Curran my sales rep was great! He was not pushy at all and I felt he did everything in his power in order to complete the sale. You go out of the cities just a little bit the customer service is that much better! He was with me basically every step of the way to ensure everything was going to plan! We enjoyed our experience at Ryan immensely. Curran was great communicating all the details and had the truck ready for us when we got to the dealership. We bought a 2500 RAM in 2018 and have traveled for 3 years with a travel trailer. At time of purchase we added an oil change/tire rotation package. Of the 9 dealers that serviced our RAM, Ryan Auto Mall was the best. Great facility, super staff, and shiny new RAMS to look at.The Ryan service team also had time to change the transfer case fluid. The previous dealer did not have the proper fluid for the transfer case.

The guys in the service department ALWAYS take great care of me! I came in several times with a slow air leak in my tire and each time they tried very hard to find it with no luck. This last time they literally would not give up and finally found a tiny pin hole in it, patched it up at no charge. This is just one story of the great way they have always treated me.

Do NOT trust this dealership. My husband purchased a used car from them. Lasted 6 months to the day of purchase. The shop that is fixing it said there is no way they didnt know there was an issue with the engine. Very dishonest company!

This dealer was great to buy from. I’m quite particular and these guys met all my expectations. From first remote phone consult to final delivery . I bought a new Ram and they had done some aftermarket before pick up and all went as planned. Truck looked great, pre-delivery detail was perfect too. Sales manager offered extra warranty per standard, and although I declined (was never badgered about it). Overall great experience and Paul as my sales guy met all my expectations - highly recommend. Lastly, even though they’re close to the metro, still able to provide a very “small town feel” which I appreciated.

I went into the service department to have a recall done on my vehicle, they serviced my vehicle in a timely fashion. Told me how long it would take and was done exact time they said. They answered all my questions I had and when I asked for pricing on parts that I was interested in they gave mw the prices and said not push me into buying them. I have been to places before where you go in for one thing to be done and they say you need other work done and are pushy to get you to spend more money than you can afford. Not these guys, was actually nice and made me feel more comfortable where I will actually go back to them if I need anything else done. Needed emergency service for my 2011 Inaugural Challenger, stored since day 1. The battery blew up on ignition attempt.Called and spoke with Heather whom said she’d get me right in. She suggested Junction Towing out of Buffalo and the car taken from storage to the dealership within an hour and a half.Adam from Junction Towing expressed my concern about the car never having seen water and I was concerned if repairs would be lengthy the car could be sitting out in the rain we were experiencing. The car was kept inside for the two day repair and Adam towed it back to storage for me. Incredible service all the way around.

Our salesman Paul Palmer was a blast to work with, we would absolutely buy another vehicle from him!!My problem was that we just spent $40,000 on a Truck on Saturday the 5th of June and was told that they would not pay for the first tank of fuel and the wipers were shot, it may not seam like a big deal but, to me that is a very small concession for that large of a sale.Jeff & Stephanie Koppendrayer.

About 2 years ago I purchased a minivan 2018 Pacifica for my wife and kids, after a week We had it I notice the bumper had damage underneath from the previous owner. When I was in the dealer they ran the Carfax report and everything shows clear, the side door on the driver side did not match the vehicle paint, it looks to me like the vehicle was in a accident before, I call the dealership and they try to match the paint still doesn’t match. The manager told me that’s what happens when you buy a used vehicle, they wanted me to pay extra $700 out of my pocket to match the paint,that’s over a $30,000 vehicle,They are very good convincing people to buy vehicles. I will not recommend anybody to buy from this place. My next step will be the better business bureau. I tried to contact the manager a few times left a message and he has not return my phone calls very upset with this place. I try to call them they never returned my calls.Worst experience ever!!

WOW. I could write an actual novel about my experience here at Ryan Auto this morning. I basically ran into every issue possible (I was unable to provide a valid drivers license, valid insurance, forgot I had planned to drop off the vehicle, list goes on) I have never felt more genuinely cared for by an establishment in my life. They were extremely accommodating and went above in beyond to try to help me out. They ended up offering to do the service right away so that I could just get back home. WOW, is all I have to say. The cashier staff, the service staff, the showing floor staff, all of which were involved at one point in helping me out. My husband and I had purchased our first big RAM truck here a year ago, we will defiantly be back soon to buy our second vehicle in the future. I appreciate everyone here at Ryan Auto for making a tough, unorganized morning into a doable one.

I was in the area for work driving past I noticed the dealership from the freeway. Decided to give them a call and see if they were able to fit me in for a tire rotation and alignment. I own a large sprinter van that most places are not capable of working on. Lucky for me they not only had the right equipment friendly and helpful staff but did the job fast and I was very happy with the results.
