My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our new truck from Roy. We were 5 hours away from home on a work trip when we were having vehicle troubles. Roy kept in touch all weekend double checking to make sure we were doing okay. On Monday we stopped in to pick up our new truck. Roy had it fresh through the car wash and all cleaned up. Everyone was friendly throughout the closing process and even post purchase we have had monthly check ins. We will be purchasing our next vehicle from Roy even though we have a 5 hour drive. Purchasing a vehicle at Cornerstone Automotive was the best car buying experience I had after purchasing numerous vehicles at various dealerships. DONT TRUST ROY. I had a friend give me a ride for 45 minutes in traffic to look at a car that I called Roy ahead of time to make sure I could look at the same day, but when I got there, he told me the car was on a lift and was halfway through an inspection and I couldnt look at it until the next morning when the inspection was done. Roy had said on the phone that I could definitely look at it that day and that they wouldnt do the inspection until the next day so I could look at the car when I got out there. I told Roy exactly how long it would take me to get out there and that I would be there at 5:30pm and he said that would definitely work to look at the car then. Dont trust Roy, he will lie to you. The whole reason I called ahead was to make sure I could look at the car that day at that time so that I wouldnt travel 45 minutes to find out I couldnt look at the car. I have a back injury and that was a very painful ride, and I will never give Cornerstone Chevrolet my business because of this experience. At least I found out they are dishonest before I gave them any of my money.

Darrin gave my husband and I the most incredible car buying experience I could have asked for. I came on the lot to view a Traverse although my heart was set on a different manufacturers car all together. After setting eyes on it, test driving it and having Darrin tell us about the car, I feel in love with it and knew I couldnt leave without this very car. Due to only having one financier that day (not a big deal) the process took longer than we anticipated. Darrin was attentive, even accommodating the needs of our baby son. If you need a car and the most incredible experience you could ask for, request to work with Darrin.

If I could rate this place 0 or -5 stars I would it’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with this place. I brought my truck in for diagnostics and a possible engine replacement. They found the problem quickly, and gave me a quote for parts and labor but then was not able to get in the engine I wanted so they ordered a different engine, not the biggest deal wasn’t happy but I would have a running truck. Then when the engine arrived the quote they gave me jumped exponentially. When I tried to take my truck else where they said they as they put my new engine in the back of the truck and didn’t have a forklift driver to remove it then I would have to wait until the following Monday to take it else where. Come Monday they claim before I can take my truck that I owe them for the engine that I didn’t want in the first place and won’t let me take my truck before I pay it. I never signed anything and they are being very difficult to work with. I do not recommend this plot anyone that would like anything done quickly or for a reasonable price.

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle took over 2 hrs two make the deal happen, the salesman I worked with named Larry was very good and professional, the new car manager named Josh was very poor and could care less about the customer, they would not honor their online price ended up paying $500 more than what it was listed at online, vehicle was barley detailed had to send it back twice and was still a very poor job after that, I ended up having to shampoo and detail it myself which is very unprofessional on there end while buying a 60k vehicle, would never recommend this dealership to anyone, they will never see mine or my family’s business again. If it wasn’t for Larry being so generous and helpful I would of walked right out.

Roy worked really hard to get my girlfriend and I into a used Yukon and a used cadillac. He did awesome. Unfortunately, the Yukon ($22k) had a bad torque converter when they sold it and the girlfriend didnt catch it upon test drive. Might as well replace the transmission too. They Quoted us $5800.Edit: Spoke with cornerstone and they offered to price match a quote we got to replace the transmissionon. They went above and beyond to try to make it right quickly and won back two customers. I dont believe cornerstone knew the truck had an issue when they sold it to us so Im changing back to five stars.

So I bought a car there. Every question that was answered turned out to be a lie. I literally feel scammed. I heard good things about it and recommended that place to my friends and family. I quickly retracted that statement today. They lie about the warranty, they tell you it has certain features which it doesn’t (I will admit I should of seen so myself but with the good reviews I trusted them), I asked if they had a second key fob and they said yes. After I got the key fob they told me I would have to pay to have it programmed for my car. Honestly I just feel scammed. Biggest mistake of my life.

My car was having sensor issues. I had my car towed in. I was told they would try to get to look at it, but were booked for the day. Not only were they able to get me in that day, they also get the issue fixed, found the info for my extended warranty so I was covered, fixed my power steering, and had me back on the road before the end of the day.I will be continued to go there. I would have given 10 stars if possible.
