They were always very accommodating to all of my needs. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle after it was repaired, it was very close to their closing time. Nevertheless, they patiently waited while I resolved some issues with my insurance company on the phone. They are very professional and very easy to work with.

Had to take my car in from an accident on the highway. Jeremy at Caliber Collison was great from start to finish. I was very concerned that the repairs would take longer then my rental covered me and Jeremy assured me that he didn’t think that would be a problem and if it was he would work with us. Our car ended up being repair 6 days before the due date and looks flawless. Hopefully this never happens again but if it does I know I can trust Jeremy and his team at CC in Moore!

Car got wrecked by baseball-sized hail in a storm and when every shop around town was booked out for months, Caliber Collision was able to take our vehicle that same week and get it repaired within the month. We worked directly with James Light and he exemplified everything you would hope in the industry. He was extremely kind, put the customer first, very timely, and overall just a genuinely friendly and reasonable guy. There was nothing hidden in the process and we will definitely be returning to Caliber Collision and James Light for a long time!

They repaired my car after a devastating hail storm and the quality of their work was exceptional. There was a little hiccup in communication toward the end of the repair but after bringing it to their attention they worked relentlessly to correct the situation. This shop does great work and operates with integrity.

Very friendly. They quoted 2 1/2 day turn around, but it Ended up taking 6. Not very good at keeping me updated as I had to keep calling for updates. They told me about an hour for about six hours until they finally closed. They were able to meet me on Saturday for pickup though. Included is a photo of the scuffed bumper it took a week to fix

Had an insurance claim go through Caliber and their service and professionalism was amazing. Kept me informed through the whole process and they had a good rapport with my insurance and worked it all out without me having to get involved at all

Caliber Collision dropped my car off and left keys in ignition(locking me out), failed to replace black tape and overlooked replacing right headlight cover. The manager blamed the receptionist for not relaying where yo put my keys after delivery but they did follow my instructions and he failed to accept responsibility for not replacing the black tape and headlight cover. The only person that did not show attentiveness, courtesy, respect, honesty, etc., was the manager. I had $2300 worth of damage and was quoted an estimated time for repair was 1 week and it took them 3. I turned them into my insurance company ( USAA) to consider dropping them from preferred repair status.

I call for a quote on windshield part and mirror in November. After several weeks of waiting I called and was told at the part was never ordered! I was promised that they would expedite my order. Several weeks later they did not do what they promised. It’s very disappointing that this team of experts tell their customers that they will call and don’t. That they will follow through with deadlines and they don’t. My windshield part did not get a seal on it and my mirror was never repaired. Very poor customer service and very poor communication between manager and team!I would highly recommend not using this location.

My vehicle was rear ended and needed alot of repair and parts replaced. I was worried with hearing the scares of backordered parts for my GMC but was very happy that it didnt have that issue!! Jerry knocked it out of the park for me with the constant updates, professionalism, and the fast turn-around on my repairs. The technician also did remarkable, you cannot even tell there was ever damage to my lift gate or the rear bumper! Very VERY PLEASED with the results and the staff. Very easy service good, car looks great

The people at Caliber are all very friendly. They always answer the phone and give detailed updates as to what the repair is looking like.My ONLY complaint is the length of time and lack of planning. They have had my vehicle coming up on seven weeks. Now, full disclosure: a good chunk of that time was waiting on parts which is not their fault. But, the parts have now been received for over 10 days. Each time I call, Im told its almost completely done except for insert task. Im told it will almost certainly be ready tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes, and it isnt ready.We dont have a rental car, so its been almost two months of planning carpools and moving car seats around.I really do feel as though weve been patient and understanding, but today, as our car was supposed to be finished at 4pm, weve received yet another delay and it wont be done until further notice.I know right now things are hard. COVID, storms, everything going on has delayed everyone everywhere. But its at the point that I feel in almost two months, my car should have been made a priority and been finished.I am very appreciative of the work they do, and I know everyone is stretched thin, but I do think this is a case of letting things slip through the cracks.

Never properly repaired my damaged trim piece after it was brought to their attention..They got their check and I am not happy with the work they performed on my yukon.. I was told he would schedule me in to get it repaired properly which it should have never left the body shop unfinished in the first place and he never contacted me again..

After an unfortunate run in with a deer, Caliber took care of us. I won’t go anywhere else in the future. The customer service is top notch. The workmanship is excellent. My car looks brand new and runs like it never happened.

Service and friendliness is an A+ from me so far. There was just one problem with the location:I wanted to be out of there ASAP. I came in for an estimate and while I was sitting in the lobby, all I hear is people coughing in the back. The front desk attendant was also coughing her head off and looked about 15 minutes from a hospital visit. Really not a reassuring vibe -- especially when I see older loved ones frequently.

Everyone there is nice and helpful. They kept me up to date with the progress on my car. James went above and beyond for me and took care of my car farther then he had to! Ill definitely return if I need more work done

Hey James,If youd stop micromanaging your entire shop, maybe there would have been less employee turnover. Is it that difficult for you to follow up with previous employees and make sure they received their last paycheck? And seriously, how hard is it for you to keep your shop clean?If you truly want to raise morale and comradery for everyone, then just let them work. Surely you have more important things to do than keep a constant watch on people.Why couldnt you just install cameras in the shop and monitor everyone at your desk. That way you can keep tabs, write notes on your computer, and be ready when its time to do their evaluations. Dont just tell them everything theyre doing wrong. At least provide some constructive criticism and praise them for doing good work as well.Please stop talking down to your employees and treating them like children. Your condescending attitude, intimidating stares, and belittling behaviors give the impression that you dont value your workers. No matter how hard they work, you nit pick every little thing they do wrong and never complement nor thank them for anything theyve done for you.At this point, youre just stressing yourself out more than those who work for you. I had repair work done due to a dent and scratches to my car. The repair work was excellent! You would never know the damage had been there. I have an older model (2007) Mustang and it had some minor scratches in the same area that were unrelated to the insurance claim but the repair work took care of those too. They worked closely with the insurance company and sent me updates as the work was being done. They even gave me a lift from the car rental company to their garage to pick up my car when it was ready. My vehicle was shiny and clean. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks Caliber!

Joe was a tremendous help. I drive a Civic Type R that was badly damaged in an accident. I am very particular and strict with my vehicles presentation and Caliber did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle. I dont know if Im just unlucky or what, but I have not had a good experience with this location. The people sound friendly, James, the guy I spoke with on the phone during the repair process, was very frank, kind, and to the point. But the facts are that when I first dropped off the car, they told me the repair was not supposed to take longer than a week. The day before it was supposed to be ready I called in and they told me it would be ready the next day. I dont get a notification the next day, but I drive over anyway and they can only tell me they did not have the right parts. Every day from January 6 to January 20, I get a text that says we have updated your estimated completion date from [today] to [tomorrow]. They offered to cut the deductible that Id pay in half for my trouble, but even now as I wait in the lobby to *hopefully* pick up the car today (they told me it was ready), Im having to wait forever because theyre panicking due to not having the paperwork ready. I will definitely look to a different repair shop if Im ever unfortunate enough to be in a car accident around here again.

While I had the rental vehicle someone scratched it which scared me. I thought I’d have to pay a fine. I went to them asking what they thought I should do, and they fixed it!! I didnt actually get work done here, but that is why I gave it 5 stars... I called in the late afternoon, and was able to make an appointment for the following morning. I was seen immediately upon arrival by the center manager. He looked at my car (which had paint overspray over most of the body) and gave me a straight answer as to who (other businesses) would be the best to do the work in the area, and even better... what they would be doing and what to buy to do it myself and save some money. Great, honest service!

They have been great to work with! Kim is awesome! She gave me a call about once or twice a week to keep me updated with what was going on with the progress of my truck. There was a bit of confusion on Friday when I was supposed have gotten a call to come get my truck when it was ready but James was there on a Saturday with a few others to help get ready vehicles to customers. I was one of them. I was able to pick up my finished truck and it looked amazing!! They went over and beyond to make it look good both inside and out! James went through all that was done to repair or replace what was destroyed on my truck. He was very detailed, kind and just as happy for me to get my truck as I was. Kim called the very next Monday to make sure I was satisfied. I could go on and on. They were just amazing! I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends.

My experience was great! Had a couple of quotes they were priced the same but were able to get me in quicker. Expected my car to be in the shop for over a week but was finished before the quoted timeline. Everyone was extremely nice, and kept in communication with any changes and completion of the job! I’ve used Caliber Collision for repairs to my ‘18 Malibu twice now and have had a really positive experience both times. Their repairs are high quality and they get it done fast! So if you have time constraints and need your vehicle back ASAP these are your guys. They take a great deal of pride in delivering when they say they will. They respect your time and property. Their paint matching and blending techniques make it impossible to tell there was ever any damage. Travis has been at my service both times and he’s made the process virtually painless for me. My experience with Caliber Collision was fantastic! No one wants to have their vehicle require repairs, but if you do find yourself in that situation, Caliber is the place to go. I really appreciated their transparency and communication. The daily text updates were a great way to stay informed without taking time out of anyone’s day for a phone call. Excellent body work after my car was hit on the side. I was concerned about paint matching because my car had an after market paint job (poorly done) when I bought it, and these guys were able to flawlessly match/blend the paint. Thanks to Taylor and the boys at Caliber Collision for great work done much quicker than expected!

Long story short, involved in an collision where third party accepted 100% liability. The estimate presented was very high to deem my vehicle totaled ( I honestly dont see how very functional car) and when vehicle was returned if it wasnt for my husband being there they would have returned my vehicle with no bumper and missing parts and bolts including giving it back without the tags 😑 Honestly seemed like there was no checklist to make sure everything was back in place. Their response was the person that took it apart was not the same person who put it back together. Already the situation was extremely stressful and that was just icing on the cake.

So I recently crashed my truck it had lots of after market parts on the front end. So I was worried when I took it into a body shop to have it fixed they was just going to put it back to factory. Kimberly at Collision Body works did a fantastic job. Keep me updated on the progress of my truck and put it all back to exactly the way I had it. She went above and beyond order my grill. Painted everything back the way it was. Highly recommend anyone needing work done go there talk to Kimberly. You will not be disappointed at all by any means. Best body shop I have ever used I won’t take my cars anywhere else when I need work done. They will go the extra mile to make sure your are happy and satisfied. I was involved in a hit and run last October and USAA recommended I have my SUV taken to Caliber Collision in Moore to have the damage fixed. Once I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the remote start wasn’t working anymore. I went ahead and took my car and USAA sent out a third-party to check out the issue in November. In December, I reached out to USAA to ask if there were any updates and was told to wait. Somewhere, someone dropped the ball and I waited over 6 months before reaching out again. At this point USAA decided that the remote start was unrelated and they were not going to help and were done with my car. James at Caliber Collision had been involved with the issues and realized I’d waited a really long time for my car insurance to basically tell me to kick rocks. James absolutely went above and beyond and ordered the part needed to make my car work, paid for a rental car, and worked tirelessly to get me taken care of at no charge to me and with no reimbursement from USAA. I could not be more appreciative to James and those at Caliber Collision who cared to take care of me in a way that my car insurance wouldn’t. I will be changing insurance companies and recommending Caliber Collision to anyone who will listen. Thank you again, James!
