I wanted to wait a few days before making my post because I wasnt in a great mood when we picked up our vehicle. To be fair, Norman got hit with a crazy hail storm and put all the local auto body shops in a bad spot. I was between 2 and 3 stars but I chose to give them 3 because the quality of work was satisfactory, most of the staff we encountered were friendly and polite, and what pushed it from 2 to 3 stars was when our auto insurance stopped paying for our rental, CW agreed to help us out with this and I do appreciate that.Now for the negatives: the time it took to complete, even with how severe this storm was, ended up being way past what we were told. Originally I was led to believe it would take about 4-6 weeks for completion. It ended up being 10 weeks. That is a minus 1 star. But really the thing that bugged me the most is the communication at this place. It was very poor with the only exception being the front desk girl who was very nice and polite and always did what she could to help us. Everyone else just seemed like it was too much of an inconvenience to pick up the phone or send a weekly email to let me know the progress (which was slow). They admitted to this multiple times but it never really got better. I would say most if not all of their staff should do some trainings in this area because thats really the biggest complaint I had. Anyways, I cant in good conscience recommend them and wont be using them again. But you can make your own decisions.
I was hesitant choosing Collision works because it’s such a large business and I tend to go to small family owned places. So I chose here because they could get me in the fastest. But they have blown me away. They are so helpful from the beginning. They handled my insurance, rental car, switching locations, switching damages being fixed, got me in, dealt with my issues, drove me to get my rental car since no one was answering there, and now assisted me in another issue that came up. This was all things they didn’t have to do for me. They could’ve said you’re on your own and got their check but they didn’t. The receptionist and Ricky are the 2 I’ve talked to and helped me and they were amazing! I will definitely recommend this business and use them in the future as well.
After the hail storm, I went to Collision Works. Ricky did a phenomenal job of getting my truck fixed, and much quicker than anticipated. He also worked with my insurance to make sure there were no issues. Highly recommended.
Collision works in Moore, I would highly recommend. They fixed up my car like it was brand new and fully detailed it! Very professional and friendly people.

Repairs took over 6 weeks. I got my car back and it’s still pulling to the right with the alignment and makes some weird squeaky sound as your driving the car. Th. The back seat of the car had stuff everywhere because they were looking for something they couldn’t find and didn’t bother to put it back. The whole process was a complete waste of time. Communication was horrible. The 2 guys working on 8/9 lied to my face and my fathers face who is a Veteran, about someone testing the car but obviously did not or else my car would. be still pulling to the right. If the car wasn’t 100% fixable, why not just tell the insurance company!!! This has been a stressful and full of anxiety process.
I have had my Mustang in their shop twice since they have become Collision Works (instead of Flairs). BOTH times they were professional, kept me updated about the process, and had my car ready to go within the time they indicated. BOTH times they also did a WONDERFUL job on my 2015 Mustang making her look and feel brand new again while at the same time fighting my insurance company to get the necessary and needed work done appropriately. Todd was great to work with and made sure i knew what was going on at all times. I will definitely take any one of our other vehicles to them to fix as I couldnt be more happy with the work they did on my car.

The recent hail storm in Norman shattered the back window glass of my vehicle. I took it for a drive thru appraisal at Collision Works of Moore, and Ricky and his service team were able to get it in right away. They had it repaired within a week! I was stranded without a vehicle, so I so appreciate their timely service - thank you!!

Did a wonderful job! I have basically a brand new car. They were extremely respectful and even when I was a pain in the butt coming in really flustered Katie and Misty both are very good at communicating! Wonderful people did a GREAT job with my vehicle. Engine mount and transmission mount among many other things, they do exceptional body work! I feel confident I can put another 100,000 miles on the front end.

Had a window issue with my 99 Eldorado. When they gave me their estimate and warned me parts for this car are rare and difficult to find. When they did the work unfortunately this was the case. They did successfully adjust my door which solved most of the problem and their generosity it saved me money. In their eyes what they did was short of the mark. Not in mine. They waived the charges said they didnt do much. They did more than they know. Thanks

Though my experience was initially very frustrating the people over at Flair, specifically Katy were absolutely fantastic about fixing the issue and getting my car too me. They went above and beyond to apologize and fix the problem, even going so far as to bring my car to me! I couldnt be happier with the professionalism shown by the staff and their willingness to make things right. The work done to the car looks perfect as well, like the day I bought it. So a rough start but a perfect finish to the whole experience. Hopefully I wont need body repair in the future but if I do then I certainly feel confident in Flair taking care of me and my family.
Flair Body Works took care of my car in a very timely and professional manner. The work done to fix a large ding on the driver door was outstanding. The repaired door is like new. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

I have had several cars worked on here several times, but I wont be going back ever again. Two visits ago, the replacement bumper had a spot where the clear coat ran.The last time was after the really bad hail storm in 2010. It took them a while to get it repaired (understandably due to high volume). The exterior work was fine, but the interior was a joke.The roof replacement required the roof liner to be removed and reinstalled. They broke the dome light, but stuck it back in place like nothing happened. Worse, the sun visor clips had been broken, so they simply screwed the brackets in place (screws showing)! It looks very tacky. *I* could have done a cleaner, more professional job.When I confronted them about this, they promised to order replacements. I called back a few weeks later; they claimed the parts were still on order and theyd call me when they came in. They never called; I gave up; I wont go back.
I have always took my car there and had a great experience never happened to return to have something redone. They are the best Body Shop.
This is the first time I have had a auto body repair done on time. I have had several repairs done at 3 other body shops, all in Norman, and this is the best repair and best customer service I have ever experienced. John, my service advisor, was the most professional person and made the whole process painless. Great place and I highly recommend them to anyone. I was hesitant from reading the other reviews, but since I had a bad experience at other shops I took a chance. Glad I did.
BEWARE-I took my 2000 Jaguar XK8 to Flair to replace a window regulator and while in their shop the mechanic broke a part (solenoid on pump that works the top) and Flair wanted $7,200 to fix what they broke! Since then they will not talk to me and will not allow me to speak with the owner which I am told is Katy Haney and Katy will not discuss this with me. They did $7,200 in damage to my car and now totally ignore and hide from me. I have filed a report with the BBB.
I originally had my doubts with this shop due to miscommunication about a part for a taillight replacement.Upon seeing my dissatisfaction, Brandon took it upon himself to correct issue. Brandon was patient and understanding: he truly cared about my situation. He made sure the correct part was ordered. He even installed the taillight in front of me!A+ service from an A+ shop!
We had a wonderful experience with Flair. We took out lacrosse in on Wednesday and on friday itbwas ready. Not only was it ready but they cleaned it for us as well. We have used flair for many years and they continue to never disappoint! Thanks so much for excellent service.
Ive done business with Flair in Moore several times (6) never an issue until this last time and it was hell! The guy I had always worked with is no longer there. I dont know if I will go back!

My son went in to get an estimate. He was given an estimate that was completely wrong. They didnt put in all the parts and the part prices, from there apparently extremely outdated database, were not even close to accurate (close to a 50% difference in cost). They didnt call to confirm the difference in price before ordering and never called when the parts came in. The staff were completely unprofessional and had no interest in customer service. We were charged a restocking fee for their mistakes and lack of professionalism. Shop elsewhere if you need work done on your vehicle.

Worst buisness experience I have had in my life time. They tried to cut corners to save them money on repairs with the hopes I didnt notice. The paint job was so poor it couldnt even withstand vinyl decals to be removed without peeling the paint. A 4 day day job took 3 months with excuse after excuse until finally we had to take them to court. I want to share my experience with everyone to get the word out that they are NOT as reputable as they seem.
I took my Jeep Compass to Flairs on June 5, 2012. They chipped the paint on my right quarter panel and claimed that I was going to get an appearance allowance from insurance company G***o. I called my insurance and they assured me that there is no such thing. I asked Chip repeatedly to repair my vehicle properly. He informed me that his technician could do all he could do and that his hands were tied. Why wouldnt they just painted it, I dont understand. My insurance company said that procedure was for flairs to submit a supplement on any damages made by them during repairs and that the insurance would provide payment directly to them. If this is the case did Flairs keep the money and hope that I wouldnt notice? Bad business! Bad service! Bad quality! Bad conduct! Bad Bad Bad.
Eric is nothing but rude and a liar. Kept changing my pick up date a total of 4xs. Ive gone there once before and dealt with someone and had a wonderful experience but sadly Eric has put a bad taste in my mouth. Im a big promotor on local business but I will be choosing elsewhere next time.

Customer Service...Second to NONE(period). They treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door! Their repair work is both affordable and professionally done! I had a unique situation due to my place of employment and couldnt drop off my Jeep during normal business hours and they were quick to provide a remedy, having one of their repair technicians come in a wait for me (on his day off), I was running late however, he patiently waited and we even had a good 20 minute conversation while waiting on my ride. Never once did he appear like I was inconveniencing him or upset that he had to come in on his day off. And I can truthfully say that kind of service and friendly atmosphere runs throughout this high-caliber organization. Poor quality work. I had to decline accepting my vehicle 5 times when they told me it was ready but inspection revealealed poor workmanship and body alignment problems. I finally accepted my vehicle even though the body alighnment is still not correct and vehicle badges are not aligned the some on both sides of the vehicle. Very dissappointed in the response I got from their Quality Control person which was there is only so much the parts can be adjusted. That is a cop-out excuse for poor workmanship.
I had a bumper for a car repainted here after a minor accident. Less than six months later the paint begin falling off in big chunks. I brought the car back and showed them the issue. They stated that the paint job did not come with a warranty and i would have to pay for them to fix the issue. NOT a happy customer. I would suggest taking your business some place else.
I will recommend flair body works to everyone. I called around different body shops every person tht answered where either short with me and made me feek as if they where to busy for my business. But flair acknowledge my concern for my car extremely nice and wanted to do business with me. My honda was in bad shape almost totaled out my honda was in there shop for almost a month which how bad i was hit u would think it would take much longer. When i came to pick my honda civic up it looked like i never was in a car wreck i mean it is perfect the 2 lil strips tht go around my car jus perfect i was really impressed i will continue to do business with them and anyone tht needs a good body shop Flair Body Works is the plc to go i promise they will not let u down oh and u get a lifetime warranty for ur vehicle priceless but its done so right i wont need to use it lifetime warranty now u kno they good cause u wont every have to use it bc they do it right the first time. Yall rock at Flair Body Works thank yall so much

Took this place over a month to get my truck repaired after the tornado damage when they told me it was done after 3 weeks. I went to pick my truck up and they didnt even paint my door jambs, left un cured bondo around my door handles, over sprayed all over my frame and under carriage, left broken glass in my seats and glove box. I could go on all day with the terrible shape they tried to return my vehicle to me in. Two weeks later they say its done, I go to pick it up and notice they didnt fix my broken passenger side window and they left the inserts to my front doors out. The truck still has many flaws in the paint and many orange peel spots due to improper prep and painting. Take your car somewhere else, these guys are amateurs.
Worst place ever do not take your car in that place. They are scammers and will take your insurance agent for everything and you l. Eric and the owner of that place are very disrespectful. I took my suv back to them after spending 4,700$ on just the bumber. The bumber needed some work after they had worked on it and refused to fix the problem. After they work on it i pull out and my bumber was still hitting my tires they hadnt even finished the work that needed to be done.. all in all worse business ever will not ever take my suv back to them.
