Extremely quick service! I dropped off the car at 9am, on a holiday, and received a call that it was ready at 1pm. The work is great and they were able to take the vehicle over to a detail shop for a full detail as well. The two guys I spoke with were extremely polite and great with communicating time frames and expectations.

They repaired my 2014 GT500 in two days from drop off to pick up. They got every single hail dent out (2k in damages) and even corrected some manufacturer imperfections. Very friendly, welcoming and worked very easily with me and my insurance. Thunder Dent repair has better customer service and quality work standards than anywhere Ive gone to get new tires, an oil change or even just a an alignment. It was my first time there and I felt like there number one customer.

Thunder Dent Repair has been amazing. The owners and staff went above and beyond to take care of my truck getting all the dents taken care of and making the truck look new again instead of a golf ball texture. I just had a very big dent repaired here. It was about the size of a softball on the front of my hood, maybe a little bigger. The convenience at this shop was fantastic. Just OUTSTANDING !! Work was done to high degree of detail, promptly and finished when they said it would be. Car was washed, wiped down and tires shined for pick up. Clint even met me on a weekend AM to release my car as to have for Mon. AM work. Shop was very clean & smoke free. Will be the first call made if need hail repair in future. Great job guys !!!

Hopefully we will get if fixed quickly.It was quite the ordeal when I got hail damage on my 2015 Jeep Renegade. Thunder Dent Repair paid for my rental (awesome!!!!). However, because my car was very new it took almost 2 months to get everything taken care of.Pros: vehicle looks as if the hail damage never happenedpaid for my rentaltried to get everything taken care of in a timely mannerCons: paint appears to be over-buffed (lots of swirl marks). My vehicle is black, which shows everythingbut this was disappointing.the outsourced headliner came back looking not so good. I know this is not really thunder dentrepairs fault, but they put it on me to try and get it fixed. they should ultimately be responsible.rear spoiler was damaged when my car was returned to me (they did get this fixed)roof rack was damaged when it was removed to fix hail damage. each side has 4 clips that popout so the roof rack can be removed. several clips were broken/missing. When I received thereplacement clips they would not pop back in to the roof rack. this leads me to believe that theinside mechanism of the roof rack was broken.Summary:All in all, Thunder Dent Repair was very friendly, and help alleviate much of my costs. But I was left with disappointment with all the extra things that came back wrong. I know my case was rare, and im sure they actually lost money in the long run with my repair. However, my car was brand new and I would have liked it returned in new condition. Hopefully they will read this review and try to fix my issues.

My general experience with body shops is You want how much?!? Then after swallowing hard and shelling out for repairs, you have to wait a week before you get your car back. Not this place. If the paint is still in tact (i.e., not cracked or peeling), they can undo the dents, usually in just a day or two. No waiting for a week to get your car back, no added expense for replacement parts, paint matching, etc. Its almost too good to be true. They tell me that if it does need paint, they can get it done, but most dont require it. Check out their videos on YouTube if you want to see how its done. I really didnt believe their technique was for real until I did. Want your car back faster, fixed up like new and for less money? Theyll do it.

I dont expect them to detail the exterior/interior of my vehicle because thats not what I paid them to do, but at least clean up the mess that occurs during repair and return the car to the condition as it was before.Some interior panels were installed incorrectly. Specifically the trunk liner and sunroof/headliner in my car. Not big deals as I was able to reinstall them myself, but this shows a lack of attention to detail if youre nitpicky about your car. They looked really busy so I didnt worry about it too much.

I had hail damage on my Audi Q7 and a busted windshield from the recent hail storm. I called Thunder and they took care of everything from start to finish. They met with my insurance to assess the damage, replaced the broken windshield, a did a great job on the dent work. The owner delivered my car for free since I was tied up with work and couldnt get a ride. What an easy and awesome repair! Oh and they told me it would take 2-3 days to repair and I had it back the same day I dropped it off! I cant imagine an easier process. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

I found these guys through a groupon and I was very pleased top to bottom with this business. First off, the owner takes a hands on approach and is very involved with the whole process. When I dropped my car off, my ride didnt show, so Clint gave me a ride back to my house that was nearly 20 miles away. 2nd, I had gotten a quote from another large chain dent repair shop, but I decided to do a little shopping around first, which was a smart choice. I saved over $700 by going through this shop for the same paint-less hail dent repair service. 3rd, They told me theyd have it done within 3 days, they had it done in less than 2. Finally, the work that was done was top-notch, my car is back to looking like new. I normally dont write reviews, but I felt it necessary in the case because I had such a great experience. Watched a video, because i was unsure how paintless dent repair worked. Sounded pretty staight forward so i checked out the google reviews and saw these guys were repetative at awesome service almost flawless 5 stars.So i was in the area, and had him look at my dent, great price, great staff, and great store front experience. Troy had the car dent out way faster then i expected, though from what i understand not all dents are going to be the same, so be patient. I couldnt even see where the dent was. I was washing my truck at the carwash on 36th Ave NW and Robinson Street (Norman) and noticed Thunder Dent Repair had set up a temporary estimate location. The next day I went back to get an estimate. I was kinda worried about someone with a temporary location as I arrived. The Clint was knowledgeable about dent repair. He told me that they will pay my deductible and rent me a car while they did the repairs. I chose to give them my business since their shop was located in Moore. My truck (04 Dodge PU) was pretty beat up by the hail storm on May 8th. They finished my truck in one day and it looks great!!! It only took them one day to complete the repairs!!!
