Delicious coffee, Great customer service and Drive-through available

Before when we came almost every week they were 5 stars but now there new people Products are 0 stars the lady laugh in our face this was a bad Experience Never coming back

I really like this place. I’m known as the “extra cream guy” at this place and I love their menu and their very nice staff, and the only reason I did not give a “full 5 stars” is because I kinda really wish their hours of operation were a bit more “normal”, if you get what I’m saying. I mean, you know it would make the business much more profitable and also keep the customers much happier if say for example they could get a sno-biz on a Friday afternoon during regular business hours, like between 12pm-2pm, on a customers lunch break. I honestly don’t know why they can’t tho. It’s the only thing I don’t like about this place. The rest is straight ballin. 🍧🍭🍰🍦

How can a coffee shop not be open at 8 o’clock in the morning on a weekday?

The Saturday shift ROCKS! We stopped by after being broke down at the local Firestone shop and these Ladies took great care of us!! Drinks were delicious!! Thanks again, Ladies!!👍🏻

Great shaved ice but they close too early at 6pm, maybe 5:45.

Got an iced cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. Ended up whiter than a newborn polar bear. My fiance was down to her 4th choice of flavor because they didnt have any on hand. Meh

I love it! There is a lady who is there most of the time and she makes it perfect I practically go there every chance I get. The shaved ice is top notch. I havent tried any thing else because Im to hooked to their shaved ice. The service is excellent and the shack is nice and cool. The only thing Id wish for is to stay open longer. Overall the place is amazing.

My latte was solid! I went for the first time this morning, a girl help me and she was nice. Friendly customer service. Ill be back to try out some more of what they have!

Take my kids here to get snow cones weekly! And the parents can decide if they want to be a big kid eating snow cone or have a gourmet coffee! Staff is always friendly

The girl at the counter was very courteous but the two other workers were sitting down and playing on their phones while people were waiting, and eventually left with about being served. My coffee was cold when it was given to me and apparently it just needed to be microwaved...are you kidding me? They are called the coffee bean and dont have fresh coffee brewed. The smoothie I ordered was made with frozen fruit and so thick and frozen it couldnt be consumed with a straw. Go and experience for yourself, just hope you get someone who will actually work.

I love this place... I always come here for coffee since its nearby.I like their chocolate caramel frappes and lattes.Their coffee can be hit or miss some days, though, but the staff has become better about giving me consistently good coffee over time, though.Their snow cones are to die for, but I rarely order them.. haha.. Im more of a coffee fiend. I really have to be in a mood to have a snow cone.When I get a snow cone I like to get an orange and strawberry snowcone with cream on top.The staff saved me during a rain storm when I had no cover except for their wooden, gazebo like structure.. I didnt have a car to retreat to because I had walked there, and the sudden storm was threatening to completely soak me..but the brave staff members came out of their safe room, and brought down some plastic curtains for us so we wouldnt get drenched.. It was a tense, exciting day.. thats for sure. x)

I was in line behind a truck at roughly 5:57pm, albeit close to closing hours, figured since I was in line I could get my 5 year old the shaved ice I had promised her, instead some fat guy with glasses slammed the window in my face and threw up a closed sign... I have never been so disrespected by an establishment in my life, and if this is the way they now conduct business I say skip them and go elsewhere..

Its a cute little shack right next to Krispy Kreme. Absolutely love the shaved ice. Prices are good and quality is great. Service is usually a hit.

They pour way too much syrup on their snow cones. I ordered the Georgia Peach and it was so sweet it almost made me sick. 😷

Not worth the price of a cup of ice and the taste of a cup of water. Save your money and go to Krispy Kreme next door. The service was great, the coffee was mostly syrup.

Most of the time they’re always out of cream for my shaved ice... all of them play around and not paying attention to the costumer.. they need to shut down the place... I rather to expend more money in other places. 😡

Great customer service but when I got my smoothie it was watery and not thick at all. It was basically juice.

Close by my job, thought since this spot looks intimate maybe the coffee would be good...... WRONG! Coffee is horrible and watered down! NEVER again!
