The staff are more than willing to go out if their way to answer questions and offer the best service possible! My last few visits (been frequently returning) I was helped with buying the best products rather than the most expensive ones. The Gentleman walked out to my car helped answer some questions and even gave some pointers and suggestions to me about what may help with my project! Love this place!

Came in earlier tonight to get two sensors for my mothers Chevrolet HHR, I called two other parts store & both tried to tell me the sensors was the same, I knew better, when I called Advanced Auto Parts the guy working knew exactly what I was talking about, I picked them up & now im all set to get this fix took care of, thank you to the guy that was working tonight.

When your have 2 older vehicles, this is home away from home.

My vehicles service engine light was coming on intermittently. Advance Auto offers a free service that will read the computer code which will perhaps indicate a minor fluid issue or a part that I can easily replace. This free service could ultimately save me hundreds of dollars.

They sold a item that had to be ordered . Well the item had to be paid for in advance then the item wasnt even in stalk. They had to have the core and when 4 days latter when they didnt have the item in stalk They had done sent the core off and had to get it back. And didnt even have the money on the till to give me back so all in all I lost 2 weeks waiting on the part that wasnt coming then waiting on my core and money return so my experience with this auto parts store was very upsetting

Very nice place. Most of the time I go here, they have what I need in stock at lower than retail prices (saving usually 5 dollars compared to other places on average). Also, nice people and fairly big store.

Had a great experience needed a blower motor for my 2004 GMC sierra with buying online pickup in Store it was worth the drive from Blanchard, Ok to Moore 75.61 vs 95.00 dollars at Oreillys or Autozone!! That price even beat rock auto with the price of Shipping receiving it the same day now i have Air conditioning in my truck!! Thanks Advance auto parts!!

I had never had a parts store try to screw me over like they did until today. Literally 0 interest in trying to help me with a warranty, all effort went to getting me out the door to leave them alone no matter how calm and polite I was. I understand there is corporate policy, I work at a parts store but the customer comes first. I will never make another purchase at any Advance. They sold me the wrong product that was over priced, had no interest in honoring theyre own warranty, inaccurately tested my battery. ALSO FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING A PART OF THEIRS, YOU WILL HAVE TO WARRANTY IT THROUGH THE STORE OF PURCHASE. ADVANCE DOES NOT HAVE A COLLECTIVE WARRANTY DATABASE. just an fyi.

I hope your experience will be better than mine. Note: this is only one location, not every location is like this.My experiences at this specific Advanced has been horrible. I have gone in many times, and now I will never go back because of how wrong they are. I went in for a cabin air filter, they didnt have one in stock, so they shipped one to their store which took about 2 hours. It didnt fit, so I went back in and they could only give me back a gift card to their store. I paid cash and now I am stuck with a gift card?Then I needed a right daily drive light, I bring the bulb in and say I need this... They go over and look, they pick up the bulb and I pay for it. The bulb I pulled out had a right angle connector, and the one I bought was straight. How do you screw that up!There was another time that I cant remember but needless to say I will always be going to AutoZone from now on.

Advance Auto Parts is a very good auto parts store. They carry a vast selection of auto parts for all makes and models of American cars. You can get your part in just a few minutes and be on the go. They also have lots of other car care items. If youre looking for a good place to get Auto Parts, there arent very many places better than vents.

Fir the most part the people are knowledgeable and helpful, theyll even come to your car and help you install a battery or headlight, military discount. In this day and age its a rarity to see a store whose employees know their business and seam to genuinely care about the customer. If they dont have the part theyll have it shipped in from an other store, usually same day

Very helpful. I went in trying to get some touch up paint for my vehicle. They didnt have what I needed. The employee assisted me for like 30 minutes, as we browsed the inventory, and did online research as we tried to find the correct paint

The crew there up to the manager are very helpful and pleasant experience that Ive had with them I bought many parts from them and always seem to be very helpful this is my number one store and buying parts the staff has a very good attitude always helping me out when Im in need Ill parts. The food is all A1 great. The workers are very nice making sure you have everything you need very delicious and awesome.

Its fine if you just need new wiper blades, but I went in to get a new battery and a discount on the pro-rated warranty from my old one. Ugh! What a pain! I went after work, so the day manager was leaving and quickly told the kid what to do instead of staying and helping me. 55 minutes later, I finally had my $55 refund. Hardly worth it.

They were very helpful, I had bought an alternator in Pryor, ok because I had concerns of it going out on a road trip. It lasted fine and this location gave me a refund without any trouble (4 hours away from where I bought it) excellent service and friendly staff

Worse place ever!! I bought a new MAP SENSOR for my 1991 4.9l...My truck had some hesitation...After the install the truck would not run... it started one time, bogged out and died.. I installed the original and it started back, still had the hesitation obviously but anyways...Since it wouldnt run my truck I ordered a OEM part for 180$ with plans to just return the part... THAT WASNT FOR MY TRUCK, IT WOULDNT EVEN IDLE...I was told since its an electrical part all they can do is exchange it... so Im out 40$ on a crappy map sensor that dont even work for my truck....Oreillys, autozone, and Napa take way better care of their customers.. Ive been in this spot with them before and they took very good care of me and all their customers...

I have a horrible memory, I think get name is Nicky, I believe shes a manager. She went well above and beyond to get the parts for my volkswagen after I had tried ALL the other stores. She succeeded and made it happen. As a mechanic for almost 20yrs and always using a certain other store, this is my new place for parts.
