This lady right here took forever just to change tires Im talking 2 tires and it took her a hour since she wanted just stand and talk . I mean come on you had a lot of people waiting be respectful to your clients..

It was a very good and quick stop to get my oil changed.

900 miles from home had a camper tire blow out and already used my spare on a blowout earlier in the trip. Tried to purchase new tires (4) and a new spare. Wal-Mart only had 2 tires to offer - better than none but would not mount because the camper doesnt fit in the shop. 900 miles from home slept in their parking lot waiting for them to open and they say they cant help me because the camper doesnt fit inside and they wont touch it outside.... Worst excuse of a tire shop I ever heard of.

Had a tire balanced, and it only cost $12. The wait was long, but in the end I was happy.

I came in at 11:30, it’s now 2:00pm and my tire patch is still not done. They pulled in two cars that were behind me in the bay and working on them. I don’t think that’s very professional or customer care based at all. After waiting two hours, I finally asked how much longer it would be and they said they were still looking for the hole… well if they had gotten my truck in before all the others behind me, it wouldn’t be two hours later. I am now leaving with them not even fixing the tire.

Even tho it was a typical trip to walmart spend to long and waste money the tire shop at this 1 was fast considering i had all 4 tires changed and oil change. While some walmarts offer leas then qaulity service this 1 in moore oklahoma was great today

Hours are not advertised on the business and are incorrectly advertised on your website. You owe it to your customers to advertise correct hours. Eight cars waiting at 8am for service but you don’t open until 9am now. Very irresponsible! Also, the shop should be open promptly at 9am, not just lifting up your bay doors and opening up. They didn’t start writing tickets until 9:10am. Also, this store clearly has a problem with staffing the auto center. The employees openly vented their frustrations about it to me. This auto service center has really gone downhill. If their is a service manager I’ve never seen him or her. This is a very poorly managed auto center. Store management should really take a hard look at this auto center - it needs an overhaul.

Horrible customer service....rude and snippy

They have no idea what their doing. I was told they could mount a tire and tube on a 13 lawnmower rim by the supervisor. I show up and the techs say they cant. That plus I walked in and was told to go back out to the canopy. The 3 techs inside were so busy goofing off and telling stories after 5 minutes I had to walk up and ask 1 if anyone worked the canopy. That was the same one that said they dont do these tires. Their equipment is no different than Discount Tire and they did my last one so I will never go back to Walmart Tire again. Evidently they lack the skill to do What Discount Tire can do. that or their just lazy and dont want to be interrupted while telling tall stories.

240 & Santa Fe sent me to Moore cuz they were supposed to have all 4 tires i was gonna get in stock however that was a wild goose chase cuz come to find out they didnt even carry the size of tire in the brand they quoted me! Wal Mart Auto Centers are awful! 😵💯

I have been told by many people and friends that they had something messed or done incorrectly here. Also the wait times are unheard of, my wife went with her friend here for an oil change, there was only 1 car ahead of her, they had 4 techs working and they told her 2 hours for the wait time. They could have hired different people/trained people by now I guess, because this took place months back, but I definitely would not go there or recommend anyone else to.

I dont know about other services but when it comes to tires I will not be going there again. Guys in shop dont know how to put a spare tire back in the correct place. They insist that a piece is broke. There isnt. It works just fine. If my husband and I can get a tire secured and lowered from the spare tire area why cant four mechanics do it? Ordered tires from them. Took days to come in and then my husband and I had to call at separate times and speak to managers before we could get a straight answer as to whether they had them or not.

Got here at 7. Its 9. Just watching the guys stand around talking instead of actually changing the oil. Must be rough. Next time just go to oil Express. Takes 10 minutes. Theyre friendlier. And they dont say it always takes 2 hours to change oil on Saturday. Didnt know Saturday meant work slower for no reason.

Here now, and hours have apparently been changed again without notice. Website currently says open at 8AM but sign says 9AM.

Single tire change on a Sunday. Told to wait 4 hours. Lol

After waiting an hour and a half, I saw the vehicle behind mine checking out. After 2 hours of waiting for them just to change one tire and rotate/balance all of them... I looked in the garage to see if my car was pulled in yet. It appeared they were only working on one car. I asked if theyd started on my car trying to get an estimate of the wait. I was assured they were working on it, but after asking that they check... Nope. Not at all. Miscommunication.My car hadnt been touched!I said if its going to be another 2 hours of waiting, then Ill just buy the tire and leave.They charged me the tire disposal fee with the tire I bought, yet they didnt do anything.At least the tire was on sale.Took the tire to Express Oil to see if they could do the tire. Had the oil change, wipers changed and tire changed all in under an hour.Wow. Just Wow.

The hours are wrong and they dont let you come in the back door at the Auto Care Center!

Would be nice if they actually opened up 7am like they claim. Every time I go there’s always a line and they don’t start coming out getting cars in until about 715

Friendly service from both the mechanics and the counter staff. Got 2 new tires and payed a little more than I liked but they were ready quickly.

My tire had been going flat after a few days of airing it up. I asked the mechanic to check on it for me. He said that the tire was loose around the rim so he tightened it. A few days later, the tire was flat again. I took it to Hibdon Tires Plus and there was a screw in my tire and that they told me nothing was tightened. They charged me for services that they did not perform and their work was inadequate. Go to a professional, not mechanics from Walmart.

Not a good place to change oil. Every second time this place can do it, other times I been told they have no tools, car sits too low etc...Dont waste your time!

Glad they have reopen for service. While it was not quick, 70 min for an oil change. It was through and nothing was skipped.

They recycle used motor oil. Are friendly and typically quick to get you taken care of.

They spilt oil everywhere and they messed up my tires took it to Kwik Kar and they fixed it right up. Go to Kwik Kar instead of Moore walmart.

Laziest department I have ever seen. Took over an hour and a 1/2 to fix a flat. Ossory fused to rotate tires due to one of them wasnt purchased from them

They stayed late to make sure I had a ride to work in the morning.

Had all new tires put on & 6 months later I come to have a tire checked out that keeps losing air & after making me wait 2 hours they tell me nothing is wrong with it & that I was never charged for balancing so I will be eventually charged for that !? The warranty is pointless, will be sticking with discount tires from now on
