a couple reviews with this number then this would hold no validity but as you can see thats not the case. I will be the 25th review I believe. Now...I will start out by saying that if you are looking to bring in clothes or shoes in exchange for cash and your merchandise is nice or of any value DONT DO IT!!!! Let me illustrate my point here. I brought in 3 pairs of shoes. One pair of shoes happens to be a designer brand casual pair and was still in the box and never worn that I paid 100$ for. The other pair was an athletic pair that I paid 140$ brand new. The 3rd pair was a really nice looking pair that I had bought in Paris France for 200$ still in great condition which apparently they didnt even want lol although I still wouldve taken a fraction of what they were actually worth. I brought in 10 pairs of jeans ranging from 100$-300$/piece. Im not sure the exact shirt count but there was at least 10 trendy nice button ups ranging anywhere from 50$-200$. Several nice designer t-shirts and a couple of nice light zip-up jackets. Ive calculated what I spent on the said merchandise brand new to be close to 2000$!! Some of the shirts had never been worn and still had tags on them. Now trust me I understand thats what I paid brand new and now most are used and Im not entitled to get even 50% what I paid. I get that. But even pawn shops (everyone knows how big a rip-off those places are) will give you around 20-25% what you originally paid. While the young lady was going through my things I was taking a look around the store and got an idea of what they resold certain brands/items for. Are you ready for what the greedy young lady offered me for items that I had originally spent almost 2k on??!80 freaking dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about a slap in the face. I was shocked. I honestly had a figure in my head of around 200$ that they might offer me which is only 10% of what I paid and keep in mind everything was still in good if not great condition. Hell, the girl shouldve offered me 80$ for just the 2 pairs of shoes and a couple items of clothing!! The thing that bothers me the most is what they will resale the merchandise for and how much they will make off of it. They are ripping people off people. For example they will resale a pair of jeans similar to the ones I brought in for 20$-30$ when all they give for them is a dollar or two. What a markup! Maybe Im in the wrong business haha. All this place is looking to do is take advantage of people at those expense not thinking to make it good and reasonable for both parties. GREED!! I have no respect for people like that and if you others out there feel the same way then please do not give these people your business. In my opinion, the only way you should get rid of anything there is if youre absolutely desperate for money and even at that you may be able to take the $$ they give you for your merchandise and go down the street to the nearest convenience for a gallon of gas. To sum it all up, this place is a major rip-off with incompetent employees working there which is a story for another day. Hope this helps guys if youre looking to go there.

Awful experience! I brought in brands lilke Rock Revival, Rue 21, AE, etc. She barely went thru a 1/4 of my items and calls me back up. She then tells me that they dont want any of my items that they dont fit their look. What a joke! Dont go there!

The service is ridiculous! The whole entire staff is extremely rude! Like everyone elses reviews, they wouldnt take my Aeropostale and Hollister shirts. I had many shirts that I had only worn once or twice. Still had the tags on some and they still wouldnt take them. But then I find Target and Walmart clothing on the racks. The store is too crowded because they fill every single spot up with cheap clothes. The used shoes they buy from people are nasty and dirty. They mainly only buy XS and Ss. I can never find anything in my size because Im not a XS or Small. They will put cheap jeans on the Designer Jeans so people will be tricked into buying them. They sell those fake Miss Me jeans for $80! $80 for a pair of jeans that are going to fall apart in about 3 months! They staff give you dirty looks like you shouldnt be in there and just stand behind the counter the whole time gossiping.I dont even go there anymore. The one on NW Expressway has nice workers that are willing to help you find things. I always make the drive all the way out there. DAISY EXCHANGE IN MOORE SUCKS!
